got my tea from here, waited ages, only to get home and found they forgot half my order. Extremely frustrating. NOT HAPPY

Very nice food and good service

Not the same as it was 2 years ago. Still good value in the area. No fuss, no pretentions, just a chippy.

Ordered two items for takeaway via in store ordering touch screen, with pickles and lettuce marked not to be included. Expected food to be hot and right. Food was tepid at best, and was wrong, despite stickers and labels being put on the bag and wrapping. The burgers weren't even wrapped properly and looked as though they'd just been thrown in. No wonder they were empty!!!

Low quality food completely overpriced. Paid £17 for a pizza that should have been about £5. Dont eat here if you can avoid it.

We have always paid more money for this takeaway as it was our treat. I have never had a bad order up until tonight, it’s was awful. The base of the pizza was like a mattress with cheese spewed over it and over the edges. The burger was like it had been punched and the chips were like they’d been flash fried. Honestly awful for a frequent customer spending over £30 at a time with £3 delivery. Do better !

Gran desayuno vegetariano! No puedo pedir algo mejor. Preciosos ingredientes frescos. Tuvimos el desayuno grande que incluía, salchichas, tomate de ternera grande, champiñones grandes, halloumi y pan fresco que se tostó. Todo estaba muy bien cocinado y presentado. El café estaba caliente y sabía bien. El chef y el barman no podrían haber sido más útiles.

Fantástico personal en Kingwood, no pueden hacer lo suficiente por ti. Gran café, buena comida, increíble pastel de zanahoria. Dibuja a todos.

We ordered baked beans on toast which came with the toast not buttered just dry toast & a scoop of beans on top, not particularly nice beans either, certainly not good quality for the price

Had breakfast and dinner at the hotel on two days. Breakfasts and dinner were excellent, great food, well presented, and served by brilliant staff. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Fuimos recibidos cálidamente y bendecidos con la buena noticia de un desayuno gratis. Esto fue porque mi esposa había reservado una habitación doble para sí misma, pero decidí venir también! El gerente, sin embargo, estaba feliz de que me quedara a comer sin cargo adicional. La cama era cómoda con un montón de almohadas. Sin embargo, hubo un pequeño inconveniente con una persona ebria que activó una alarma de incendio en la noche (estaban organizando una boda). Pudimos llamar por teléfono para un taxi desde recepción y tomar una copa en el bar antes de salir a cenar. Hay una buena TV en el bar. Many will have seen the demise of the Spice of South India in Princes Ave. as a pandemic tragedy. Mourning its passing I wondered whether we would ever be able to get a tasty Marsala Dosa locally. We visited the new site in Kingston Road last evening unaware of the relationship with our lost friend. We weren't even sure that it was more than a takeaway. it was a smaller version of the original, with the menus from Princes Ave and Lion beer. I enjoyed a Mysore Marsal Dosa, washed down with a Lion stout. The Phoenix rising.
