Flys all over the stuffed cookies & cookie pies behind the counter. “Kinder” hot chocolate was just milk. Seriously gone down hill.

I mean how hard is it to follow a simple order on the screen, it’s literally right in front of you, a burger with salad and sauce, a child could of literally processed that and put the order together. Also, state on the hot and smelly pizza on your menu that it comes with pepperoni “aka” pork because I don’t eat pork, why would I add chicken as an extra topping if it came with meat already… sort yourselfs out. Food was mediocre, wouldn’t have left this review if you didn’t mess my order up but you’ve lost yourself a customer from tonight.

Absolutely a rip off for the same price in hornsea at the golden wok you can feed a family of four compared to this place I can't believe how little you get at this place and the food isn't spectacular either I can only say that I won't be going back there I will wait till I'm in hornsea and go to the golden wok where you get what you pay for and the food is out of this world if I could give this place a 0 rating I would absolutely ripped off here you might consider your portion size and quality of food in future

Superb food yet again from Ciao. Arrived earlier than expected, food was hot and exactly what we ordered. Really happy 😊

Ridiculously slow delivery. Rude phone staff who barely speak English. Won’t be ordered again, same service two times on the trot.
