App telling me to enjoy my food 30 mins before I actually received my order. Rang the restaurant to enquire and was asked to hold 4 times whilst other orders was taken.

Massive quality burger. I even got a free pizza 😆 sitting here full and happy adter deciding to treat myself.

Terrible service tonight, food arrived late and cold, driver forgot our drinks which is fine, but it’s been nearly an hour and they still haven’t arrived! When I rang to ask about it the guy on the phone was rude and wouldn’t even let me speak. This used to be my fav takeaway but gonna start going somewhere else.

The meat was all fatty and the greasy , I’m a chef the quality of the meat was poor this time had plenty of great meals the kofta was tasteless and meat was over salty

As a gluten free customer I really appreciate the ability to order delicious pizza locally. Wish they did Garlic bread and at least one desert but otherwise flawless. Pizza is always delivered quickly, hot and absolutely delicious with toppings going right up to the edge

Very disappointed - unfortunately the pizza was so greasy it was running out of the corner of the box - and it had cheddar cheese on top. Have had takeaway from here for years but recently that quality is not as good.

Spent £30 plus on a takeaway excited to try new items it was all rubbish- half chips soggy other half just didnt taste great.. Sauces and salad missing from kebab and pitta hard and dry.. Burger dry and relatively tasteless - don’t be fooled by some of the images as they look great! Very very disappointed

Asked for no salad in the cheesy chip wraps and received them to find they had more salad than chips Inside, but to far to travel back to the shop to exchange.

Really tasty doner and chicken mix kebab, probably the best I’ve had so much flavour and really good portion size!

A real fall from grace unfortunately. Once a regular customer and openly spread the word of this once wonderful take away. What has happened?? After 3 price rises in a year, the food quality taking a distinct drive. Pizzas coming cold and not cooked through, sadly will not use anymore as there is a much better Italian 200 yards down the road.

Exceptional service (and love the new menu updates)! There's a reason why these are our local go-to! Recommend unreservedly.

Have used Napoli for many years but tonight was the last time. Just short of £30 inc delivery for a wrap, a 7" pizza, 2 small chips and a garlic cheese bread plus a small garlic sauce. No free garlic bread because now it has to be requested! Also in the space of a couple of months it has gone from 'orders over £17' to 'orders over £25'! That's almost a 50% increase on order value. Also this was a telephone order with COD and not an app or Just Eat order so there was no admin charge or inflated prices 🤦 Huge shame but such is life.....

Great selection and value - would recommend and order the special kebabs again

I have only left a bad review beacause Just Eat sent a £10 complementary voucher because of items missing on previous orders then wouldn't accept the code on the website. Unacceptable.

Have been a regular customer over the last few years ordered a takeaway for home delivery was absolutely freezing on arrival (literally around the corner)and had to be warmed up in the oven at home which is pointless as I may as well have just cooked myself. Peppers were raw on my Kiev pizza which also had no garlic, around about 2 mushroom spread across the top and about 1 chunk of chicken, was told if we spent over a set amount that free garlic bread was included this didn't arrive. When I called to query the young girl told me that because I'd ordered a cheesy garlic bread she presumed I wouldn't want the free one. The food from Napoli is usually great but on this occasion was appalling and the poor customer service topped it for me.

We had the Fried Chicken Family Size, and it was enough to feed everyone with plenty to spare
