Can't get an order right, garlic bread always burned, when I went back in to complain they were so rude WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN DISGUSTING!! 😡😡

Don't bother with this dreadful place.. Delivered 30 minutes late, I rang to check when it was going to be delivered ,only to be told, " Well, we are busy & it's the weekend " Then the person on the phone told me to wait so she could 'find' my order, but they just went off to serve someone who came into the takeaway.. I could hear every word said..!! Then came back & was told your order should be with you soon. When the order arrived, it was cold, chewy, over salted, bland, and honestly, a COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY..!! Saturday pay day treat ruined. 1st time customer & DEFINITELY the last.

Horrible customer service without fail, constantly bad , ask for chips with no chip spice get chips with as much chip spice humanly possible would not recommend this place.

my app said my food got delivered, it hadnt until i rang the food place. the guy over the phone shouted at my friend which working in hospitality its hard and i understand that but you dont give customers the attitude. my food came and it was cold and the cheese wasnt even melted. we didnt even have chance to eat it as it was so cold

Ordered food from Napoli, via their website. 2 wraps that states on their website that it comes with chips and salad. Literally the scabiest wrap ever came without salad or chips. Called the takeaway and they argued with me for 5 minutes about the website stating what it comes with. Saying it has nothing to do with them....yet it is their website, absolute joke! Then they said they would send replacements but never showed up. Absolutely dreadful establishment that should be ashamed of the way they deal with their customers and their mistakes. 1st time customer, definitely the last time

Absolutely shocking service. I usually have no problems with Napoli, but this was an absolute joke. I ordered a chicken strips wrap which the app said comes with chips and salad. My order arrived with no chips or salad to which the woman on the phone said you now have to pay extra for chips and the app needs updating. As a regular customer I asked if there was anything they could do, to which she offered to send out some small chips. I accepted this and then she said ‘that will be £4.50’ !

Pizza cold and garlic bread was burnt and rock hard. Could have frisbed it back to the takeaway! Absolute let down! Just eat have refunded me 50% but still… if you wouldn’t eat it yourself, do not serve it to others!

Excellent food and they did the 40% off over £25. Good sized portions, fresh ingredients. The young woman who brought it to the door too with delivery guy in car was such a polite youth. They also had put in a complimentary garlic bread when I opened the food! Definitely recommend this place on so many levels.

One of the best places to get pizza in Hull! Kiev pizza is outstanding! Great service, very quick and served hot. Amazing! Got a free garlic bread too which was very tasty and very nice of them to do that :)

Wasn’t a tandori kebab and wasn’t a tortilla wrap!

ordered a few times before. pizzas are ok but everything else has been shocking. received order and opened it up. all went straight in the bin barring the pizza. won't be ordering again. 2 stars because the pizza was edible

Food is always great. But I’ve noticed that prices have increased and the amount of food you get is much less. I always get chicken wrap and chips. Wrap is 1/3 smaller than usual and the amount of chips far less. I understand that there should be prices increases but keep your portion sizes the same. We are paying more for less. Not fair

Had the chicken kebab and shish kebab ….. absolutely the most tasty kebab had for many years ….. chips with bolognaise… so tasty. 10/10 for our first ever take away a from Napoli …. Will be back

This place always delivers on time and has fantastic food. A little disappointed tonight as food was on the cold side. This is normally perfect and people should not take this as the norm.

Ordered the food for delivery at 8pm arrived at 7pm I didn’t finish work while 8 so when I got home had to be warmed up and was not so nice

Absolutely disgusting, we got a doner kebab a mixed kebab, doner meat was burnt, chicken was rock hard and the food it self tasted like sea salt, it’s the worst take away we have ever had, Would not recommend this place whatsoever

unfortunately when the order arrived it was cold, iv ordered so many times from here and I was genuinely gutted.

The food was quite poor, especially the sausage on the BBQ steak pizza that left a horrible taste in the mouth. As well as being 45 minutes late. Even with a 40% discount (£29 to £20), not worth it as the food isn't exactly edible.

Food arrived cold and all of the toppings had fallen off the pizzas - almost like they had been delivered upside down - called the shop who said they would remake and send straight back out as soon as the driver got back (5 minute drive). Took 50 minutes for the food to be redelivered & sent an incorrect pizza - not impressed at all

paid for delivery on line and the delivery driver asked for another £2 as she said I had opted for collection, bandits, the shop didn't want to know! The last time I order from Napoli

The food arrived 20min late and half of the order was missing which meant that 3 people were not eating. When we called, we had a half asked apology saying that its busy and its not their fault when in fact, all they needed to do is check the order.

Missing item from order. Said they would deliver it, called back and was told they would deliver. Waiting 2 hours after receiving initial order and still no item. Would have been better just to be honest and say you weren’t going to deliver it rather than lying twice.

Probably the best takeaway I’ve had in a while chicken was absolutely delicious was perfectly cooked and the cheese nachos are absolutely amazing best nachos out there

Took 2 hours to be delivered and was cold. Had to reheat.

The pizza was luckily ok, but only 2 of the 3 we ordered were delivered. We had to wait another 20 mins for the last one. The fries were cold and soggy and the garlic bread, albeit free, was missing.

Food was good unlike the just eat driver that stole my food on August 24th! At this this driver was decent!

Come here all the time, probably more than we should. Food is always spot on every time and good value.

Yet again my food took over an hour to arrive! Luckily it was still hot. I enjoyed the food don't get me wrong and I would recommend- however this time round the pizza was abit bland. It was hard to detect individual flavours, and for the price, I'd like some flavours please!

Ordered a vegetarian pizza, came with chicken on. Was told by owner that chicken is tastier anyway. Refused a refund. Complaint in to FSA. Update: FSA working with takeaway in order to improve service, but have not been back.

Ordered a chocolate fudge cake and they sent me a still frozen banoffee pie!! Also ordered a chocolate caramel milkshake and it was white made with cheap caramel sauce and not an ounce of chocolate!! Just eat wouldn’t refund me as I paid in cash - absolute waste of money. Will not be ordering again!!

Food was on time, it arrived stone cold probably not helped by the fact the cans of drink was cello-taped to the thin wrapper protecting the food. i wouldn't say the food was edible, will not use again. it was like chewing cardboard

What can I say about this place, incredible food and value for money. Second time we have ordered unfortunately there was an item missing but a polite phone call and 15 mins later it was fixed. We are all human mistakes happen it won’t put me off ordering again :) thank you for a wonderful meal

Just had pizzas from here for the first time in a while and what a disappointment! The meat feast was just like a margarita with 5 small pieces of ham around the outside but no other meat and the half and half which was supposed to be half margarita and half pepperoni was actually just plain cheese with 3 pieces of pepperoni on one side. The bases were dry and the cheese over cooked. What a let down for our Saturday night treat.

1st time ordering and will be my last, absolutely awful experience I order a (Gourmet Burger) and it was the soggiest thing I’ve seen was disgusting to look at never mind try and eat ,pizza boxes was full of grease and chips was cold waste of money will not entertain this place again.

My food arrived late, and my chips were cold. The pizza was warm but only just. Disappointed 😞. I'll give it another go here as I've eaten from here before but it was collected so the food was still hot. When it's hot the food is on point. Spending £20 on cold food is not my idea of a treat, as that's what i class spending £20 on non essential food as!

Arrived at the time it was supposed to be ready and had too wait 25 minutes, the pizza was undercooked the garlic bread 4 inches smaller then what i ordered as well as the dough being cardboard like.

I chose to pay cash for my order, upon delivery the driver didn’t speak to me and ran straight off after handing me the food as he was parked in the middle of the street, he left with taking no money from me, I called after him but he drove away, I then tried calling the restaurant with no answer, then tonight (the following evening) the same driver comes back 10pm and bangs oh my door multiple times then on my windows? Very loud…Demanding money as I “hadn’t paid” very rude and unprofessional

Ordered a mixed kebab was the best kebab I have ever had shared it with my wife and still had loads left over . My daughter Ordered a pizza but they sent the wrong one so phoned them and they sent another one straight away all the way back to spring bank lovely food

This place said it had been delivered when it wasn’t. Phoned up and they said they are sending it now (bare in mind this is around the corner from us) 45 minutes later we phoned again and asked where it was and how long it took, They then was rude and couldn’t tell me a rough time… Eventually turned up and the pizza was stone cold.

Food definitely ordered on time. Banoffee pie was frozen though, and the banana milkshake tasted unusually artificial. Not exactly luxurious, but it's still decent if you're looking for relatively cheap food.

I rang again saying they only sent 2 of the 3 items and 4 cans of drinks, to be called a liar and spoken too very rude! I will not be returning. Food has gone down hill and so has their customer service! Its disgraceful! Used to eat here all the time!
