Beautiful food, good vibes, warm welcome.

We ordered the steak and ale pie...I was with a friend and my mother who were mortified that I wanted to complain. Unfortunately I didn't take pictures. Pub was busy as it was a hot day and a funeral at the same time. Back to the pie. It was all gravy with the odd tiny bits of meat. The biggest meat I had was fatty 😵‍💫 Compared to other hostililaries the pie is below average. And definitely would not recommend. Not value for money. The gravy tasted nice though. Giving it the 1 star review.

Great evening, extensive menu with some great dining deals, fabulous food, reasonably priced drinks, excellent service and good atmosphere. Great value for money. Absolutely loved it, thank you!

Service and coffee fine. Ice cream sundae already very soft when it arrived, just about melted. I would expect better from Betty's and the price paid. I mentioned it when paying as you do ask if everything was OK. Just got blank looks , no apology . Paid and left. Disappointed.

Very disappointing first visit – poor service and lack of basic hospitality. We visited Woodey Joe’s in Bradford for the first time, hoping to enjoy a relaxed dine-in experience. The restaurant was moderately busy, and we ordered a mixed grill and a pizza. The mixed grill arrived in reasonable time and was satisfactory. However, the service quickly began to unravel. While eating, we asked the first waiter about the pizza we were still waiting for—he went to check and never returned. We then asked a second, then a third, and finally a fourth waiter. None followed up, and by this time we had finished our mixed grill and had already been waiting around 20 minutes. Eventually, we were told the pizza had been forgotten and was only just being put in the oven. While we waited further, we also ran out of drinks and asked if we could have more. Despite making repeated requests to each of the staff members on duty, no one brought any drinks. Our pizza finally arrived after an extended wait, but we struggled to eat it as we had no drinks to accompany the food. Despite again asking for drinks multiple times, we were completely ignored. After another 25 minutes of waiting and being disregarded, we gave up. We went to the till to pay and shared our frustration with the person who appeared to be the owner or manager—a middle-aged gentleman. Unfortunately, he showed no concern for our experience, offered no apology or acknowledgement, and simply presented the bill. To be clear, we were not looking for a discount or compensation—we simply wanted our feedback to be heard and taken seriously. Sadly, it became evident that the staff, most of whom appeared to be very young and inexperienced, were not trained in even the basics of customer service. They actively avoided our table after repeated requests. This experience left us genuinely disappointed, and we will not be returning. For those considering a visit, be aware that service here is sorely lacking. If you do decide to dine in, you may want to bring your own drinks—because getting a glass of water seems to be too much to ask. This review is written not out of malice, but in the hope that management will take responsibility and address what is clearly a serious service issue.

We thoroughly enjoyed our evening at The Olive Branch last Wednesday. We both chose from the set menu,great value for £20. The food was excellent, well cooked and delicious. Our waiter was friendly and efficient without being intrusive. We would definitely recommend.

The food is incredibly tasty and good portion sizes its been my favourite food place for a long time but their uber service is not it. They have forgotten items many times especially drinks they forget to put them in. When contacted they always say next time when u order ill give u free drink. Which isnt good enough as it ruins the meal. But food wise the taste is amazing and in shop the service is okay.

The sun was beating down so we had a table outside, very friendly staff. Food menu was good. Tasty meals and decent drinks. Great location.

The food was fab. In fact; we arrived before the rush... within an hour the two chefs had to issue an half hour wait warning. The food is that good. Real Ales available.

Best battered fish I've ever had 😋 Couldn't finish all my meal, great value portion sizes. Staff were brilliant. Can't wait to go back!

I only had Coffee and a biscuit but enjoyed both and the atmosphere.

El personal es amable y acogedor y hacen un buen trabajo, ya que están ocupados, pero parece que rondan al final de la noche mientras que todavía estás comiendo, lo que puede ser un poco fuera de lugar. La comida siempre es deliciosa y bien dividida. Muy recomendable
