Tiffin Coffee in Bradford

I only had Coffee and a biscuit but enjoyed both and the atmosphere.

Stopped by for a quick caffeine boost. The coffee was rich, smooth and velvety.

Lovely fresh food and good coffee. Service was friendly and relaxed.

Lemon meringue was a bit artificial and sandwiches not prepared on site. Coffee a bit weak. Staff however nice and service was super quick which I always like

Went here with a friend and the customer service was amazing from Debbie and Aijha. The vibe inside is like an old school coffee shop so would definitely recommend if u want a catch-up with a friend over coffee.

My favourite coffee shop brilliant selection off gourmet cakes sandwiches teas and coffees selection off cheesecake aswell as nibbles drinks.

The coffee was rich, the cake was perfectly moist and delicious, and the customer service was outstanding. The staff was friendly and made our visit special thank you Debbi and Aijhal for making for an all-around fantastic experience. 10/10! Highly recommend and will be back soon!

Anything in Bradford is a dump.

It's a quaint place which seems to be refurbished from an old pub. It looks cosy. We ordered two drinks and the mocha was perfectly balanced between the coffee and hot chocolate but the latte we ordered wasn't made as well as other places. The environment was a cosy temperature but was very loud from just the hubub and seems to not be acousticly optimised. Also the drinks are just slightly more higher priced than other locations nearby. For my mocha I think it's a fair price to reflect amazing quality but for my partner's drink it wasn't a great price for the quality. So I feel it can be hit or miss. Though we only did order two coffees so your mileage may vary.

The coffee, cakes, cheesecakes and sandwiches are delicious. The service is immaculate. Maria did a very good job. The place is clean and warm. I would recommend the place to all friends

Aggressive staff members. Poor attitude and service from Matthew he was rude and offhandish whilst taking my order. Perhaps customer service isn’t the role for him. As a regular customer I was treated like this I strongly do no recommend this coffee shop to anyone. Contacted customer services twice and was ignored. They also use old out of date milk which led to me getting food poisoning. Avoid

Stopped in for a hot chocolate this morning after always walking past and wanting to visit. Had a delicious drink and slice of cake! Staff were so friendly and lovely and it’s clear they make an effort to get to know and chat to customers. Will definitely keep coming in future

Lovely place, lovely staff and gorgeous food. Prices are very good. I can't think of a better place to stop for a treat in the center for sure.

Such a warm and homely atmosphere, always feels cosy and the staff keep the shop so clean. Probably the cleanest coffee shop in Bradford. The coffee is some of the best I have tasted, especially the flat white. Always a vast selection of cakes and baked goods and some decent sandwiches.

The coffee shop was very busy when my friend and I went in. Mid afternoon on a Saturday is a busy time. The coffee was very hot, so we had to wait for it to cool down enough to drink. As it was busy, service was a little longer than usual.

Lovely latte and the service was as great as the coffee. A real gem of a place

The workers are so sweet especially, who I assume is, the manager! The food and drinks are always amazing and the atmosphere is lovely too. A beautiful cafe, with comfy seats and a warm feeling. Thank you for my delicious hot chocolate and for giving me the extra whippy and chocolate, bless you <3

Lovely place in the heart of Bradford centre. The staff are polite and friendly and the food and drinks are superior to the standard chain cafes nearby.

We visited Bradford and tried out Tiffin Coffee's afternoon tea set thanks to the excellent reviews. What made the experience stand out was the excellent service provided by staff. You could tell they care about the customers as they checked on tables every half-hour to see if people needed anything else!

We were there on Saturday & pre-ordered 2 afternoon teas, for 4 people & what can i tell you, it was amazing, the food & service were spot on, everything was perfect, couldn’t manage the cakes as we were full but took them hone, we’ll be booking again soon… Thankyouuuu once again!!!! Xxx

Having a Polish lady scream at you from behind the counter doesn't make you feel welcome or have good service. If she was having a bad day, that's not my fault in any way. I onky wanted a hot chocolate rhat a different lady took the order. I didn't say or do anything on my entering so to scream at me for no reason cause you to get this bad review

I asked for a coffee and didn’t get what I wanted, when I asked for a refund the blond lady, refused. I felt conned… £8.10 won’t be coming here again! I have never been to an establishment who treats customers like this, it’s a shambles! Manager is not fit to be a manger if you ask me.

Coffee is the best in town and the coffee shop is probably the cleanest in Bradford .The staff are always cleaning and are very friendly and welcoming.

We prefer Tiffin Coffee to all the other coffee shops in Bradford city centre. The coffee is superior and beautifully made. The sandwiches are always fresh and the cakes are to die for. We love the surroundings it always feel so warm and cosy. Well done to the team for creating such a wonderful establishment.

Frequent Customer; I was disgusted with the treatment my regular server, a young mixed raced girl with browny-black hair, received from what looked to be two managers. I have been coming to Tiffin for a year and the lass who serves us was shouted at and belittled so bad I walked away before I had placed an order. The 'lady' who had shouted was a short ginger-blonde haired woman I think is called Debbie. There was no regard about any sensitivity or shouting in such a rude style. It was uncomfortable for many customers and looked as though the girl had been working through a hostile environment. This has been the case over a period of roughly more than a few months, where it has been noticed. She had looked to another manager for help and was ignored. This manager, Matthew, who seems to be a glorified order taker, when he can be bothered, only commands staff and hardly participates himself, whilst complaining and rushing staff without assisting. He has a cynical and sarcastic tone with staff and makes a face after customers have been served. From my interactions, the rest of the servers are polite and kind. It is totally unacceptable and inappropriate behaviour that is consistently seen on my weekly basis during my coffee runs with my daughter.

Absolutely appealing behaviour. We came to the cafe place asked specifically what time the cafe closes. Was informed 5pm. Suddenly the manager decided for no good reason to close at 4pm. When asked the reason told cafe not busy. No apologies offered for an abrupt decision. Seems the cafe has no set standards or rules.defo needs a new manager/owner to set acceptable standards.

Best coffee in the City and beautiful surroundings, been here lots of times, it's brilliant and outstanding. All the staff are incredibly pleasant and go above and beyond to help assist you. Their breakfast deal is fabulous, as is all the food and the coffee is always very warm. The only best and brilliant cafe in Bradford

Not sure what’s happened to this place but we’ve been going here for years and its always been nice, but having been there this week the coffee was like frothy milk no taste at all couldn’t drink it and the annoying music, unfortunately wont be going here again.

Coffee OK. Staff on till abrupt and not very helpful. Nice place though and good louvain location.

Noisy, echoey, staff started Hoovering nearly 2 hours before closing time leaving a strong lemony smell that was very unpleasant whilst eating

Such an amazing coffee shop, The best service, and such tasty treats and drinks (luxury hot chocolate is to die for) Had the pleasure of being served by the lovely Debbie today, and what an asset to the shop she is (all the other staff are lovely too). The best coffee shop in Bradford city centre. The female staff are so welcoming and friendly. Better to spend your money here where it will circulate locally rather than one of the chains who serve inferior coffee and your cash doesn't help the local economy.

This is, by far, the best cafe in Bradford city centre. The staff are brilliant. They are efficient, helpful, cheerful and thoughtful. But, Mrs or Mr Tiffin owner, they are run off their feet. Get some more excellent staff, please. I'm serious. You have closed Tiffin Grande to eventually open a mega cafe opposite Tiffin Coffee. But, Tiffin owner, if you don't invest in the current Tiffin Coffee with extra staff, your customer base will reduce when people go elsewhere. Thank you for investing in Bradford

Good coffees and excellent range of sandwiches and cakes including non-chocolate. All at reasonable prices. Staff really friendly and helpful. Gorgeous cosy atmosphere. My kids said it was like walking into a Hallmark channel coffee shop. Lovely.

It was out first visit to Tiffian, we usually go to Neros. However we will not.kistake again. Tiffin is superior to Neros in every way. The service was impeccable. Our drinks came exactly as we ordered and were delicious. It was very clean and when a customer left the table was cleared and cleaned very quickly. I can not recommend you go have a coffee and good here enough.

Took my little ine for a piece of cake. The place is atmospheric, inviting, friendly. The staff was relaxed, making you feel welcomed. The red velvet cake we had was absolutely glorious and the coffee was excellent.

Could have been more choice of cake but what there was was great. Service was great, pleasant helpful staff and the building is just incredible.

One of my favourite coffee shops. Fantastic coffee, very nice atmosphere and excellent staff, especially Debbie who ALWAYS has a welcoming infectious smile which is much needed on a morning.

This peaceful little getaway was a total delight. Good coffee, yummy cakes and very friendly faces! A wonderful place next door to waterstones to sit and zone out from the busy-ness of the world. Such a lovely place is definitely worth visiting!

Really bad experience, went in for a takeout latte and the middle aged gentleman behind the till was pulling faces and acting as if he didn’t know what I meant by a latte. Coffee was burnt and really mediocre, they really need to improve their costumer service skills won’t be coming back.

My second visit as I was in Bradford today. Was pleasantly surprised to see a Manchester tart in window so had to give it a try. I would normally order a coffee but already had two by lunchtime so had a large cup of tea inside. Nice, bright decor and nice comfy seats. I had the falafel and spinach wrap. I would say it needed some sauce as it was a bit try but the tart was very nice. A good selection of cakes.
