Absolutely awesome. This place is nothing like your average lounge & the customer service is A*. It’s my first time here but definitely won’t be the last Shout out to Omar who made it feel special with his sense of humour

Music was outrageously loud. Requested to lower the volume just slightly so we could hear eachother speak, despite being sat at a small table, in a little booth. Was told they will not turn the music down at all. Not really a conducive place for conversation. More of a club atmosphere. So if your happy not to be able to speak with friends and just enjoy music, ideal location. Otherwise, not really helpful. Have been here previously and the music has been at a more appropriate level. Seems strange that they want to drown customers out. Atmosphere does not equate to loud music. Expect more supportive customer service.

Decent decor, food very overpriced and the payment method is pathetic. They have a cash machine on site and force you to cash out then pay that way. Obviously it’s there so they declare less income and subsequently pay less tax. Firstly, not everyone carries their card with them as lots of people use Apple Pay. Secondly, when they hand you back change you have to find a place for your coins.

I've already ordered the flame grilled chicken twice, and it’s absolutely delicious and juicy!!! The portion is generous and perfect for sharing. Also, the crispy chicken is tender, and I love the bang bang sauce! The service is fast and amazing. I’ll definitely be coming back again!🫶🏻🫶🏻

Omar was a delightful server for our table, quick service and nice, cozy atmosphere. Very welcoming staff in general but Omar went above and beyond. From guiding us through the menu to helping us choose shisha, Omar was very patient throughout.

I have been coming here for almost 2 years and guaranteed a great service! The staff and owners are really friendly and professional, even on their busiest nights they don’t let you down. The food is always tasty, their prawn dynamite still not found a better place. Their shisha range is extensive, with loads of different flavours that caters to those that like basic flavour and those that want something different with a combination of blond and dark leaf option. Their shisha is smooth and always good, I have never had to experience burnt coal. I can’t recommend this place enough! Marha is definitely one of my go to spot in Bradford and worth the drive from Manchester especially considering not many places over services like this in the North West.

Exceptional service and an amazing atmosphere! Hands down the best shisha spot in Bradford. They offer a wide range of flavors, including dark leaf tobacco, which is rare to find in the north. Highly recommend! 👌

Food was really good, particularly starters. Wasn’t too keen on the main it was the beef and rice. However the service made up for it because it was exceptional, didn’t have to call anyone over r for anything they just got on with it. Our waiter Umar was especially good, made us feel welcome and was really considerate

I heard a lot about this place but was very upset, the venue it’s self is great but the food is not. First there got our order wrong. When we got our food I wish I did not order it. Some part of the food was salty and other food was not seasoned probably. Customer service lacked. I will not be returning

Atmosphere was ok, but the waiters didn't bother to serve us for half an hour and there was not a rush in the establishment. Was handed a tablet to place the order and no one bothered to show up. Didn't bother tasting the food after that experience.

I’m a bit torn on my review of Marha Lounge. Sometimes the food is really nice, but other times it doesn’t hit the mark as much – it’s a bit inconsistent. The sheesha is decent, and the atmosphere is generally good. It’s a nice place to relax, and there’s plenty of parking available, which is always a bonus. Overall, it’s a spot I’d visit again, but I’d hope for more consistency with the food.

Food was very tasty and atmosphere was brilliant. Music however was too loud- I couldn't hear myself, nor could I hear what my friends were saying. We did at one point ask for it to be turned down a little, but they refused(!) Knocking a star off for that.

Very poor service, manger doesn’t know how u deal with customers. Always mix the order try to charge us extra for dessert and tried adding an extra shisha when we didn’t order it and he was hesitant to give us the receipt when we asked because he knew he had added extra stuff No experience at all.Manger thinks he owns Bradford or somet shisha not even all that very awkward and full of attitude. Shame on the staff/manger who don’t know how to run this place. Staff needs to learn manners as they don’t know how to speak. Special management Manger doesn’t even deserve 1 star Rude workers and so was the manager don’t recommend this place at all to anyone there are better alternatives in Bradford.

First time at this place and last never going again found hair in the food and told the guy with short arms and he said it’s okay you have hair so have it we got up and walked out rude staff rude people no hygiene what’s so ever I asked for the manager he said I am the manager never going again so went next door a lot better and stuff there are so much nicer I don’t recommend anyone this place please don’t go to a place like this

the venue is great and the staff are lovely, we ordedred the lamb shank, the cheesy wagyu burger and the Mongolian beef. to be honest the main courses were not up to that standard we expected, it was greatly overpriced for the low quality food. the desert and shisha was very nice and the atmosphere was great, would go back for desert and a chill but not mfor food

Exceptional Food and Shisha Experience at Marha Shisha Lounge! I had the pleasure of visiting Marha Shisha Lounge and was thoroughly impressed by both the quality of the food and the shisha. For shisha enthusiasts, the Miss Joosy with Rasporn and African Queen flavors are a must-try! The shisha was smooth, full of flavor, and definitely among the best I’ve had. As for the food, every dish I tried was exceptional. The lamb shank with mashed potatoes was tender and packed with flavor. Even tho me and my friends were loud and large group they were very patient and friendly with us, with I really appreciate so thank you sooo much. I deffo recommend going to this place xx

Jist visited marha lounge travelling from sunderland recommended by my nephew. Just WOW 👌 the food is amazing 👏 and the waiter who served us young lad ravi made it a bit special. Top notch lad. Will be visiting again in the future.

Absolute horrible atmosphere Disgusting

The waiters were good, helpful, and patient. The manager could do with a little training on customer service. We felt like children being told off for laughing too loud. Considering a little while after being asked to keep it down, the place was busy, and we had to raise voices to be able to hear each other. The 2 sheeshas we ordered weren't as nice as some of the other places we've visited. The food looked nice upon arrival and tasted ok-ish. 3 out of 5 of us had belly upsets after the event. Will stick to Olivia Garden in the future where the owner encourages laughter and fun and the prices are more reasonable and food tastes better. The 5 stars are for the professional and attentive waiters and counter staff.

The best food , shisha and dessert place I’ve ever been to. The staff are great, so lovely and so friendly- especially Danny and Hasnain. The food is always amazing and the shisha never misses. Can never fault this place ever!! The coffee is amazing, freshly ground and you can tell, and all the food is amazing quality and fresh ! The interior and atmosphere is the cherry on top.A very luxury feel, in every aspect.

Staff, food, drinks, shisha all top level! Food of a high standard and you can tell they have put a lot of work and effort in to their food which is restaurant standard. Drinks and shisha are amazing would definitely come here again!

Atmosphere was outstanding. The staff who served us were very polite and friendly, especially the manager, Danny. The shishas were also amazing. But the food was the highlight, I would recommend the lamb shank and the chicken bao buns. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a nice meal and a good time.

We went on a quieter day so we practically had the place to ourselves which is great. The food was quite nice, definitely recommended the pasta dish and Mac & cheese. The bubblegum flavoured mocktail was delicious. Shisha was lovely. The decor of this place is absolute stunning, loved the vibe. Ample parking. However, just a tip you could give the customer the tongs to flip the coals themselves, as was not attentive enough with this in comparison to other places.

Lovely place for an evening out, the decor is on point👌🏼 and the food was delicious 😋 the only thing i would say is the tables are not really suitable for a few people to eat on, more for people having shisha and a little munch and slightly on the pricier side.

Only tried the food not the sheesha. The food was quite good 8.5/10. What let them down was the long wait time for the food l. They had customers but not many and others were smoking sheesha and not eating. We waited around 20 minutes for starters :(. Would return and try more of the menu.

Shisha was harsh and when complained the guy with short arms was getting angry and was very rude. The mix wasn’t nice neither really we only tried because it was quiet but would never go again as this place is one of worst ones we have been to

Went to Marha for the wife and I’s 5th anniversary and the place was beautiful! Service was brilliant and the food even better! We got shisha afterwards too and was deffinately the smoothest shisha! Brother Danyal was amazing and offered us free dessert after knowing its our anniversary.. what a kind, warm and friendly establishment! Pray you boys do well, see you soon!

It was very busy but the service informed me that it would be for food. The food and shisha were excellent.

Went on the 31st with the girls. We was really looking forward to this place since we heard so many good things & were excited for the Lamb Shank (strictly foodies cant smoke shisha🙃) Unfortunately drinks were finished way before & our food was over an hour late as well as being so bland. All 4of us had to leave it. But the Manager (guy in the white shirt) we spoke to him & he sorted it. We felt so bad😫 but because the bill was so expensive so we had to tell him our concerns. He was super sweet & kind. He understood & explained everything is still fairly new in the kitchen zone. He sorted our bill with a discount as well as reassuring us for next time & to definitely give them another opportunity. Because of how kind & understanding he was we all agreed we definitely would only because of his service & the way he dealt with it. So whoever you are thank you!

Never had a bad Shisha until we had dined here. Tasted of nothing and requested for them to be replaced but did not improve. Ruined the evening and when we asked for a recommendation the shisha was still below average. Staff then just failed to make any eye contact or help improve the shisha. Ordered a biscoff milkshake which also tasted off but didn’t feel confident to say this after already having poor shisha’s. I would not recommend this place.

Visit here regularly for so many positive reasons. The environment they’ve created it’s one of the main reasons. The decor, shisha and let’s not forget about the food, WOW!! You’d think the standard of food wouldn’t be the same, think again MUST TRY. I’ve almost gone through their menu during my regular visits - personal fav chicken melt burger Keep it up guys.

Is this place one of the better place in north west? I’ve been to Marha for the 4th time in a few months since July. Coming from Manchester it’s a location which I don’t think is too far to considering the level of service they provide.. Being someone who enjoys his Shisha a fair amount and has been too a LOT of places in and around UK. Food: - Food is always good, hearty portions - Good level of spice - Nice simple and concise menu - meaning no need other than waste time thinking about what to eat (plus its being update every so often) - Drinks are great and tasty Shisha: - Great flavour selection, blonde and dark leaf tobacco which is a nice plus - Pipe selection is great (Khalil/Steamulation/Wookah) - Servers understand good heat management, so Shisha is never burnt or under heated - Also helps them understanding flavour profiles I’ll say this being a bit of a Shisha head, using a Provost and pipes like Wookah and Steamulation shows good consideration into the art of Shisha and investment into their tools, these lot and their servers have good knowledge on providing not just a good experience but great tasting session of Shisha. Where the flavours doesn’t lack. 90% places I’ve been the flavour is either dead within 30-40 minutes or they overheat it with constant changes with new coals. Ideally a good session should last between 1:30hrs-2hrs+, which these staff provide with upmost care and are constantly keeping an eye out for your table and your Shisha. Really do standby that in all of the places I have been in the northwest, that includes most of the places on Wilmslow road in Manchester/Zouks/Reflexion/Billionz and a fair few others, this is hands down one of the best ones around and would not miss having a night out here or more. Most of these places listed, are ones where you are wanting for coals to be changed or searching for servers to be asked for assistance. P.s Can there be some more teas like Karak Chai or Masala chai haha and wish they would put the Shisha back on the table!!! Purely for aesthetics but I understand why they don’t!

I recently had a fantastic experience at the marha shisha lounge. The food was not only delicious but also showcased a diverse and appealing menu. Their attentiveness and friendliness truly enhanced my overall enjoyment. I highly recommend this shisha lounge for a delightful combination of great food, inviting atmosphere, and excellent service.

Food was 11/10! Portions were spot on and the quality of the food was amazing! We had the bao buns, dynamite shrimp and lamb shank.. all of the food was so delicious. Staff are super friendly and the atmosphere is nice and chilled. I would highly recommend.

We’ll start with the good bits because they deserve the credit. The starters are amazing. The wagyu sliders, chicken sliders, dynamite shrimp. Mains - presented amazingly, but taste pretty average, lamb chops are tender with good flavour. Lamb shank seems reheated, which I can understand but it wasn’t reheated well resulting in it being dry and not very flavourful. The grilled chicken was nice but didn’t have a depth of flavour. It was more just the sauce that was added on top which was giving off flavour. Nothing compared to the chicken sliders as that was amazing. The shishas are really good and the time it takes to bring the shishas out is pretty fast. The bad bits. The place didn’t feel welcoming and was disorganised from when we entered. The seating is uncomfortable, I understand aesthetics go a long way, but comfort shouldn’t be something that is overlooked. The time it takes for the food to come out is quite unreasonable, 30 minutes per course. The attention from the waiters isn’t there. They need to focus more on their service. The desserts were nice but just your average, nothing spectacular. Mocktails were nice and came pretty fast. Price wise the place is priced competitively which is good and a full meal plus some shishas and drinks isn’t going to really cost you more than £50-60 per person. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to go, I do hope the feedback is taken on board by the owners/managers and implemented as it would be amazing.
