Iby’s in Bradford

The food is incredibly tasty and good portion sizes its been my favourite food place for a long time but their uber service is not it. They have forgotten items many times especially drinks they forget to put them in. When contacted they always say next time when u order ill give u free drink. Which isnt good enough as it ruins the meal. But food wise the taste is amazing and in shop the service is okay.

Used to be my go to place but standards and importantly the food have dropped massively.

Really nice joint, with amazing decor in the shop to dine insie with. Food is delicious, i normally get peri peri burger which is £6.50. I do have to say that there less options on the menu.

Donner stir fry - love it. However sometimes its just not cooked as the same as the last time i tasted it where it was tickling my taste buds

Went for sehri, found a white hair in there, when told, staff laughed and made a mockery of it. Foul and disgusting behaviour in the month of Ramadan.

One of the best food spots I have ever visited. Abbas had some of the best service I have ever had at restaurant. Abbas helped us with our needs and offered us tea as a courtesy. Highly recommend this place will be back a lot more often.

Used to be the great place for an authentic beef burgers but now instead of serving the beef patty they are serving processed beef which is cheap and tasteful That’s is never ever going back and will suggest others to stay away as they have lost their taste and style on what they were known for

Food was ok. Peri peri chicken taste nice with lots of sauce on it. Burger was good and so were the chops. Nice chips. However looks fancy outside but inside reminds me of an American diner that needs a good clean. 😊.. drinks overpriced and the ones on the menus were not available. Plus some of the side dishes were not available.

I recently dined at this fast food place and had the pleasure of trying their slow-cooked leg of lamb, which had been tenderly prepared for 8 hours. The lamb was incredibly succulent and flavorful, a true delight. The homemade vegetables and trimmings that accompanied it were equally delicious, adding a perfect balance to the meal. But what truly stood out was the homemade gravy; it was undoubtedly the best I've ever had. In addition to the fantastic food, I must commend the friendly staff who made my dining experience all the more enjoyable. Their warm and welcoming service added to the overall positive impression. The decor of the place was not only pleasing to the eye but also clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The meal was not only delicious but also very filling, making it a great value for the price. I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable pricing for such a satisfying dining experience. This fast food place offers both quality and affordability, making it even more enticing. I'll definitely be returning to enjoy their delicious offerings again.

Asked for a recomedation and the polite memebr of staff recomeded the Tyson Burger! I went for the beef Tyson burger and realy enjoyed it! "oooozing" with taste !!! Fantastic service and outstanding food.

Been here twice and not disappointed. The portions are huge and the food is really tasty. Will be coming again for sure. Excellent service from the guys this evening. Thank you!

Service was 10/10. Bilal made sure we were sat in a comfortable seat and repeatedly reassured us and asked if we needed anything else. Checked up on us multiple times while eating our food and made sure everything was brought to us speedily. He was also extremely friendly and had brilliant communication skills. Well done Bilal. Busy place and food took a while to come but the stir fry Donner was delicious.

Excellent food and good fast service. We visited as a group of 8 and were served some great burgers and stir fry doners. I’d highly recommend the Combo Burger which consists of a thick grilled chicken breast and beef burger. I’d definitely visit again.

Burgers taste great. Nice saucy, fresh, tasting burgers. Great service by the staff making sure everything was fine.

Edited: previous rating was a solid five. Second visit - the eatery seems to have fallen foul to wear and tear as seats seemed worn out, toilets weren't functioning (although facility was used to wash hands which exposed a huge mess of dishes in the adjacent kitchen). Food was generally good, burger was very nice although the red salt was a tad too much. The young man serving was very polite and professional - an entrepreneur for the future. Well done to him.

If you’re in Bradford you definitely need to try ibys. Lovely atmosphere with nasheeds instead of music. Recommend chicken steak with mash or Signiture burger.

Must’ve been here at least 5-6 times, never fails to deliver. I usually go for the signature burger or chicken steak… will happily be visiting again and highly recommend. Big bonus too when establishments don’t play music, Alhamdulillah makes a big difference.

Came in they said they only take cash no card, told them we would order and I will go cash machine whilst they make the food, upon ordering they said the food would take over an hour, in the end told them to just leave it as not worth the hassle. They were not the slight bit bothered. The young lad working in the counter has no clue about customer service.

First time we dined here. Very impressed. Second to none exceptional service. Nice & clean with a calm atmosphere. Super tasty food and a menu which dares to be different. Had the bikers meal , goodness me what a treat! Many thanks will be back. 6* all around.

Extremely nice and quality food, always made fresh and well cooked. Been here several times and always received top first class service. Family and individual orientated and seating always available. Would strongly recommend this place without a doubt. Tee always helpful!!

Excellent place for food and burgers are amazing

We ordered the Godfather Burger with stir fry doner meat on chips. The doner was really disgusting and not eatable. Apparently it was “peri-peri” flavour. After taking one bite I had to spit it out. It had a really gone off taste with a very strange aftertaste. The Godfather burger also had the doner meat inside and so I could not eat that. I would not recommend this place. 0/5 rating for me.

I came back after a year thinking it would be like last year . The guy working on the till needs to sort his attitude out. If he doesn't like his job leave and get another job. Also clean the tables from stop being so lazy! This was my review last year. Huge difference. I hope the management see this and make a change . Excellent food. Nice and healthy ibys special. Very good customer service. Brothers are always smiling very friendly and helpful.

the burgers have good flavour and depth but the sauces are incredibly watery, the cheesy dippers are 5 little peieces for 3.50 not sure why do they skimp on the portion size, the mash is very nice but lacks the butter. service is too slow, the front of the house needs support, have to wait very long times to get table cleaned

UPDATE: I've got to say the standards have dropped here and isn't as good as it used to be. The patty tastes like something i could get from Saveco from the freezer. Got the Signature burger. Well to be honest I've got the Signature Burger the last ten times I've come. Got to be the best burger I've ever had. Atmosphere is nice and the decor is brilliant. The burger takes quite long to come out, but the wait is worth it!

food was great and portions were generous. we got the tyson burger, burrito and the doner stir fry with a portion of mash with 3 cans. under £30 for all three of us. however, as someone who works in food hospitality, there was poor menu knowledge as to what the doner was made from. the service was not really accommodating, i asked to see the difference in portions for a regular and large and that was not fulfilled. drinks were forgotten about even when they were asked to be brought with the food. i do appreciate the other young guy there who asked how our food was. i understand it’s a very casual environment but watching the way the table was cleaned made me feel a bit uncomfortable. i didn’t see spray being used. service was a bit of a let down but i’d definitely come back when i’m back in bradford.

I visited on a contract visit for pest control. Not often I say this but was VERY happy to eat here. Lovely clean place friendly and fun staff and the food and absolutely spot on. I will be eating from here a lot more then just work visits.

I did not expect this place to be this good, the food and service was a 10/10 and I don’t remember the last time I gave a place that high. For two people the total came up to £26 which is underpriced in my opinion as I would even pay £50 because of the quality and the amount there was on the plate.

Went after a while. Quality of food not amazing. Definitely was better in the past. Portion sizes small. Although good service from the young lad with the beard at the counter. Food needs improving and maybe an uplift on the decor.

I ordered a beef burger as that was recommended by friends to me, the burger was nice but the steak cut chips were a bit dry and bland even though they had cheese on them. Apart from that the food and service was good.

Visited Yesterday Honestly I am surprised by the food and the customers service, best place in bradford. My family enjoyed the food! Young lad on till accidentally charged me extra for a rubicon and I didn’t know until he came to me and give me £1.50 back. That just shows honesty and now I have 100% trust in this business. I've been going around a lot trying all these food places I have reviewed but Iby's was one I didn't manage to try for a while. What a mistake I made as I wish I came here earlier... This place is nothing but perfection when it comes to taste wether it's the breakfast, the wraps or the burgers. Everything coming out of that kitchen not only met, but exceeded my expectations. 100 out of 10 for this place and I'm gonna be a regular here from now on!!!

Always a delightful experience at Ibbys. I have been coming here for years, consistent with service and quality of food. Very accommodating if there is a problem (which rarely happens). If you are looking for a place that doesn’t disappoint then this is it.
