Amici Ristorante in Bradford

Walked in at 5.45 as we were booked for 6 and wanted our order immediately before everyone had a chance to arrive, was so impatient and then told us we had to be gone before 7.30 because our table was booked for 8 did not make us aware at booking. All crammed in, 2 staff doing there best and he wasn't pleasant with them at all. Ended up getting my own drinks and our tables too. Rushed all the way until bill time, it took 20minutes, we could have took our time eating. Food was okay, nothing special and had a bad stomach next day, everyone else was fine. What I do know is, myself and my colleagues will never set foot in this place again Second sitting may have a more chilled attitude but first sitting horrendous. Ps can I mention the manager really needs to treat his staff with respect, he shouted across the restaurant at them even though they were amazing 😠

Ok so let’s start with this… it’s Xmas day n these guys are taking time away from their family’s to serve you n your family so you don’t have to do anything.at all but turn up. There was 2 set times for food, first service might of been top notch and on time, second service… the first guys get out of the door before the second sitting can sit down, tables have to be cleaned and set up for second service before we can sit down.so a bit slower but no rush to leave (bonus) The food was excellent, flavoursome and ample, the service was as brilliant as what it could be for the day, I’m going back again and again

Xmas day dinner for 15 with family . It was by far the worst experience i have ever had for a festive meal . We were crammed in like sardines no one could move without disturbing other guests .Our first course came with no fresh breads We waited 2 hours for our main meal which was stone cold on arrival and had to be sent back , the food tasted like it had come from plastic containers, the turkey meal came with no potatoes mash or roasts , no stuffing and the veg was over done underneath and struggled to cut through with a steak knife . By all means you may be ok at italian food but this meal was the worst i’ve ever had the pleasure of booking , I left before the last course because i didn’t want to sit through another disastrous course . I would recommend you stick to what you know best italian food and maybe think of customers needs and quality of food in future .

Food was delicious good portions sizes good range of options including gluten free and vegan selections. Staff very helpful and friendly and attentive. We were celebrating my autistic sons 21st birthday and being able to bring his own cake that I know he’ll eat made the occasion stress free for us all.

Haven't been for a few years, but we will definitely be back. Staff are lovely and make it a lovely experience. Food is good and plentiful.

My starter was very thinly sliced calamari with lovely batter on but it was very small compared to what I have had before. My pasta was the worst i have ever had it was very thick and not pleasant, I did get some lovely king prawns in and a few small ones, the calamari as with first dish had not had the membrane removed so it was impossible to bite though until I removed it, they did offer to take it away and give me another one. Some had a pizza which the bottom was very wet and soggy, they did take it away but when it came back just the outside was burnt. The lasagna was ok and the garlic bread was nice that someone else had. There was a lot of bad swearing coming from the kitchen, not what you want to hear. All in all we were very disappointed. We have come here for years but now it has change hands things are not good and it showed with the lack of there customers in the on a Saturday night, before to would of been full but tonight only a few tables. Very sad we will not be returning

Recently visited for my granddaughters 1st birthday evening meal as her favourite food is Italian, not the 1st visit we have had. But as usual excellent service fron a very friendly team. Large table and nothing was a bother. Very good quality food at reasonable price. Won't be the last visit.

Amazing food. At home restaurant experience.

We used to come here years ago, and even ordered delivery during lockdown, and loved it. Went last night and honestly feel robbed of £80. Lasagne, carbonara and pizza - all very bland, far from authentic Italian tasting (and my other half is Italian). The carbonara may as well have been a dish of heated cream, it tasted like nothing but cream! Really, really disappointed. Will not be returning and it was so bad that I will be telling my friends to warn them away from wasting their money!

Stopped in Keighley overnight on the way further north. Could not have wanted a better meal. We both had superb pizzas (so tasty) for 11.99 each on a Sunday evening. Decent priced wine and a limoncello on the house. Fabulous friendly and attentive staff and a good atmosphere. Highluu recommend.

Visited Amici several times and always enjoyed but sadly most recently not good. The latest menu had little to tempt us, mostly pizza, pasta and chicken offering, no specials menu and no steaks. The service was also very poor and random. The restaurant was reasonably full but appeared to be three staff (some very casually under dressed)waiting on tables, dashing about, which creates an un relaxing atmosphere. We ordered coffee to finish and waited approx 15 mins from first to last coffee served. Improved menu and service before we return.

One of the best places you can go for Vegan Italian food! if they delivered to Ilkley, I'd be ordering from here all the time! Food was delicious and definitely worth the trip to collect!

Excellent restaurant. Spent 5 nights in Keighley as a group for a sporting event nearby. It was so good we ended up eating here 3 of the nights. Food was excellent every time, staff were fantastic - very friendly and remembered us on our return. We would definitely eat here again if back in the area!

This is our go to when we don’t want to cook but don’t want a typical greasy takeaway! Always happy with our food and the delivery drivers are always lovely too! Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

Pizza was pretty good. Order a garlic bread and truffle fries, garlic bread was disappointing, and truffle fries were underdone and tasteless, with no Parmesan. Also doubt the cheese on the pizza or garlic bread was mozzarella, more like cheap cheddar.

After a day in Haworth scanned the internet for somewhere nearby to have dinner and found this little gem. Were the first ones in after they opened at 5 but it soon filled up. Great pizzas and pasta. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

Party of 4 visited whilst staying in the area for a holiday. This was just a really good experience all round, easy to book, excellent food, friendly and efficient service, value for money. We all just wish that we lived closer and could visit more often.

Received order. But one of the orders was wrong, either we got someone else’s food order or they didn’t follow what we asked for. Other than that it was good

the calzone did not have the fillings i ordered, the tomato sauce, mushrooms, red onion, pineapple and pepperoni were all missing. Making it look like i was delivered the wrong 1.

A great quality meal at a reasonable price. Visited with a friend and they were friendly and accommodating, the food was top notch and the restaurant is very well presented with space on and around the tables.

Me and my grandson call here EVERYTIME after we have been to the Keighley Cougars. We have never been disappointed whether it’s the food service or drinks. The food was perfect, but not wheelchair friendly unfortunately

I've eaten all around the world and with my son I've just had a couple of fillet steaks, cooked to absolute perfection, you've know idea how good that tasted - wow!

What a brilliant little Restaurant.. The food is amazing, the service is of a very high standard and it's very reasonably priced..

We visited this restaurant on the spur of the moment, and boy did we hit the jackpot. We were met with a very warm welcome, and assured we could be accommodated. The restaurant was very tastefully decorated ( for Christmas) and warm and comfortable. We never felt pressured to rush our choice from the menu. We shared a tomato topped garlic bread, which was piping hot and beautiful. Mains were equally piping hot and very tasty (I had a pasta and Italian sausage dish, which was plentiful and tasty). Would highly recommend this place and would not hesitate to go again when in the area.

We called in to see if they could accommodate us without a booking and we're greeted warmly and welcomed in. The place is lovely and cosy and a look of effort had been put in to decorating for christmas. The food was lovely but it was the people that made this place so special. Everyone was caring, friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend. Thank you to all for making our night so enjoyable.

The main course was not as cooked as it should have been, the lobster ravioli was a little hard to eat, not all 1 or 2. Everything else was good.

Pizza toppings are good, but the dough really lets it down. It was very soggy and stodgy, with lots of crust. The Tiramisu is the worst I've ever had. The sponge was dripping, there was no cream filling, and it was covered in cheap chocolate sauce. Really terrible! I can make better food myself. Count me out ordering again.

5 stars does not do this restaurant justice. Everything about it is beyond perfect. Our waiter was hilarious, and the food was a symphony of texture and taste. The actual locale itself was drop dead gorgeous, and immaculately clean. Our waiter could have served our food by flinging it onto the floor and the floor would have gotten ill from MY germs. As a vegan, I was in paradise. Almost every item on the menu (including desserts) can be altered to a plant-based/ vegan diet. My vegan stomach was doing joyful summersaults at the sight of the wide selection of vegan starters, mains, sides and desserts. Just writing this review and thinking back on my experience, I am getting tearful. I must go back, I MUST. Good sirs and madams of Amici Ristorante, if you are reading this, my kidneys are yours, my liver is yours, my bone marrow is yours, I am willing to donate any of my organs to you as if you were my closest family. Just say the word, and I will lay down my very life for any one of you. My only regret of the night is not asking for our waiter's name, so that I could name my firstborn child after him. Alas, I must go back and taste your delicious Italian cuisine again. Grazie, Amici. Ti amo!!!

The only thing that let them down was getting the wrong order. Spaghetti bolognaise not the spaghetti meatballs I ordered. Was nice just not what I wanted.

Great Italian restaurant! It was very busy when we visited, not helped by us ringing to add another 5 people to our party at the last minute! All the food was gorgeous, particularly the pizzas. Everything was good value for money, but it was the atmosphere and service that really made the evening. Without exception, every member of the team was so friendly and welcoming, nothing was any trouble, despite being so busy. The children in our party were treated so well and made to feel so welcome. I had never eaten here before but have already recommended it to friends and I will certainly return.

We had a lovely meal at Amici. Service was excellent as ever and the food arrived in a timely manner, temperature hot and very tasty. We had starters and pizzas taking advantage of the deal of the day. Unfortunately we were too full to enjoy a pudding!

I am a big believer that, even when the food is delicious, the way the staff treat you can make or break a restaurant experience. Amici's excels in both areas! The food is easily the nicest Italian food we have eaten and the staff are just wonderful! We have been twice in the last few weeks (previously only had takeaway which was delicious) one with a larger table and then one with just my husband and young son and both times we where treated so kindly and made to feel so welcome!! I really cannot rate this place highly enough! A really special place! And if you are lucky enough to chat to the gentleman who owns the restaurant he's one of the nicest people you'll meet!

Had a lovely meal at Amici’s : the starters and mains were fantastic I liked the idea that you can order any pizza as a calzone served with lashings of lovely tomato sauce ! Could not rat a pudding but they looked great!

Really enjoyed our visit to Amici. The Brie e prosciutto crudo was excellent, the pizzas were outstanding. But bring a good appetite, the pizzas are large. Amazing Chianti Classico at just £36.99 a bottle. This restaurant is a must if you are visiting Keighley.
