The best restaurants in Yorkshire and The Humber

This place is such a gem! Me and my partner visited for a trip to York and the food was fabulous! Everything was so fresh and tasty. Our servers were incredibly knowledgeable about all the food and drink they served and the whole experience was impressive. The crème brule and the mussels were some of the best things I’ve ever eaten. The sherry sangria was also uniquely refreshing. My partner mentioned that we were visiting for his birthday and they even brought his dessert out with a candle! Service was spot on, food was incredible and drinks were scrumptious. If we come back to York we will definitely be coming back!

Amazing place! Great menu which caters for variety of intolerances. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Not easily impressed but this place is great.

Staying local and called for drinks a couple of days (with some starters) and then Sunday lunch today (Easter Sunday) service has been great on each visit with lovely staff. Food on each occasion has been superb! Would highly recommend! Will definitely be back when staying local again.

We had just finished a hike (Grassington and Conistone circular), so we were a bit under-dressed for this very nice restaurant. My fault - didn’t do the research! We’d booked in advance given it was Good Friday but it was not very busy. Service was really lovely. Menu was not extensive and surprisingly after our exertions, we were not ravenous - so we ordered some sandwiches. All the food was terrific.

Came here for a team meal and the food and service were great! Loved the sticky toffee pudding 😋

Visité con mi hermana y me encantó! La hamburguesa era genial y un buen tamaño de porción. Hubo un problema con mi batido y la camarera lo cambió inmediatamente y lo eliminó de la cuenta. Excelente servicio de nuestra camarera (lamentablemente no consiguió su nombre! ) y buena comida. Espero volver - gracias!

We had Sunday dinner here whilst staying in Settle. Being gluten free I was served a full roast beef dinner with Yorkshire Pudding followed by GF Sticky Toffee Pudding. The perfect end to a perfect day. Excellent food and service. Definitely recommend

Steak was perfectly medium rare as ordered, buffalo and blue cheese burger with onion rings was 10/10. Server/owner Matt was warm and welcoming.

I've visited this restaurant many times with friends and family, and every single visit has been superb. There's clearly been a lot of thought put into the interior design. When I went at Christmas their Christmas tree was absolutely beautiful and they took so much time and care to make it perfect too. The attention to detail didn't go unnoticed by me. The restaurant is lovely, clean, well put together, and has a warm and welcoming feel. Whilst some may look from the outside and not think it looks much, they'd be pleased to see what a treasure awaits them. The staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel valued and like part of the family. Every meal I have eaten has been simply amazing! It is so fresh, healthy, and incredibly tasty. What a treat! What's more, the food is prepared so freshly and quickly it's out in no time and piping hot too. Perfect! Pot Pot is an absolute gem of a place, and I hope it stays around for the long haul as I love my regular visits and always tell people about it. As you can probably tell, I thoroughly recommended it.
