The last two times we have been have been disappointing, the food only tastes of garlic and there are just big chunks of raw garlic in the food making it difficult to enjoy also missing items of food.

I am unsure which branch cooked and delivered but I am very disappointed. Order was incomplete. Egg fried rice burnt, prawn crackers oily and tasted uncooked. Just overall bad experience with my order.

Chopstix is a pretty solid option when you’re after a fast, satisfying meal with a bit more flavour than your typical takeaway. The food’s generally tasty, with a good variety of options to pick and mix from. You’re not limited to just one or two combos—you can build your box how you like, which is a nice touch if you’re a bit picky or just want to try a few different things. The standout for me has to be the Caramel Drizzle Chicken. It’s genuinely unique—sweet, savoury, and oddly addictive. It’s not the kind of thing you find in most takeaway spots, and it actually feels like some thought went into the flavour. K-POP BBQ Chicken is another highlight—good balance of smoky and sweet and works great with rice or noodles. Everything I tried was fresh, hot, and cooked well. Not everything’s perfect, though. The apple pies were a complete letdown—dry, bland, and lacking any real flavour. Definitely something they could either improve or ditch entirely because they don’t match the quality of the rest of the menu. Price-wise, it leans a little on the expensive side, especially for a fast food-style setup. But to be fair, some of that may be down to Deliveroo charges inflating the cost. Still, even accounting for that, it’s not exactly cheap. That said, you do get good portions and proper flavour, so it doesn’t feel like a rip-off—just something to keep in mind if you’re ordering for multiple people or on a tighter budget. All in all, Chopstix delivers (literally and figuratively) a good, filling meal with some creative choices that set it apart. It's worth trying if you haven’t already, especially for that Caramel Drizzle Chicken. Just maybe skip dessert.

Ordered twice and the order was wrong both times. Uber Eats hasn’t been helpful & there isn’t a way to reach out to the restaurant either. I like their food but getting the wrong food delivered after 50 minutes of wait is frustrating. Photos below of what I ordered and what I received. :/

Well tonight I went to order some food and as the young lady with glasses I think she was half cast and she was nice and pleasant as she was trying to serve me before she got chance to say what size box do I want the older woman rudely interrupted so I tried again to order with the girl and she was again rudely interrupted. So chopsticks you lost out on me spending my money to the lady who was very rude and ignorant I hope this finds its way to your employer

Absolutely delicious. If I stop at this services I have to eat here. Food is hot, so tasty and the portions are excellent. Plenty of choice for a base, toppings and sides. Super quick service and the app is worth downloading too. If you visit these services, you have to eat here; I wish there were more of these places nearer to home in the north east!
