I have decided to order from them though UberEats, based on the decent reviews I was hopeful. I have ordered 2x Extra K-POP BBQ Chicken (Buy 1 get 1 free) 1x Hot Wok for 2 With delivery the whole thing was £37.68 Once this arrived I immediately noticed that half of the order was missing. 1 entire box was gone, 3 additional toppings you can choose from were also gone. Luckily Uber has issue a refund for the items that were missing almost immediately without even requesting pictures as proof. This only indicates that it happens often from them. Overall the food was ok but if you're ordering out do not expect the full order to arrive. (Bag was sealed on arrival)

Great, friendly service from a lovely blonde lady with tattoos who couldn't have been more patient and helpful. The food was delicious and it's lovely clean environment to sit and eat in. Very well deserved 5 stars.

Just Wow! Honestly .. this is by far the best food I’ve ever had at this service station. The staff members greeted us on arrival and talked us through the menu options as it was our first time trying Chopstix. This really helped with making a decision and we really appreciated the kind gesture. The food was 10/10 and we plan on visiting again and I just want to say a big thank you to Leanne and Ben who made our stop that little bit more special.

Unexpectedly amazing, you don't often visit a service station and get Chinese food. So much choice, the chicken was fresh, hot and full of flavour. Made my day as I was heading to mcDoomland for lunch. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially when enquiring about allergies 10/10 will visit again

What can I say, was outstanding from the start to finish. Greeted straight away even when he was serving, very polite and professional. Ordered my food and was served quickly and to a good standard. Both staff members who I spoke with were both helpful and efficient. Got what I wanted no mistakes and served delish food. Would recommend

Absolutely brilliant food, we’ve never been to a Chopstix before but we will absolutely return when we can! Staff were really helpful, and the food was really fresh and good quality, tastes brilliant and my 9 year old (who doesn’t often eat much range of food) tried new things and loved them!!! The pricing was reasonable for the food and portion sizes!

My first time using this place. Although the staff were friendly, I would rather skip a meal than return here. The price was £11 for ‘2 toppings’ which confused me a little as I wasn’t sure what I was allowed as a base. E.g does this include both rice/noodles or are they also considered toppings? I also didn’t understand what the toppings were, for example, are the sauces an add on or are they also a topping I could have? The signage unfortunately didn’t explain this and neither did the woman when I appeared confused about the differences in boxes. The noodles and rice were okay, at best. I got salt and pepper chicken and salt and pepper potatoes. The potatoes tasted like a very greasy hash brown (I love a hash brown, probably not something I’d have with a Chinese though) I don’t think they tasted like salt and pepper at all, they had no flavour, other than an oily/greasy taste. The chicken was the same, no flavour and very soggy in texture. I let a friend try some of the chicken and they gipped at the taste. I was hoping this place might be similar to oodles in White Rose, they’re nothing alike though. I did visit with my sister who explained how she’d tried a Chopstix’s much further away, she explained the food really isn’t that nice. I guess I ordered in hope it was just a franchise based issue but unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be eating at any again. The food did look significantly nicer than it tasted, I had about 3 mouth fulls and threw the box. The best thing out of my meal, by far, was the tango I got on the side. Such a shame it cost me £11 as well. I felt that I could’ve ordered half a proper Chinese for that price, I guess then it’d have tasted a lot nicer.

I got Salt n pepper things because I love them , but just tasted like salt n nothing else , tasted like a cheap ready meal to be honest

This is the worse branch of choptix you can visit. Never have the popular items available, the amount of times I walk in and leave without buying anything because it's atleast a 20 min wait. Sort it out the staff never know what they are doing. Get them to see how it's done at other branches. Been the same for years....

Eat here most weeks. Friendly staff, quick service. Good range of different flavours to choose from. Value tasty food :-)

Great friendly service. Food kinda as expected sticky salty yum yum junk food. However quality of ingredients is awful so that is why only one star. Chicken texture is that of reformed chicken based proteins And I’m adding a picture of the saddest little prawn in the biggest wrap of batter.

Never liked service food but this was excellent. Fresh, tasty and excellent service. Good price too.

They’re so good can never pass by without stopping!! Service is always great and the food tastes so fresh and is served quick so it’s great if you’re in a rush, would heavily recommend to those who haven’t tried
