The best restaurants in Yorkshire and The Humber

An absolute gem of a little restaurant, been three times now, a really good menu and everything we've had so far has been exceptional and well priced, the staff are friendly polite and helpful and the dining room is quiet inviting and comfortable. Can't recommend highly enough.

I booked for 29 of us on 28th March. Fantastic food and the staff were extremely accommodating given that it was such a large booking. Would definitely recommend.

Hey! We stayed in Haworth from Mon-Fri. On arrival we found the Steam Brewery was closed for refurb. I was, to say the least, err...miffed! However, Thursday the bar reopened. Hip, hip hooray! Paid the required visit. Great stuff. Wonderful bar, atmospheric and friendly. Too many dogs for my liking ! Early days, food not yet available. Great beer...obviously. I wish them well, and will visit next time.

I highly recommend this small restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish full of flavor and made with care. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. It’s great value for money, offering high-quality meals at very reasonable prices. The restaurant and the toilets were spotless, showing real attention to detail. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to visit😊

Second visit and we enjoyed the experience. Nothing to complain about, so we will be back!!!

Fabulous 3 course meal for £35, the slow cooked beef was delicious and so was the turkey. Excellent service and great ambience. Such a quirky dining experience right in the heart of Haworth main street. Highly recommended

We recently hosted my Mum’s 60th birthday party at Gimbals. Janet, Charlie and the whole team were amazing throughout. They helped us plan a perfect event, with a personalised menu and went all out to make the venue look fabulous. Our guests were all amazed at the quality of food and the fantastic service. I can’t recommend Gimbals enough. If you’re looking for somewhere truly unique to host a special event this is the place. Thank you so much team Gimbals!

Absolutely perfect. The atmosphere was lovely and all of the staff were super welcoming and gave amazing service. The food was the best meal we have eaten any pictures don’t do it justice-it had so much flavour that we will not be forgetting anytime soon cannot fault the place in anyway. Highly recommend will be coming back again the next time we are in the area.Thanks again
