Prebooked a meal for 4 and glad we did as the place was really busy. Excellent atmosphere and a nice mix of clientelle either eating, or drinking, or both. The service is top class and all the staff are so friendly. The food is out of this world and fantastic portions - the 4 of us are good eaters but struggled to clear our plates so good was the amount of food. We had 4 different meals but it would be unfair to highlight any one dish as every one was just magnificent. Other customers around us were also commenting on the quality of the food. Not to be missed if you're in Haworth just for a drink or to eat. Well done everybody at the Steam Brewery.

Nestled in the town of Haworth in West Yorkshire, this is an essential stop in British literary history. It is the hometown of the Brontë sisters and the place where they drew inspiration for their classic novels, *Wuthering Heights* and *Jane Eyre*. Strolling along the cobbled streets and visiting the Brontë Museum feels like a journey back to the Victorian era, experiencing a world filled with poetry and tragedy. To get there, take a train from Leeds to Keighley, and then switch to a local bus to reach Haworth. You can use the Trainpal App and enter the code RC777E to receive a 20% discount on your train ticket!

This is the 3rd time we’ve had a meal here. We came last year and had two meals which were excellent, we booked for this evening and the landlady recognised us after 9 months, amazing and treated us like old friends. The food was amazing, would recommend this place to everyone not only is the food fantastic but the beer is equally as good.

Stayed in Haworth for a few days and had booked for food after reading reviews. So pleased we booked here as the food was fabulous. Massive portions too so no room for dessert unfortunately. The staff were really friendly especially the lady with fair Curly hair and glasses (sorry, we have forgotten your name, possibly Shirley) . Draught beers and cider were great too and this was definitely one of our favourite places

If you like your ale to keep its creamy head all the way down to your last sip, this is the place for you. Stayed longer than expected after trying out the pale ale and the blonde, couldn't just stay for one. Both very easy to drink beers, well kept ale. Husband had the darker ale (can't remember what its called) but I know he said it was very tasty. You can tell its a place loved by locals but its a friendly place for visitors too. I'm definately coming back when I'm next visiting Haworth.

We booked a group Xmas meal here and it was absolutely brilliant. The menu offered a great choice and it was difficult to decide on what to have! Popular choice for starters in our group was the posh prawn parcels...the portion was huge! Also a favourite was the mushroom dish..the sauce was really rich and garlicky. Then for the mains ..there were 5 choices but everyone on our table opted either for the lamb or the pork belly. Both were generous portions and cooked to perfection. The meat was just melt in the mouth. Lovely selection of veg. Then for desserts, the cheeseboard was massive, the lemon trio went down a treat, the biscoff cheesecake was yummy and there was also Christmas pudding as an option. This was followed by mince pies. Hands down one of the best group meals I have ever been on. Photos don't do it justice. Beer selection top notch and the service was spot on. Thank you for making a lovely start to our Xmas.

Based at the top of Main Street, this " pub " is a lovely place to eat and drink. You will need to study the opening time, as they are a little unusual. Once you have visited though, you will be grateful. A great selection of real ales and locally brewed too. If you are a gin fan, the same applies. The food, which is all home cooked and freshly made, is also worth trying. I had the chilli con carne, which came in a giant yorkshire pudding, was so delicious. My wife had the braised beef - which she thoroughly enjoyed. The staff are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Definitely be back.

We visited this pub/restaurant on our last night in Haworth and am I pleased that we did! There are limited number of tables due to Covid restrictions so it's worth booking. We were greeted by Kelly, the Manager, and shown to our table. We ordered drinks whilst we studied the menu and we couldn't get over the prices! Everything was so reasonable! Eventually I settled on steak pie (large!), two scoops of mustard mash (equally large) and a dish of veg that I had to share because there was more than enough for two. My wife ordered a haddock ballatine stuffed with prawns, smoked salmon, etc. Both dishes were really delicious and were served piping hot. The dessert menu is limited but sufficient and equally delicious. Both Kelly & Josh, who served us, were very friendly and the food arrived in good time. Two small observations. First, my satnav took me to The Fleece in Main Street as this pub (which I reviewed earlier and is equally good) and the Haworth Steam Brewery seem to share the same post code. The Haworth Steam Brewery is about 100 yards back up the road. The other is that parking can be tricky in Main Street and it's easier to park in the car park on the corner just as you turn into Main Street, opposite the West Lane Baptist Centre. It's worth the short walk anyway so that you can look at some of the other amazing shops. If you are anywhere in the area you have got to make sure that you visit this restaurant but I recommend that you make sure that you are hungry!

Visiting Haworth on holiday and very disappointed to be told dogs not allowed in that evening. Was looking forward to having a meal and trying a few gins but will take our business elsewhere. It’s a shame they promote that they are dog friendly but I don’t think it’s very dog friendly at all if it’s restricted times.

Read great reviews before visiting the area, didn’t accept bookings for Sunday lunch but were lucky and managed to get a table when we arrived. Dog friendly. Liver and onions and holee cow, amazing food with great wine and reasonably priced.

This was the best full English breakfast I’ve ever had by far!! Highly recommend, everything was cooked to perfection. As well as the usual bacon, egg, sausage etc there was added extras like bacon grill that tasted delicious. Proper Lurpak butter which is my favourite and proper Heinz Sauces. Fantastic service, lovely friendly lady behind the bar. Great quality food.

At the top of Haworth's High Street, it's a good place to refresh your thirst. It's very small, so quickly gets cramped when a few people pile in. Food menu is extensive, featuring hearty Yorkshire fare. Beer range is limited, but what I had was very good. Toilets quite tiny. Staff were friendly but clearly rushed off their feet.

Right from the very warm welcome on our arrival to the goodbye as we left, this little places is so good. The range of drinks is very good (TIP: look up) and the menu is just wonderful. The food was hot and hearty and delicious. It didn't come too quickly and not too slow but was just right to enable us to enjoy the atmosphere.

My wife and I had Sunday lunch here, we had been told when in Yorkshire, you must have a meal served in a large Yorkshire Pudding, this we had, my wife had the Chicken and I had the beef, they were lovely, on top of that we had there own beer , this was excellent. To finish we tried there home made gins , this we highly recommend.

Called whilst on a trip to Bronte Land. Nice ambience and good, friendly staff. The Tuna Mayo was gorgeous and their house lager is superb.

Just popped In for a quick lunch bite to eat and got soup of the day and a bread roll. Price was acceptable at £5 and had diet cokes from a can rather than on a spritzer machine which in a way is better. Would call in again

Popped in for a drink on a couple of occasions. Busy every time as it's very popular. If you're looking for a quiet drink then this isn't the place. Enjoyed it though.

We arrived in Hawarth early on Friday evening having travelled for almost 6 hours, so after reaching our lodgings for the weekend, we decided to eat out, and were lucky enough to get a table in this lovely quirky little pub, just around the corner. The young girls serving, we're all incredibly professional, very friendly and welcoming, and we didn't have to wait long for our food. We had chicken with bacon, chicken burger, steak pie, all served with chips or fries, veg or salad, all delicious! The portions were huge, so no room for any of the tempting desserts on offer sadly. Although the staff were really lovely, my daughter happened to overhear a customer at the bar, obviously a local sadly, make a rather nasty comment about 'bloody Londoners' loud enough for us to hear. We are not from London, and my daughter's were treating me to a short break from caring for my 34 year old son who has learning disabilities. We have been visiting Hawarth for many years, always feeling comfortable as a 'tourist' We too live in a very beautiful place, frequented all year round by tourists, glad that they choose to visit and spend their hard earned cash, keeping our locals in employment, generating an income and keeping us viable. We will be returning to Hawarth, but unfortunately not to the Steam Brewery.

We live in baildon, and have used cafe Nine quite a lot. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Quick to get your order taken, even if they are very busy. They have a bit of seating outside too which is nice when we do have some sun! Food is always nice and fresh. Usually have a large breakfast and coffee. Never disappointed. Absolutely no problem recommending them if you fancy a bite or a coffee, they will sort you out!

Can’t complain about staff they were brilliant, but the food was not worth the money, we had Yorkshire rarebit £17.95 It tasted like the bread had just been flattened and pressed into a small flat bowl topped with loads of cheese and stuck under a grill which the bread felt very hard to cut and quite solid it was topped with 3 half cherry tomatoes and a salad leaf (one) Not impressed We had come for the experience decided not to have the cakes as didn’t want to spend anymore money It’s not hard to make cheese on toast should of been better
