Great food but really needs someone whos sole job is to just answer the phone and take orders tried ordering a takeaway tonight but eventually gave up and rang someone else

Had some good food from here in the past and was always great but won’t eat from here again as there was hair in the food.

As I entered the shop I was greeted with a nice warm welcome the staff were very polite and patient and wore a big smile whilst I browsed the menu. I opted for the big English breakfast and it honestly hit the spot the spicy sausages were sensational and the eggs were cooked to perfection i also ordered a salted caramel latte which complimented the breakfast perfectly it was that good I had to take one for the road. Overall would highly recommend honestly a hidden gem.

Only downside was all 6 burgers were burnt, but still edible

I have ordered a few times before today food was bang on quality wise but just was disappointed to see one of my food items was missing Something which I obviously wanted hence why I placed it in my order You missed out the dessert now I don't know what went wrong there I did call up but no answer. hmm

Food was lovely, just one problem, there was 1 can of Rio missing, I ordered 1 on its own then the other 2 was as a meal deal and it was the 1 on its own I didn’t receive, other than that all was good.

Wrong order again. The chicken is not plain chicken it is yellow and seasoned. Appreciated the free cake given as the order was late however couldn’t be eaten due to allergies

Took an hour and 35 minutes for our food to come that the only disappointing think food was spot on

Chicken sandwich was made with the wrong chicken asked for so the sandwich had to be wasted, sausage sandwich was okay

Chicken steak was terrible and tasted more bbq. Ruined the whole meal! Dessert was coconut jam sponge cake, I ordered the pain sponge. It’s a shame as have ordered here before and it was lovely.

Ordered chicken masala with chips from here had to throw in the bin as it tasted like washing liquid as I thought was strange hoping just a simple mistake but hopefully they can sort this out somehow

Best jacket potatoes in Bradford. They take time to take off the skin as my kids don't like it. They're friendly and even season the potatoes.

Nothing to complain about the foods always been good quality! I see people in the reviews complaint to say they don’t get as much as they used to but everyone needs to remember the prices of everything as gone up , you get what you pay for!! Good quality food always !!

Delivery time awful, worst I've seen, order 40 minutes late (no updates), tired ringing and ringing and ringing takeaway for a update, but takeaway would not pick up the phone, got a peace of free cake for order been so late, don't like cake, should have at least been given my delivery fee back. Totally appualed with today's order. Hope tomorrows order improves

Food is always good here, what really annoys me is having to wait and wait and wait till you turn just eat back on so i can order food, writing this one day after order, been refreshing today for past two hours waiting for you to come online so I can order, I'm a daily customer and I should not have to wait to make my order

The pasta wasburny and hard amd no taste to the steak at all so bland wish had paid vy card because would have asked for refund discusting
