A delightful cafe in Terminus Street near the seafront. Staff are friendly but professional. The coffee is delicious as are the cakes, nachos, jacket potatoes, paninis and quiches. In the evening cocktails are available and there is always a 'special'. The place is very clean, even the toilet facilities. I thoroughly recommend.

Also known as Lucy's Café, it's found along from the main street & Town Hall in the direction of the train station and the new arts centre (yet to open). The breakfasts, lunches and snacks are very tasty — I've never had anything below standard here. They keep it simple, and prices are quite low.

Service was too slow. The waitress mixed the order and no one on our table really enjoyed the food. The steak was under cooked, the chicken was dry... The manager might need more experience - tip for him, when you're the venue is fully booked hire agency staff to cope with demand to avoid disappointing customers.

It’s annoying because the food is good but the atmosphere the staff create is awful. behind the till talking so loud i can’t have a conversation with the person across from me then hoovering the stairs an hour before closing. The place is disgustingly dirty considering all the hoovering, especially the bathroom and stairs. Shame because it used to be a lovely place to go. I’d recommend sitting upstairs if you want to be able to have a conversation.

I have visited this restraunt a couple of times now and have had a poor expirence both times. They were very quiet whe we arrived however there were multiple dirty tables which were dirty for the majority of our visit and we were there for almost 3 hours. Considering they were so quiet the service was shocking. We waited for ages for someone to come over and take our order once someone did our drinks ks arrived failry quickly. We didn't wait too long for our mains. There was no check back provided for the entirety of our meal and it wasn't until the waitress finally came to clear our plates that we were able to inform them of a problem with one of our parties meals and the response from the waitress was that she would let the kitchen know and it was a known problem with this dish at the moment. No apology was given for this and one of our party had to leave hungry. We had planned to order desserts but after the length of time it took for the waitress to come back we decided to leave it please bare in kind there was only a handful of tables in at this point but no member of staff was to be seen. Apart from the manager who appeared to be more interested in sat at a table in the restraunt on the work laptop while there were tables dirty and customers being ignored. We finally got the bill and looking at it the meal we complained about was still on there and nothing had been said and still no apology. We asked for this to be removed as the meal was barely touched the waitress said she would go speak to the manager. I saw her go over to the bar and ask the manager then looked over at the table and glared at us and you could tell by his body language reluctantly took the meal off the bill along with the discretionary service charge as requested. We then paid the bill happily as the rest of the food was OK. But we still didn't recieve and apology. The restraunt for the entire time we were there on a Saturday afternoon did not have more than 5 tables in and if our experience is anything to go by it doesn't surprise me why the restraunts surround this one were busy on a Saturday and this one was dead. It's safe to say I won't be returning and it was supposed to a nice meal to celebrate my friends engagement which ended on a sour note.

I have recently moved into Anchorfields just around the corner from this takeaway which was highly recommended to me by many of my friends and I can honestly say this is the best Chinese takeaway food in Kidderminster. I had plain noodle sweet and sour Cantonese chicken, satay chicken and egg fried rice all of which was absolutely delicious. The service was very quick and the staff were very friendly, I will most certainly be visiting there again.🙂

I was very disappointed with my meal at Temptations Indian Takeaway. The lamb tikka starter was overcooked and dry, the naan bread was burnt and hard, and the chicken korma was too runny and bland. The food lacked the authentic taste and aroma of Indian cuisine, and it was not worth the price. I would not recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a quality Indian takeaway.
