Service has taken a downturn over the last year. Was a decent boozer on a match day but now the service is very slow and the options for beer not brilliant either.

Absolutely awful experience. Our order was over an hour late, which is frustrating enough — but what made it worse was the complete lack of communication. We called over 50 times (yes, 52 — we counted), and no one answered. When someone finally did pick up, they blatantly lied, claiming they had called us when the delivery was out. No missed calls, no messages — just pure dishonesty. If they had just been honest or picked up the phone, this could’ve been handled so much better. But the disrespect and lack of accountability were unbelievable. We won’t be ordering from here again — and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values their time or money.

We booked for New Year’s Eve dinner just a few days before, no issues with booking we received an email asking for a deposit which is fairly standard for this time of year. It was our first time trying the 6 course Soirée Gastronomique and we weren’t disappointed, everything was hot and delicious, I particularly enjoyed the trio of bruschetta and the celeriac wellington. We’ve been coming here since it opened and will continue to do so. We left absolutely stuffed, a big thanks to the entire serving team for a very enjoyable evening.

Thanks guys for the wonderful meals and service we've had here unfortunately we won't be coming to kiddy now because of the parking, merry hill is free. Maybe you could move there?

Food was great flavoursome and hot, service was efficient and quick considering how busy it was, did feel like I was being watched the whole time but it may have been the 40 odd portraits on the wall. Always recommend a decent lounge bar when I can.

Fantastic quality food at really reasonable prices. All agreed the best steak and onion sandwich and chips ever! Will definitely be returning.

Way too salty on the curries but the duck was nice, easy on the salt guys to us it was inedible.
