First time at this particular branch. Very welcoming, quick, and efficient service. Warm welcome by the staff. Used my birthday treat reward and was wished happy birthday by the barista. Very clean & tidy, with no used crockery or glasses cluttering up the tables. There is plenty of seating available inside and out and no wobbly tables for once. Highly recommend this branch, and there are lessons other branches could learn from this superbly run Costa. Well done, all involved. Will definitely be coming back.

Your average overly expensive chain coffee sho.

Had to clear table ourselves and ask twice for it to be cleaned. For 3 toasted sandwiches and 3 coffees thought £23.70 was a bit expensive!!

Always have the hot chocolate as they make it with milk and not hot water ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS 😋

The staff were so kind to me. Especially the young lady with the long dark hair with the blonde highlights.

We were waiting at a table for our friend in the Que. a female worker with grey hair and glasses clearly old. Came up to us and wouldn’t let us talk as to why we hadn’t brought anything yet. She was so rude and nasty we told our friend to get out of the line and just leave as we were leaving the female worker shouted bye at us and to never come back. Even though I go there al most everyday and spend my hard earned money there nearly everyday. It is a very big shame really because the last two times I went there the same old female worker was rude to me but I let it slide. Very disappointed do better.

Had a Crossaint and hot chocolate and was lovely. Atmosphere is peaceful so lovely place to go and chill for half hour.

I did not eat at Costa today. The young man serving was really helpful making a weak gingerbread latte for my granddaughter. My daughter and husband were impressed with the cream on their drinks.

Don’t normality write review but the staff at costa weavers wharf on the 20/09/2023 around 2pm are absolutely lovely and deserve a lot of recognition, unfortunately there technology went down for a lot longer than expected, and well they had to stop serving for a little while understandably, the staff insured that all present customers were happy at the time despite trying to deal with the stressful situation, and were very apologetic even though it wasn’t there fault and had some rude customers towards them, would 100% recommendations this branch for they customer’s service and food of course.

It's Costa, slow service , three people behind counter chatting away, four customers waiting. Why does the British public put up with this excuse for a coffee house? Head for the independent every time - I only went in because a colleague 'always goes to Costa' .

Sat at 3 tables, all wonky, mum spilled her tea on herself

Love this place , I often go with my assistance dog and they don't make a fuss about it. My girl loves the free pup cups , cup with squirty cream in . Perfect for a quick rest and always super helpful

Spent a couple of gours here on a remotr course ootside next to the canal. Friendly staff helped with filling my cups and making sure ibhad whatever i needed. Ace

I visited this costa today and have never recieved such bad service I get I'm not a regular customer but I was waiting to be served and was ignored whilst an obviously regular was greeted his order taken I was then acknowledged if you could call it that all I got was 'yes' I handed over my sandwich to the male server asked for my drink paid moved along the girl who was doing the drinks then came and chatted to the customer behind me then did my drink the guy came back took out my sandwich banged it on the tray with no communication at all I've never seen such rude staff in costa

Service was quite slow and the takeaway cups were overfilled so spilled by the time we left the building.

As far as chains go, which I am not a fan of, this is a pleasant little cafe by the river side that provides a welcome space for a rest during shopping. It's clean, staff are friendly. I've never eaten here but the coffee is good and there seems to be a lot of choice in terms of sandwiches and cakes if that's your thing.

Freindly branch in the centre of town, not a large branch though so can get crowded.

Love a Costa and now they serve M&S food. You can have a coffee and a packet of percy pigs what more could you want 😜

What can u say, coffee is always great from Costa

My fave place to go for coffee or a frostino. Staff always happy to help and make any necessary alterations to drinks or recommendations for a better drink as I'm lactose intolerant. I love a frostino and saw one on tiktok a while ago & the staff are always happy to make it for me. It's laid out lovely inside and always clean even though it can get pretty busy. Would definitely recommend. I don't however recommend the Costa on cross-eyed retail it's awful and the staff are so rude and unhelpful. 10/10 however though for costa in weavers wharf😊🥳

Great The "babycinno" is free unless you ask for coconut milk (or other) then it's 50p. The coffee is huge! Don't ask for a large coffee, you'll be there for a week 😉

Much of the Staff here are quite indifferent to waiting customers in the Coffee shop whilst they are preparing items for delivery drivers and rarely apologise for predictable delays........ Come back Starbucks staff any day of the week ....!

Lovely location, but just like any Costa, mistakes are frequently made. My drink was missing it's coffee and my food was out on the side for quite a while before someone thought to warm it up. The service of one of the employees there though was brilliant, which did gain this review an extra star

Great coffee, unfortunately the toilet was pretty dirty! This seems to be a 'theme' with Costa toilets in general...

Love the selection of drinks and cakes. Staff work so hard, I think they just need a little help with cleaning etc

Probably the dirtiest and most disorganised Costa Coffee I have ever been to. Coffee was ok but the venue was filthy and unorganised.
