Having used lili Italia for over 12months I would have said great food and great service.. however tonight has ruined it! Driver turned up waited outside then promptly drove off? Called the shop and got told it’s my fault cause I didn’t answer the phone? Didn’t get a call at all.. then when i rang and asked where food was. Was told it had gone back to shop 🙈 he said I’ll send it back now! I said I don’t want cold food.. food arrived clearly microwaved as packaging was clearly warped from being nuked! Food went in the bin and I’m £17 out of pocket.. not happy 😡

Ordered a Pizza via Just Eat this evening. The order was accepted very quickly and prepared quickly too. The food was really tasty and great value for money. I would highly recommend.

Absolute shambles of a place. Rude staff, food is under cooked and the place itself is filthy have contacted environmental health.

Just ordered a chicken kebab and lili special kebab and food was covered with sauce rang back up for a change of food without sauce refused to come back to swap food and refused to collect and refund money staff are really rude over the phone won't order from here again!

Wow Such varied reviews, but I have to add mine. First time ordered after flyer through letterbox, ordered the Lili special kebab and a large kebab pizza (yes I know!) Was absolutely amazing so nice so proper take away!! All kebab stuff was hot and gorgeous, just sooooooo proper Pizza better than domino’s and half the price, very very good Loads left for dinner tomorrow If ya gonna try something have that special kebab, wonderful 😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀

The shish chicken wrap was beautiful! Full of flavour fresh ingredients and hot. I'm fussy too. Chips were crispy and hot. Will definitely be ordering again

Once I ordered kebab with chips, the chips was so dry I could not even eat it. The portion of food they gave to poeple are very small in compare with the other take away shops as well. In simple word they are rubbish and I bet majority of their good reviews are left by their delivery drivers.

Lili Italia has the best tasting doner meat I've ever had! Feels so light to eat, and not oily at all like most doner places. My husband and I travel far for just a little bit of Lili's food! The prices makes it all the more amazing! Great food and even greater prices!

Naga pizza is the best pizza I have ever eaten

The service was really bad the food was just as bad the pizz came which was not cut up and dry the chips came and they didn't see a fryer I could of cooked better at home never again please do not order AGAIN

RAZzle Dazzle Pizza. Fancy a Pizza cooked with passion- look no further! Freshly made with sumptuous savoury toppings. Try not to put Pineapple on this bad boy there is simply too much fresh stuff on offer hereabouts. I don’t know what goes into the Apollo Tomato Base but you had better believe it. Went yesterday night ordered cheese n tomato half n half chicken 1 but no tomato sauce was used just cheese and they chicken pizza was alright base is good tho. They charged me 7.50 not giving any dip with it. Expensive place not goin again

I ordered 3 meals from here one was a wrap meal with salad instead of chips meals arrived wrap with a can of pop no salad instead of chips phoned up explained to the guy what the issue was he said I ordered extra salad on the wrap which I never , I ordered salad instead of chips he said I put extra salad on wrap that's not what I asked he then said I complain every week I dont even order every week maybe once every 2 months at a push I then called back as my meat in my wrap was cold because of the salad had made it stone cold so I asked for money back he put the phone down on me then I phoned back again and said I think the line went dead he said driver on the way the man came to exchange food for money he was very nice and apologetic I can see why the poor delivery drivers get the attitude off unhappy customers with customer service like that via the phone!!

Just ordered a pizza from these guys and there was an issue with the order but they sent another pizza straight and and it was perfect , rather than leave me with a pizza we couldn't eat they sorted the problem out quickly and professionally I will definitely be ordering again

Good fast service and delivery food value for money

Great food. But dont order from their website. I have ordered 2 times and both times I have had to telephone them after waiting an hour. Both times I have been told " The order has just come through" and then have had to wait anothe half hour. The order is clearly there but they have failed to check or have some type of alert. This is very unprofessional. JOIN JUST EAT!!!!!

Horrible I allways order from here never had a problem allways really hot and nice, tonight I ordered mighty meaty pizza first bite I had the biggest piece of gristle the chicken was gross! The chicken was Just fat and gristle disgusting!! I rang to tell them and they didn't care, didn't offer to replace and said it's not their fault the chicken is bad. I told them I was a loyal customer as I order a pizza once a week as it's our favourite take away. Rubbish customer service and now left hungry will never ever order from there again!
