My favourite place to eat in Kidderminster, the tapas are stunning, would highly recommend!

We love this place but unfortunately we won't be coming to kiddy due to the parking changes, merry hill is free and nearer.

Quirky place, bit different to the norm, lots of unusual decor to look at!! Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good. Good range of GF options including cake and dessert. Even better if they did GF pasta dishes. Were very good on allergies etc.

Ended up here by accident really. Great find, great staff and the food was lovely. Nice place to relax would recommend and will defiantly be back.

Lovely food and great service, but they need a better dishwasher. I found the outline of lip marks on my fresh glass, and a few pieces of cutlery and plates had prints or smudges.

OK, so it’s part of a chain. OK, so it doesn’t pretend to be fancy-pancy like its fur-coat-and-no-knickers neighbour, ‘Bistro Pierre’. But its food and drink live up to its menu explanations, the service is good and the price is reasonable. Children are welcome. By far the best restaurant in this block of 4, in the humble opinion of this long-term Kidderminster resident.

Lovely breakfast and friendly staff everything we visit.

Went there at lunchtime today with 3 dogs. Staff all very welcome & friendly, soon sat us down & brought the dogs water bowls & treats! Ordered food & drinks which came quickly and was delicious. Thanks for a great experience, we'll return for sure!

A lovely restaurant. We had an evening meal on our stop over in Kidderminster on a Monday where virtually every restaurant was closed. Luckily we found the Tappeto Lounge and had 2 delicious burgers with free drinks as part of the deal. Great friendly service, delicious food and a lovely atmosphere. We will definitely return!

Keep coming back here, which says it all really. Well looked after by staff, food (tapas tuesday) was very nice & plenty of flavour to it. Very nice ambience with candle lit tables & low light. Will be going back again 👏

Visiting my daughter in Kidderminster and stayed in the Premier Inn but decided to have brunch with my daughter here. As she has a 12-week-old puppy we needed a dog-friendly place to eat. The food was amazing and plenty to choose from. The coffee was piping hot which is unusual these days. The service was excellent. The lady's loos were spotlessly All in all a great visit

Such a nice place to eat, especially for Tapas. The BBQ wings were too die for! I also highly recommend the Sherbet lemon drink. The atmosphere inside is really aesthetic and cosy.

Lovely food, went with my son he said the buttermilk fried chicken was lovely and crispy on the outside. He had a pink lemonade i had the diablo smash burger with fries and a biscoff banoffee milkshake

Went to the Tapetto lounge 13 October 24 with my wife. We were shown to our table at 12.05pm. There were at least 5 staff working however, not one of them came to our table to take our order. One member of staff even greeted new customers at the front door whilst holding another customer’s order in her hand. By 12.20pm, we had enough and left. It’s a wonder anyone gets served at all. Shocking!!!

Just back from a catch up with my friend, we chose the light bite which was soup and tuna and cheese melt, both were beautiful, soup was amazing with a little kick of pepper for £6.95 it was excellent value. Staff were lovely, friendly and attentive. Would have no hesitation recommending Tappetos in Kidderminster

Fabulous menu with wonderful staff (especially Sydney) in comfortable surroundings & the dog was allowed to join us too! Food was delicious as always as were the espresso martinis. Perfect way to celebrate my birthday so many thanks all - particularly Sydney who was so lovely & friendly!

Booked a table of 14 for a birthday celebration, children included. Our meal was delicious, service was excellent and all staff members were friendly. All of our food came out in a timely manner considering the amount of us, which we usually struggle with. Great atmosphere, looking forward to returning. Thank you for a memorable evening!

The food was nice, and there was a good selection of drinks, but the evening was completely ruined by the terrible acoustics. I couldn't hear even the person next to me without shouting. Unfortunately, I won't be going again

When we entered, there was plenty of staff and we were soon seated. The staff were very friendly and the overall service was fast but not quite rapid (e.g., 5-10 mins) The atmosphere is nice with with a large array of cultured works of art from a variety of Styles. There are perhaps too many different lights in the ceiling but overall very nice The ciabbatta was crisp and soft but had too much butter and lacked overall flavour: 3 stars The lemonade was the right size. It was also nicely chilled with good flavour: 5 stars

Lovely atmosphere, fab food and reasonably priced. You do place your order at the bar but the staff are all friendly and helpful. They are also really dog friendly with a water bowl and treats available.

The price for what you get was a bit disappointing. The place was bustling for a weekday, just didn't hit the points we were looking for. I had the shakshuka which was delicious but the portion size was small. Portion for the full English was also quite small, especially considering the price. Might be back for a coffee or milkshakes, but the food price to portion ratio was off putting.

Yet another excellent meal, we always enjoy eating here and this evening the staff were particularly impressive. Lovely atmosphere sitting outside relaxing but even though it was busy we were definitely not neglected, they were all a pleasure to deal with, thank you, full marks from us!

Quite a nice establishment, but nothing special. Ordered a burger which tasted good. Chips were a bit cold. Ordered onion rings and just 2 or 3 were stuffed inside the burger. Expected 5 or 6 served separately.

This was my first time here! The staff were amazing.(especially Katy, who served us) they were all Very friendly and helpful. Very polite.. The food was amazing & I absolutely loved it. I will definitely be back very soon. Also it is Dog friendly, so that's a bonus! 💕💕

Oh my what a fantastic gluten free menu had the best food so nice to go out for lunch and be offered a huge menu instead of one item only available to eat. Fantastic for celiac’s highly recommended and very delicious . Thank you

me and my friends come here all the time and i tend to have the chicken, bacon and avo salad and it is delish! i normally come on a monday so i get a free desert too as theyre unreal. staff are always so kind and welcoming

Great food and nice service. Nice and light at the front near the windows. A bit dark and dingy further back and in the toilets. Big menu, great hangover food. You have to order via a QR code to the table number. Very nice, and will be looking at whether there are others around the county. Yum.

We went last night. We had tapas and it was really lovely food. The service was brilliant. The young chap behind the bar was very helpful especially as I didn't have a clue how to pronounce anything or even what it was. He was absolutely happy to help and looked like he really enjoyed helping me which, when you feel like an idiot asking, is a really lovely helpful member of staff. The young lady there serving came straight over to us asking if we wanted any other menus like vegetarian or gluten free which was nice and then she told us how to order up at the bar. These are all things which make you feel more comfortable and at ease with where you are. I would definitely recommend this place. I'm definitely going back. Oh the food..........

I regularly visit this lovely place, the staff are always so friendly and go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need, on my friends birthday the lady serving even put a candle in a brownie for her after I asked if there was a little something she could do, Fantastic with children too. I have tried most things on the menu and never had a bad meal, it’s all beautiful high quality food with lovely presentation, the drinks and cocktails are also amazing, the twisted club is my current favourite and a Betty blue cocktail. The decor is lovely good conversation starters, I find it really interesting love the vibe very relaxed my children love talking about all the different things on the walls. There is a selection of games which my daughter loves getting out to play it’s nice touch, and brilliant idea for keeping them occupied yet still interact with the people on the table, it’s a really good idea for bringing people together. The food is never a long wait and is always hot and freshly cooked, staff are always happy to change anything if you’re not happy no problem at all. It’s always impeccably clean as are the toilets. Highly recommend

We were passing by to Manchester and stopped for quick brunch. After walking around there was nothing much to choose from we found this place. It was well worth the stop. Food delicious. Staff was very helpful and friendly, top class service. It is also children friendly. Family friendly place. Definitely recommend this place.

A great place fir good value food and Beverages.!

Disappointing… Ordered a couple lattes and a couple breakfast items. The ordering happened using QR code, it seems like there’s no table service in this place. Felt a bit like a canteen in that sense and not really a lounge. Since there’s no table service then I don’t really understand the prompt for tip since I am doing all the ordering anyway? The coffee came out burnt and had coffee grinds all over the rim and at the bottom of the cup. Breakfast took almost 25 minutes to come out when the place was half empty. Chorizo was overcooked and black in some places. Poached eggs were hard. After asking for replacement eggs they came out with a puddle of complimentary water in which eggs were boiled still on the plate and when the eggs were cut open they were undercooked. The eggs whites were raw and snotty. Fried eggs on another dish were also hard but we lost the will to ask for replacement after the poached egg nonsense. Makes you think whether the chef is lacking basic skills or simply can’t take criticism or both. But when the place can’t even cook the eggs it raises questions about the standards…

6 of us went out for tea, including our 3 year old Grandson, to celebrate my husbands birthday. Our Grandson was made to feel so welcome, (we were too!) he was given a colouring sheet and some crayons and his own menu. He was also provided with some chunky, plastic cutlery. I have never known a restaurant to do this. It was brilliant . The service was great, the staff were so friendly and the food was lovely. We were so comfortable and looked after so well, that we all ordered dessert, which we weren’t going to and they were delicious. We had a really good evening with really good food. Thank you.

Lovely friendly staff. I only had the soup, but it was good quality and a good flat white. I observed other customers were getting a nice meal at their tables. The only negative was that the gents had a plumbing problem and a light was missing.

Great food, good tapas staff are very friendly, good cocktails and great selection of beers

No welcome in arrival and had to go and place order. Food arrived quickly but cold or barely warm. Place not very busy so can’t understand why food so cold. Not just one item but various over the 2 meals we had. Dish for side item was badly chipped and looked like they were struggling to find I chipped dishes. No check made by server so felt couldn’t complain. Plates still left on table over 25 mins after we finished so felt didn’t want to order a second element . Seemed short staff for a lunchtime although one staff on phone and casually drinking a pop behind the bar. Very unlikely to return in forceable future. Prefer other local lounges sites where exceptional food and service received

Great food and great swift service. A nice vibe and good music. Alice was lovely, it can be difficult sometimes taking my grandfather out somewhere to eat in his wheelchair getting the wheelchair in and out of a restaurant and he is hard of hearing so not everyone is understanding but Alice was really friendly and accommodating. Went in on Christmas eve for food and drinks ask 2 leave with dogs due someone's dog barking assumed it was ours dogs. They was well behaved.

Sloppy in all ways. Service - tell guests we need to order at the bar. Put a notice on the board where it says ‘Please wait to be seated’ at the door or print it on the menu. So many servers walking past, catching your eye but totally uninterested in asking if maybe we needed some guidance. When mentioned the answer was oh sorry you should have been told and it’s on the app……😡 Maybe we’re not from the town, maybe we don’t even live in the UK…maybe I don’t want to have to download yet another app to tell me to order from the bar! Good customer Service is an art form and this place seems to think the random art displayed on the walls is enough art for them! No goodbye or thank you for your custom, is ‘everything ok with your meal’ care….just sloppy all round.

The chicken salad gave me food poisoning. I’m 28 weeks pregnant and this was horrific to go through for me and baby. I called to let them know, they said they’d investigate and call me back - heard nothing. Absolutely atrocious, do not eat here!!!

Miserable staff. Dirty floor and uncleared tables. Staff on phones instead of serving. Dirty cups. Really gone downhill 😔

Lovely lunch. Couple of Tapas to start. Bang Bang Chicken was very good and the vegetables in the dish were fresh and cooked well. Very tasty. Nasi Goreng was good too. Ordered at the table using the app, but plenty of servers around. We’ll be back. 👍

Nice atmosphere and choice of menu. Service was on the show side, I waited some time before a member of staff came to the sign that said ‘wait here to be seated’ and then was told I could sit anywhere - so why make me wait. Ordering was via an app, no personal service - and I was asked if I wanted to tip when I paid - before I had even received my meal!! I tip based on the food and service received like I have always done. The food I ate was nicely cooked - though it should have had avocado and gherkins - both of which were missing. If a member of staff has asked me of the meal was OK whilst eating, I would have mentioned it. But I never had any further contact with the staff even when I left. What happened to the art of service ? Or even human interaction - is that not part of the eating out experience?

Excellent friendly staff. Great atmosphere, the lounges have a great look to the interiors. And the food was excellent ant fault it.

2nd visit here, first time was great no problems lovley food , unfortunately 2nd time was a disaster, I had booked a table mid week for the Saturday at 6pm only to be told it had been cancelled?? I had no email regarding this, they found us a table right by the door which was constantly being opened and closed (so it was quite chilly) as they informed us that no other tables were available! The "restaurant" was not full and a couple of tables were empty during our meal, we were offered free drink each due to the booking being cancelled by them, so we went to order and then got told only 2 alcoholic drinks we could have, the table was for 6 of us??? Managed to get 1 more free drink, it should of been 6 free drinks! This has definitely put me off going here again even though the food was OK. poor customer service, I should have been notified if your booking system was down, not only that you have to either order from an app or go up to the bar to order!

Came here for the Halloween quiz for the first time - had a brilliant time! I come here fairly regularly with my partner or friends, we always have an amazing time. First time we've brought my 13 year old daughter here, and we all loved it!

We visited Tappeto Lounge on Sunday evening for a special occasion and enjoyed a fabulous meal. The staff were all really lovely and helpful, the service was fast and the food was delicious. We don’t live nearby but every time we’re in the area we like to visit Tappeto Lounge 😍

I met a friend for lunch & she recommended the Miami Brunch which I thought was absolutely delicious the service was very good & the decor was amazing I shall definitely be back at some point.

A good experience and will visit again. I would recommend this place. They cater well for allergies and is nut-free as well so was perfect for me. The food portions were reasonable for lunch time and were delicious. Different decor to the usual cafes/lounge places with a rustic feel to it - an interesting place! Didn’t visit the toilets so can’t comment on that. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great menus for vegetarians and vegans too.

First time visiting with a friend and I'm definitely going back. Had a Philly cheese steak( if I remember correctly)ciabatta with sweet potato fries and a vanilla latte. Absolutely delicious 😋

Ordered from the app the food was fast and delicious Ella and Tammy are super fab and friendly! People mention the dirty tables and I don't agree but you make the judgement, we had a vegan and normal main meal and both great quality

My big breakfast was delicious and well cooked. Tea cake was yummy too. The restaurant could be cleaner.

My two criticisms would be luke warm food ' beef burger. Secondly- asked for salt / vinegar, never came had to hunt them down and no mustards available????
