A large corner space offering lots of seating in comfy chairs. Clean, but the interior has aged compared to Costa and Starbucks. Refurbishment is needed! Service is okay. Coffee is average, in my opinion. The prices are pretty steep. The iced pistachio frappe I purchased was over £5 for a "large." Insane.

Took my loyalty card with 9 stamps and the red haired woman refused to honour my free drink saying that one of the stamps wasn't on the white circle! When I tried to make my point she started shouting at me in front of other customers. What is their problem in honouring the free drink? Small town mentality or what?

Great coffee, great atmosphere. Only down point is the opening hours, shame it isn't later. Enjoy sitting outside watching the day go by.

Has been badly in need of a refurbishment for many years now, but people still go because coffee is good. All the staff are friendly and helpful except for one female member of staff who is always rude and surly. Perhaps she is more suited to a role where she is not customer facing. She lets the place, and her colleagues down. Hope the place gets that much needed refurbishment soon.

No real complaints about this Cafe Nero, coffee was good, staff are friendly and efficient. It was a slow and peaceful day, so it was a relaxing cup of coffee. If I had to come up with one negative is that the decor and furniture could use a little updating.

I feel that the coffee at Nero just edges Costa coffee.

Tables filthy. Best one I could find had coffee rings of varying levels of dryness so clearly hadn’t been cleaned between several customers. One next to me was covered in spilled drinks and food crumbs. I was there for about 15 minutes while I waited for someone - in that time no one came out to clear or clean tables. When I got home I realised my skirt was marked up the back with sticky, milky coffee stains from the seat. If this is what cleanliness is like front of house, it makes me wonder what it’s like behind the scenes.

Every time I visit my daughter in Kidderminster we take coffee and cake at Caffe Nero, and for the last few times I wonder when the owner will start to do some referb. My recent visit in October I couldn´t even sit in one of the window seats as it smelt of urine ... I told the Manager and she didn´t seem at all concerned but went over and just sprayed and wiped the seat. Quite honestly every table and chair needs a jolly good clean as they all look very shabby and dirty. The toilet is also very smelly and dirty. The coffee is lovely but dont forget that it is very important to be able to sit in an environment where you can enjoy it too! Coffee #1 just around the corner has a much nicer feeling!

This is by far the best coffee in the town but what's with all the dogs?!!! They always seem to be in there just lately. It never used to be like that. Dogs shouldn't be allowed near a place serving drinks & food. We even saw one with it's paws on the table! Very unhygienic to say the least. The last comment about the barista touching one is very concerning. Also I overheard another barista saying he'd just had his nicotine fix. They serve second hand smoke too? Will seriously consider going elsewhere which is a shame because the place, coffee & girls are great.

Apart from the Italian moody guy staff are usually ok but I wouldn't say friendly to everyone of every creed. Coffee is better priced than rival Costa across the road and better quality. Comfortable and pleasant decor and outdoor area great in sunny days.

Always very friendly at this particular CN. Otherwise is like most CN. Great if you like their coffee. This one has a little row of tables outside so I could enjoy my brew in the sun.

The lady with the tattoos was so friendly and made the best black forest mocha! I could stand and chat to her for ages - thank you for brightening my day! Always amazing service in here.

In the town centre next to other brands. Could get busy at lunch time. We ordered 3 drinks: 1x latte with oat milk, 1x latte and 1x flat white. I had to explain to my colleagues what's the difference between latte and flat white as they couldn't see any difference in how it's made

Nice place very friendly staffs and local peoples just didn’t like few dog owners letting the dogs going around the tables I am sure they are safe. One owner was fully covered in his own dog fluffs that was not pleasant at the same time his dog was going around the tables. My point is staffs need to be more firm tell the owners with dog needs to have them in leash and not let loose going around the table. I am not a dog hater so please don’t hate me for this review just thought staffs can do more to help customers like my self with little children’s

Popped in for a fix of coffee in Kiddi. Happy vibe in this old little town.

Food/ drinks are what you'd typically expect from Nero. 5 stars go for the service, which manages to keep the space clean, take and execute orders even if they seem to be outnumbered in most of my visits. Sometimes there's only one person around! Perhaps the owner should consider to hire more staff please?? Manager should raise the same concerns too. Always great atmosphere and courteous customers (and their dogs). It's a regular visit for me every few days.

~ Café Nero, located on Weavers Wharf is very good. With a extensive selection of coffees and cakes you're sure to enjoy. Tea, hot chocolate and toasted sandwiches are also available. Café Nero's coffee is quite strong, which I like, but if you prefer yours milder you can tell them. The use of Exasperated Mil-ak is not available, they do however sell biccie wits. ✌️👍☀️ ~

Cafe Nero in kidderminster is desperately in need if a referb, very shabby and dark and the toilet was quite honestly a disgrace.On saying that the cake was delicious and coffee good the staff were very friendly .Won't be visiting again for a while there are more pleasant cafes to use .

Nice place and good service. Coffee is good and cake also. Comfortable seating but cig smoke wafts in from outside which is a no, no for us. However, just as good as Costa across the way and far better service than Coffee#1 round the corner.

Went into Cafe Nero today for the first time in years, and I'm not quite sure why I haven't been more often. The service was better than it's nearby rival and the coffee was nicer too, although the interior did look like it could do with a refurb. We did also have food which was expensive for what it was, but to be honest it cost about what I would expect to pay at a coffee shop anyway. Picked up a loyalty card; I will definitely be back.

Excellent coffee as usual but service was slow on the day of our visit. Two staff in store, one taking orders and preparing drinks, the other clearing tables, washing up and cleaning toilets. Both staff were busy but the queue was easily 6 customers long. Some extra help would have been welcome.

You really can't fault the coffee or service here. Staff are on the ball making first class drinks. Blasts near by Costa out of the water on every level.

I visit neros in Kidderminster most days , coffee is always spot on and food good , the coffee bar is badly in need of a refurb but the friendly staff make up for this , great bunch of guys and girls , Neros bosses hope you see this and give these guys a refurb , your business will surly be the best in the town then .

The frappe creme with salted caramel, pistachio and a shot of espresso really hit the spot and the premises were nice and clean. Unfortunately let down a little by serving staff who it felt as though I had caught them on a bad day, not much in the way of pleasantries or smiles.

The staff are excellent here which goes a long way in helping to make those very important cappuccino moments special! It's cleaned often and they have great coffee and snacks here, which always taste fresh. Some really comfy nice seating too. Location is also good.

Second time in about 3 weeks that I have visited, and I know, these are difficult times for all Retailers, but I thought I'd give them another try, and again the Cappuccino was absolutely unpalatable very strong, with a bitter after taste, i dont think I would be rushing to go back in the near future.

Didn't seem to be any COVID practices! no masks by staff (i get some people are exempt but all of them!) only came here cause Costa was full. Not again. would rather go elsewhere

Tried to visit today at 4.45pm but we were turned away, which I thought was pretty poor considering I am a loyal customer. WAS moaning about present climate but then turning custom down!! Pretty stupid. Went across to COSTA your loss!! Costa for us now. Thanks

The coffee is OK. However there were 2 open litter bins that were full. We had to search around to find a place to put our empty cups. Staff weren't particularly helpful and there was no one cleaning tables.

Absolutely my favourite place in Kidderminster, and it's lasted! I've edited YouTube videos here, read a book or a mag, had a girlie catch up with friends, recovered from walking or shopping, people watched, and brought my daughter in for a bit choc. Perfect! Friendly and always plenty of seating - nice energy here ☕🍰💖

We have visited Nero a few times since the close of Starbucks and every time we are waiting for the staff to either finish chatting or put some energy in to serving customers. Today we gave up waiting, popped across the corner to Tappeto lounge, were greeted with a warm welcome and served straight away. That’s how it’s done Nero.
