Ordered from here for the 2nd time it took me 10 minutes to place my order has they could not understand me,order came missed off 1 of the meals had to go down and fetch it,burgers were hard and rubbery,chips tasted like they had warmed them up and tasted horrible the only thing edible was the bbq chicken wings wont be ordering again, it comes to so.ething when your 3 year old grandaughter wouldn't eat her chips has they tasted horrible!!!!

Ordered often from here and the food quality is beyond inconsistent. Sometimes it's come and the Donner has been white and under cooked and the same with the Chicken. They'll also make you wait over 2 hours sometimes for food and if you're lucky enough for them to be bothered to deliver it's usually horrible. When they first opened they were quite consistent and actually put out decent food but 6 months later and the quality leaves a LOT to be desired. I dunno if it's because I complained but yeah every time I order now it's like they go out of their way to make sure it's terrible. Maybe take on criticism and look to improve cause eventually people will stop ordering from here.

Last 3 times I have phoned to order they haven’t been able to understand what I’m saying what so ever, was trying to explain for 10 mins that I wanted a meat feast pizza and a donner burger and chips. After all that he said I had to start again. Not sure how everyone else has got on but communication skills are absolutely awful.

To be honest, absolutely appalled. We ordered food and they cancelled with no explanation. Not what I was expecting, definetly won't be ordered from here again. Absolutely pisstake of a place. Do not go here, major let downs.

Yeah definatley got off too a good start when first opened but standards seem to have dropped a bit. Used to be more generous helpings, free dips, better taste when they first opened they pulled out all the stops. Now just seems to have gone average and a bit downhill, hasnt gone unnoticed by me, probably wont use them anywhere near as often.

The best kebab box ever I had for pizza bae 💯

This is pizza bae but same address as kebab bae so will have to leave a review here for Kebab bae. They took 2 hours for my food to be delivered. Absolute joke when I called to ask they blamed the driver for taking long. Me and my children had to wait till 10pm to have dinner such horrible service will never be ordering again.

Delivery driver never spoke once ! Ordered the kebab pizza .. where was the kebab be cause all I could find was onions and peppers , bbq meat feast was a tiny bit of ground beef with a few pieces of pepperoni, I really don’t see why people rave about this takeaway ! I won’t be coming back

I have been to this take away several times since it opened 3-4mths ago. They have just received their 5* hygiene rating. Fantastic pizzas, the best I have tasted for years. I would highly recommend.

The food was INCREDIBLE! Really fast delivery, super-friendly and piping hot delicious food. Pizzas so big and heaped with topping and complimentary chips were the best takeaway chips I've ever eaten. Will definitely be ordering again and will be telling everyone I know to try it!

Amazing experience with these guys! It's always a risk trying out new businesses but this by far one of the best experiences I've had with a takeout! Our milkshake got knocked over and as soon as they realised, they sent out a fresh one (despite us saying it was okay, they were insistent on replacing it!). The chap on the phone was so friendly! The food was so good! Everything arrived hot & fresh. A lot of places that sell pizza like this, the pizza winds up unbearably salty which is my biggest pet peeve - these pizzas were perfect! Very tasty. The Ferrero Roche milkshake was so delicious. Really happy. You've got yourself a regular 🥰

Really good delivery, and the food is great. The pizzas are lovely and the cheesy chips are probably the best I’ve had locally. They also threw in some dips and a cookie dough which was super nice of them! Would definitely recommend :)

I was very disappointed with my meal at Temptations Indian Takeaway. The lamb tikka starter was overcooked and dry, the naan bread was burnt and hard, and the chicken korma was too runny and bland. The food lacked the authentic taste and aroma of Indian cuisine, and it was not worth the price. I would not recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a quality Indian takeaway.

Been ordering from here about 8 yrs now and never had a problem as I usually go into the shop, last twice I've ordered delivery online from the website. Ordered tonight and as usual the food was lovely but sadly I had 2 item missing I paid for, paid for extra mushrooms and didn't get any, and the special comes with pilau rice and that was missing. I would've phoned and asked for it to be delivered but by the time I got it my food would've been cold so didn't bother. I'll go into the shop next time.

Been using Temptations for quite a while. Always late but worth waiting for. This evening it was over 2 hours late, obviously I called them , they told me it was on the way etc. starter was cold and inedible, like burnt crisps!!! What should have been 2 Dhanshak were basically 2 plates of soup!!! Very disappointed, won’t be returning

I've had 4 or 5 takeaways from Temptations and all have been top notch. All our meals have been as described and very tasty. Friendly service and well worth trying if you are looking for a good Bangladeshi/Indian takeaway. Shame it's not a restaurant!

Gone downhill dramatically. They must have changed chefs or something from 3 years ago. Chicken was super super dry. No flavour. Naan looked like a pre-packaged naan from a supermarket. They need to step it up if they are going to survive. God awful food quality.

Garbage customer service, order was an hour late, food was horrible, didn't get everything we ordered and was told it was refunded even though it wasn't. Only thing which was good was the well mannered delivery person.

I will never be ordering a curry from here again, the order was late coming and it was cold. 30 mins after eating it I was being sick and couldn't get off the toilet !!

Ordered through just eat and was delivered 40 minutes late. I called them after 20 minutes late, and they gave the excuse that they were a driver down and just eat was not updating correctly. Yeah right!!! But my food had just been cooked. It should have been delivered by now and not just finished being cooked. Restuatants take note that you can change the delivery time when I put the order in. Food was very nice though once delivered. The £3 delivery charge should be refunded at least if the delivery is this late in my opinion.

I have used this takeaway quite a lot lately And alawys been very pleased food lovely, but on my last visit a member of staff was quite rude. I apprieciate how busy it can be but im not returning again as i was most offended

Used temptations three weeks ago, and we have been four times since that. What a fantastic takeaway. The food is always superb and the staff very friendly. Definitely the best in town.

Over 2 hours after online order was placed and still no food. The website says deliveries will be made within 60 minutes; and despite 3 phone calls to chase; still waiting and hungry.

Phoned in to order a takeaway for collection. Asked for 2 chicken korma, 2 pilau rice, 1 naan bread, 2 onion Bhaji. Went to collect. Upon arrival was informed that the amount was £21.65. Challenged this and explained got a lot more for less. New menu was the excuse. Only charged £20.00 as I have used cash as they charge you for use of debit card. Fair enough. Got home and found out when I plated the food up was that one portion of the korma had 6 pieces of chicken and the other 4 pieces. I asked for 2 onion Bhaji and got 8 pieces. I rang to complain and they would not entertain. They gave me extra than what I asked for and charged me more yet they blame a price rise on a new menu. Being a aa rosette chef I know you can get 8 chunks of diced chicken from a breast a piece and also understand that 2 pieces of onion Bhaji does not mean 8. No wonder my bill was over the usual £20.00. They tried to pull a fast one. Asian menus never change just the price. I will never ever purchase from this place again. The local Cantonese charge £10.00 less for a less hassle fuller tummy.

Poor experience . absolutely worst chapathi i have ever had .thick and lumpy ,more like those nasty things kebabs come in . Curry qúite bad but edible . Much better choices in area (ie everywhere )and i shall be supporting those in future

Ok at best... I've been a fair few times... There is no good indian in the area this is OK but not brilliant. At least you can see what they are doing.. Price is cheap but food quality is on and off depending on what you order. Recommended list is crap.....they can't do a naan to save their life....take that apart they are OK.

Top food at great prices, hadn't had Indian food for a while so took a gamble on Temptations as its fairly close to us and boy oh boy did not disappoint ordered starters and mains for 3 people and it was incredible, worth the wait for delivery. Arrived hot to touch and beautifully aromatic the delivery driver was very polite young man a real credit to this takeaway would certainly recommend this takeaway and have , it's now the only place we want Indian from well done to owners and staff for bringing this little Gem to our side of Kidderminster.

Great food, haven't been disappointed yet since using them this year. Good range of choices at decent prices. Have just had the Temptations Fusion Special - super hot but at least you can taste the herbs, spices and meats.
