The food was excellent, as was the service and the staff were extremely efficient and friendly. The guest ale selection was spot on, which was a nice surprise. I think the playground out the back could do with a bit of TLC, but wasn’t enough to lose a star. Full marks!

We popped into the three crowns again tonight, tried the new menu and it was lovely, The atmosphere is always friendly, the bar staff Sam and Lis were very welcoming. The food service was quick and waitresses Zarina and Lauren were very accomodating and friendly 😊

The food was very mixed. The burgers and fish and chips were very good but the steak, child and the hunters chicken were less good. The steak was dry and tough and the hunters chicken was dry and the tomato which it came with had no juice. The Chile is a small portion. The starters were good but we had the sharer wings and nachos which we could have done with some small plates. The atmosphere was nice but it got very loud at some points, to the point where we couldn't hear ourselves speak. The online menu had things missing, for example the Ultimate Southern Fried Chicken burgers, the fish and chips and the Guinness. We ordered these at the bar instead.

We were in a party of 23 for my Wifes 50th Birthday. The pub accommodated us and were very efficient from ordering, cooking and serving all the meals. Fantastic staff and well run.

Absolutely cracking meal, humungous cod n chips,cooked to perfection, followed by sticky toffee pudding and custard.A must try pub.5*.Mixed grill is also excellent,as is choice of drinks.Mega Mixed Grill Is Humongous With Plenty.

Normal run of the mill pub with pub grub, a selection of beers, including some on hand pull. Usual offering from the kitchen and exactly as you would expect.

Absolutely fantastic Christmas Dinner here. Kelly and Leah were fantastic waitresses given that we were a large table of 16 with learning disabilities, they really did cater fantastically for all our needs. Liss organising us and looking after us was second to none, made us feel very relaxed and so very welcomed, nothing was a problem for her. Rav cooked the most fantastic dinner, was far better than my expectations and arrived looking like a 5 star bistro meal. We will be here again next yera to share our Christmas do with them. I visited with family. When we first went in the bar area had quite a few people waiting but staff soon served and the bar area cleared quite quickly. Food was excellent and we didn't have too long to wait. It was quiz night which was very enjoyable but not too intrusive if you wanted to chat.

Lovely pub with a great menu. Come here about once every 4-6 week's and not been disappointed yet. The staff are friendly and helpful, the foods always good. Great place to meet with friends or have s family meal. Outdoor seating and play area for the summer too.

We take hubby's sister to this pub when we visit and have never had a bad meal. Once was fully booked as it was a last minute visit so would recommend booking. Choices are good, all meals were great and good portions. Staff were very busy but extremely helpful and friendly. A little wait to be served but she new the order of people and customers were patient and pleasant. Parking was OK. Would thoroughly recommend this pub.

Enjoyed our meal at Three Crowns and Sugarloaf in Kidderminster using the 30% token off and our servers were Liss and Kelly! We had fish & chips, hunters chicken, cowboy burger, Thai curry with chicken, apple crumble and chocolate brownie cake.

Enjoyed our meal, comfortable atmosphere. Kelly was our waitresses, she was friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for her.

I popped into the 3 Crowns and Sugar Loaf in Kidderminster as I haven’t been in there for a few months and I’m pleased to say that the welcome form the staff was as always.. very welcoming and a warm clean environment. The waitress Poppy, was very welcoming and engaged with all orders placed. Poppy explained the menu for some of the guests and offered a wide range of selections with the meal. Excellent waitress service, and the bar service is equally on par. Kath and Hollie know how to run the bar and keep things moving when times are busy. I am really looking forward to go back there when I’m next in the area. 🍺

Mixed grill is amazing here... worth the price. Good service too. Been a few more times so Google asked me to update review. Still great. Good service, lovely staff, happy customers, good food. No complaints. Will return. Thanks guys.

Cath is an excellent barmaid, always making us welcome. In the past she has been extremely helpful, especially as I suffer from Anxiety and Panic Attacks from time to time and, when my husband and I eat there, she always ensures that the table we book is situated where I can eat in a quieter environment and enjoy a night out.

Came down for a meal today around 7 and had such a lovely meal. I was served on the bar by jade where i ordered a sirloin a cowboy and a few kids meals. They were cooked beautifully by the chef, i believe his name was jamie. The waitress poppy who brought out our food was so sweet and had a beautiful smile. Me and the hubby went and ordered some cocktails after where we were served by josh who clearly had some prior cocktail shacking skills which was very impressive. Also a huge shout out to lissy for her expertise and knowledge of the menu as it was a tough decision for the kids. All in all, i had a fabulous experience today and we will definitely be back when we next can.

Food & service excellent as usual

Had a problem with my food and the manager was so rude and abrupt with me. He is known for speaking to his staff rudely but when you’re a customer it’s another story! Won’t be returning

Don t order from the app order from the bar .they take your money then proceed to tell you your not getting food even though they excepted the order .shocking attiude from staff .left with children up set and hungry no food and bank account lighter .we will never return here .the order could of been blocked but hey the match was on so our fault not.we were made to believe as the match was on they had for got not to except the order if five different families had had come in and orderd at the table then there would be five tables orders taken but no food coming out surely there is a process of not taking orders i will speak to a senior area manager
