Absolutely love this place, just everything and everyone are amazing and even on a busy night it still amazing

Lovely evening with work colleagues, Food was good. Service was excellent from, poppy& liss. Atmosphere the place was alive with family and friends.

Came to the quiz 16/10/2024 had some food before, the flatbread, it was lush! Kath did the quiz and was very clear with asking the questions and took time for the teams to answer! Fab service!

Lovely staff , lovely service and great atmosphere. Myself and my dad Geoff love the Tuesday afternoon bingo session . Kelly and Poppy are so friendly and accommodating with the lunches . Nothing is too much trouble.

Served by Aaron and Kath at the bar they were very polite and attentive. Poppy and Georgia served us our food and made sure we had everything we needed. Very impressed. We had two chicken tikkas and a chicken korma they were lovely thanks to Jade and Simon in the kitchen.

Enjoyed our meal at Three Crowns and Sugarloaf in Kidderminster using the 30% token off and our servers were Liss and Kelly! We had fish & chips, hunters chicken, cowboy burger, Thai curry with chicken, apple crumble and chocolate brownie cake.

Enjoyed our meal, comfortable atmosphere. Kelly was our waitresses, she was friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for her.

Great service the other day as ever from waitress Caitlyn and Holly on the bar.

I popped into the 3 Crowns and Sugar Loaf in Kidderminster as I haven’t been in there for a few months and I’m pleased to say that the welcome form the staff was as always.. very welcoming and a warm clean environment. The waitress Poppy, was very welcoming and engaged with all orders placed. Poppy explained the menu for some of the guests and offered a wide range of selections with the meal. Excellent waitress service, and the bar service is equally on par. Kath and Hollie know how to run the bar and keep things moving when times are busy. I am really looking forward to go back there when I’m next in the area. 🍺

Cath is an excellent barmaid, always making us welcome. In the past she has been extremely helpful, especially as I suffer from Anxiety and Panic Attacks from time to time and, when my husband and I eat there, she always ensures that the table we book is situated where I can eat in a quieter environment and enjoy a night out.

Absolutely cracking meal, humungous cod n chips,cooked to perfection, followed by sticky toffee pudding and custard.A must try pub.5*.Mixed grill is also excellent,as is choice of drinks.Mega Mixed Grill Is Humongous With Plenty.

Came down for a meal today around 7 and had such a lovely meal. I was served on the bar by jade where i ordered a sirloin a cowboy and a few kids meals. They were cooked beautifully by the chef, i believe his name was jamie. The waitress poppy who brought out our food was so sweet and had a beautiful smile. Me and the hubby went and ordered some cocktails after where we were served by josh who clearly had some prior cocktail shacking skills which was very impressive. Also a huge shout out to lissy for her expertise and knowledge of the menu as it was a tough decision for the kids. All in all, i had a fabulous experience today and we will definitely be back when we next can.

Food & service excellent as usual

Had a problem with my food and the manager was so rude and abrupt with me. He is known for speaking to his staff rudely but when you’re a customer it’s another story! Won’t be returning

Went in this afternoon for lunch and had fish and chips and surf and turf and both brilliant. The staff were lovely as well Kelly made us feel right at home and the man behind the bar was lovely and friendly as well would highly recommend

Don t order from the app order from the bar .they take your money then proceed to tell you your not getting food even though they excepted the order .shocking attiude from staff .left with children up set and hungry no food and bank account lighter .we will never return here .the order could of been blocked but hey the match was on so our fault not.we were made to believe as the match was on they had for got not to except the order if five different families had had come in and orderd at the table then there would be five tables orders taken but no food coming out surely there is a process of not taking orders i will speak to a senior area manager

Me & My Son Always Come Here. As it's only up the road. And I have to say Kelly is my absolute favorite. Makes you feel so welcome, And always speaks to my son and makes him feel happy which is very important to me, So 100% recommend.

Me and my friend go for lunch most weeks with our little boys after baby group. Food is very reasonable and tastes great. Service is amazing all staff are super friendly especially Kelly who always looks after us so well and always makes time to say hello to our boys. It has a welcoming atmosphere and is family friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Great food and fantastic service. We really enjoyed our food. I had gammon chips and egg and the gammon was cooked to perfection. My son had a mixed grill and the steak was mouth watering. Well done to chefs Simon and John and waitresses Poppy and Lauren.

I love being here and eating out the loaded fries is absolutley pukka, my and my family love being here we try to go her at lease once a week lol and kelly the server is an absolute star love having her serve us.

Took grandkids for lunch. 3 meals were ok. But my soup was gone in exactly 6 spoonfuls.Smallest soup portion I've ever seen. It said it comes with half a baguette and butter but came with sliced bread and no butter. Grandson had kebab, donner meat and chips with garlic mayo. He couldnt eat the meat as the mayo was absolutely daubed over it. Far too much. Very disappointed. Not been for years and won't go back. Usually love Marston’s pubs too.

We had a great experience at this pub. The service was exceptional with great customer service from Katherine. The food was lovely and came within good time. I would highly recommend if you are looking for somewhere that is welcoming with a friendly atmosphere.
