Stepping into The Havilands cafe feels like entering a fairytale. With its charming Alice in Wonderland theme, the décor is delightfully whimsical — think teacups hanging from the ceiling, vintage keys, playing cards, and cozy mismatched furniture. Every corner is picture-perfect and full of character. The menu is just as enchanting, and I highly recommend their pesto chicken panini — it was absolutely delicious, with perfectly grilled bread, juicy chicken, and just the right amount of pesto and melted cheese. The staff were lovely and attentive, adding to the magical experience. A must-visit spot for café lovers and dreamers alike!

The staff at this Bella Italia Location are so friendly and kind, we had the best possible service and I cant explain enough how thankful our waiter was for taking these photos. The food was incredible as perscribed via the pictures below. Well done!

Went for lunch. Food was tasty and staff were friendly. Waiting staff were so friendly. Really sad to hear the place is closing, and the employees not being offered any alternative employment. Such a shame .

Tried one of their legendary afternoon teas ..scone crumbled to a million pieces when cut showing it was old and dry . Sandwiches were cheap tinned tuna and supermarket ham. Cakes frozen warehouse specials . Definitely a bad tourist trap

Buena relación calidad-precio, comida sabrosa servida en tubería caliente y excelente servicio. Gran ubicación, por el río, cerca del parque y sobre el puente a la ciudad y RSC

El personal es muy amable y servicial. Recomiendo 👍 tenía un tiempo increíble y vio grandes vistas. cualquiera que visite debe venir aquí.

Falta de personal. Larga cola. Sándwich tostado no comestible. Visitado poco antes de las 2 pm. Solo unas 5 personas por delante en la cola, pero tuvo que esperar 15 minutos para llegar hasta hacer el pedido. El tipo que servía llevaba guantes de plástico para preparar alimentos, pero manejaba dinero, y hasta entonces manejaba alimentos sin cambiar guantes. El café era mediocre y caro. El tostado feta no se tostó en absoluto, solo se coció al vapor caliente y empapado - no podía comerlo. Evita este lugar.

Travelled to Stratford Upon Avon to meet friends. Lovely staff and service. Had a lovely girl who seemed to be the manager come over and check everything was satisfactory etc. Will definately be recommending and overall 10/10 for a lovely coffee with my friends in lovely settings.

Can’t miss this boat serving ice cream in the Stratford basin area right in the centre of the town. On the day we were they it was a great!
