Went for lunch. Food was tasty and staff were friendly. Waiting staff were so friendly. Really sad to hear the place is closing, and the employees not being offered any alternative employment. Such a shame .

Great service and couldn’t do enough to make sure everything was good.

If 0 stars was an option this what it'd be. Where to start the staff were extremely rude very sarcastic. When I presented my gift card it hadn't scanned and the women behind the till was very rude and demanded to scan it again. Then my friend asked for a chocolate fudge frappe without coffee to then have it in a glass instead of the usual plastic cups. Then upon drinking it noticed it had coffee, she is allergic to coffee. So took it back to be changed then blonde woman behind the counter rolled her eyes at me and said very abruptly "I will do another one go and sit down as it's going to take a while." She then brought it over to the table for it to be served in a small measuring glass. This is disgusting customer service and not what we had paid for. I think the staff need more training in customer service and some need to take a happy pill as there moods were shocking.

Very nice as always at Bistro Pierre. The food was excellent, and although the venue was busy, it was still an enjoyable evening. The breakfast was also excellent and of good quality.

I called in for a cup of tea. Exceptional service very quick and efficient. Staff very nice and polite. The owner was very nice and polite and made my stay enjoyable.

Breakfast wasn't good. Service was slow. Food quality isn't worth what you're paying for. I was disappointed 😞 Positive - waitress was nice, friendly and pleasant

Love the place, it has to be my comfort spot for coffee in Stratford. Staff are always very nice and you can tell they work very hard, me and my boyfriend often go when we get breaks from work or fancy a hot drink, and the two guys at the counter have always been great and fun to talk to :) Coffee is lovely and so is matcha latte which is my go to!

Travelled to Stratford Upon Avon to meet friends. Lovely staff and service. Had a lovely girl who seemed to be the manager come over and check everything was satisfactory etc. Will definately be recommending and overall 10/10 for a lovely coffee with my friends in lovely settings.

Can’t miss this boat serving ice cream in the Stratford basin area right in the centre of the town. On the day we were they it was a great!

Conocí a un amigo aquí justo antes de que comenzara el encierro. Un ambiente muy peculiar con hermosos gatos y gatitos. ¡El café era delicioso y mis panqueques de tocino y arce eran increíbles! Lo recomiendo encarecidamente (incluso con la tarifa de entrada de 5, en beneficio de los gatos).
