Amazing, friendly service! Lovely meal and great value! ☺️

Absolutely awful. Service (understaffed) was abrupt-to-rude and we left without eating because we’d been waiting so long - tho very little food seemed to be leaving the kitchen - chef mainly standing doing very little. Felt chaotic the second we walked in and kicking myself for staying.

What a little gem had the perfect dining experience lovely staff great service and great food. You must get yourselves there.

The whole experience was just okay, the food was okay but everything was cooked with loads of butter and I mean loads to the extent that over power any other flavours. The place doesn't look like anything in the pictures from Google, It is in need of a good renovation, the staff was lovely and attentive. Overall it is not value for money. Disappointed.

It was a great experience all together. The food was very tasty, and tge service was excelent. We will definitely coming back.

Lovely greeting on arrival, well timed service , good food although a little bit “microwaved” 🤷🏽 That being said, the garlic bread was amazing !!

Only two tables were occupied so it should have been quiet. There were some badly behaved children at the back of the room, running around and shrieking. I realise that staff cannot do much about that but then a member of staff started arguing with someone and raising her voice and though she was near the back we could hear her shouting. The girl who served us was very nice.

I absolutely love the spicy sosage and chicken pizza, normally in restaurants I need to add chilli to get a little tingle of spice but with this one it's naturally perfect in spice. 10 out of 10 would recommend to chilli lovers! As well as the mushrooms were cooked to perfection my Nonna says.

Prefect place for good food and lovely service. We had trouble finding tables in other restaurants but Bella Italian’s staff was helping in getting us a table. Thank you 😊

I had lunch at Bella Italia while in Stafford-upon-Avon and had a wonderful experience. The waiters were helpful and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The food and drinks were delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a meal with family or friends.

Jo was amazing! Loved the food and a very good environment for family lunches/dinner :)

This Bella experience was wonderful. Staff were fabulous, food and drinks were amazing. Only “down point”, toilets were very clean but in need of an update providing easier access through the main bathroom door. That is a building issue rather than staff issue. There were six in our party and we had no problem finding gluten free dairy free vegetarian and keto choices to suit on the menu and staff were attentive and careful to maintain the care of each requirement. This Bella is right next to the park and ride drop-offs so a little out of the way of the main visitor haunts once you make your way into the centre. I recommend that you don’t walk past it but take the chance to enjoy their good food, and great hospitality.

Jo was a fabulous and attentive host. All the food was delicious, and the drinks were wonderful. Would highly recommend the raspberry royale.

Jo was a fantastic server, she was always around when needed for more orders and checked in about the food which was in fact delicious. cocktails were great, negroni was sharp and the raspberry royale was super sweet. overall great meal. thanks Jo!

Fab food. Meat feast pizza was perfect! Vegan food was great too! Service was excellent! We frequented the restaurant during a quiet time of day, but was served very quickly because of this.

Lovely restaurant in Stratford upon Avon town centre. Our server was Kirstie, who was really kind, helpful and cheerful. Nothing too much trouble (including looking up allergy lists) and it made eating out a really nice experience. Great food, nice decor and quiet atmosphere, although we did eat very early.

Great pizza and waiters were all friendly.

We were a large group of 40 and they took great care of us. The service was punctual , the food wonderful. They took care of accommodating my gluten allergy with ease.

My friends and I were here for a university trip and the food, drinks and service were absolutely amazing. I highly recommend a strawberry daiquiri and carbonara with chicken. If I ever come back to Stratford, I will definitely be coming back!

Ive been for last two nights. My food was amazing and the waitresses were very polite and efficient, both serving us and cleaning tables as soon as they became free. Would highly recommend!

Great service and good menu options, nice space with tables not tightly packed in.

The service here was great, Jo the restaurant manager had experienced some tecnicial/equipment issues in the kitchen and opened with just herself serving along with 1 chef, they did an amazing job! Would recommend the Marco Polo, who would have thought that duck, mushrooms, plum sauce and pasta would work but this is an outstanding dish and could have eaten another bowl full. Children are well catered with a great kids menu.

Fantastic people, service and food!!

Booked a table with the on line service which was quick and easy and browsed the menu at the same time. We were greeted with a friendly face and offered a couple of options for seating. Great choice of Italian based plates plus other options and plenty of drink choices. The food came out pretty quickly but I was amazed at how tasty it all was, for what they charge the food is exceptional. Highly recommend the Stratford Bella Italia

Good size portion of lasagna for the set menu which both my wife&I throughly enjoyed. Starters were fab as well. Score 5/5

Took the family out and booked this place, the place is in need of a refurb as its well below the standards it should be and we were sat in a dark corner at the back of the restaurant were the music was so loud under a speaker we had to ask the waitresses to turn it down so we could have a conversation. The food was OK with the exception of two of us ordering the tagliatelle, which was totally tasteless to be Frank. This was pointed out to the waitresses who had admitted that it had been mentioned on more than a few occasions. Over all I'm sure it's a nice place but unfortunately on this occasion it was certainly not up to spec.

Recently been diagnosed with coeliac disease so need to find places with gluten free food, straight away when seated I was asked for any allergies told Nigel I was coeliac immediately made sure all the correct procedures was in place, made the chef aware placed an item on the table to make awareness for gluten free, the food was amazing staff was so lovely 10/10 would go again and again

great food top notch chef skills and shout out to Nigel he was really friendly he was the main guy who spoke to us and served us and he sang happy birthday to me and brought me a free dessert for my birthday on top of that he was really friendly and chatty and made us feel really welcome

Restaurant was very quiet on Tues mid afternoon, music pleasant not too loud, great personal friendly service from the guy who might have been the manager and later our young waitress. Food was tasty, hot and my 85 year old mother demolished her double BBQ chicken pizza...

Had super lunch here today. Couldn’t fault. Food was delicious. Staff friendly. Atmosphere great. We’ll be back. 😀

Walked in here, seated immediately. Only one member of staff ( manager), she was absolutely fab . We were served promptly, drinks came quickly. Food was served very quickly and was all delicious. 4 of us had starters and mains. Couldn't fault it in any way.

What can I say..Fresh food, excellent value for money! Absolutely lovely evening. Staff friendly, restaurant clean and tidy, food delicious and even supplied our son with a birthday brownie. Would highly recommend.

Me and my partner dined here on october 3rd and was greeted by the very bubbly chantelle who was our waitress for the evening ... We had the 3 course offer and everything from starters to desserts was just perfect.. Chantelle is a credit to Bella italia and made our night extra special Many thanks

We came into the restaurant and were warmly greeted. We were able to sit down directly at a table and were served quickly. The waiters were very nice and very funny, it was really fun to eat there. In addition, the food was delicious and looked great. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone!

We had a fantastic time, and a lovely meal, and it was even better with the fantastic Kirstie serving us, she was brilliant, friendly, efficient and totally great in every way, first class.

We went recently on a Thursday for the kids eat for free, the food was lovely and the staff were really friendly. I was worried about the portion size as my children ranged between 5 and 10 but there was more than enough that they even let us take some home. The staff went out of their way to make sure my children were happy. We can't wait to go again!

The manger is the biggest problem there he can’t respect people in general I hope this place shuts down because the food was cold when it came out and it had cockroach’s in the food

The restaurant was quiet when we called in.My pizza was overcooked and tasted 'shop bought'rather than freshly prepared.The decor is old and tired.We were seated next to a wall in the restaurant which had numerous food stains on it.Very poor and disappointing experience.

We went to Bella Italia as we saw they had a £5 pasta deal... (Absolute bargain!) I must say the food was absolutely delicious. I noticed that there was only 1 waitress serving. I asked her and she said she was alone. Despite being on her own, service was brilliant!

Great chain restaurant, took my parents there for their first time and they was very happy. Service was great and food was good. We went during lunch time so was quiet, assuming dinner rush would be much more busy.

Great spot. Service really good and friendly. Hugely disappointed in the pizza, the chief has no idea how to make a nice pizza. There was hardly and cheese or tomato sauce on it. I ordered a vegetarian and it was tasteless. Very poor. I had been here 3 times before but never again.

Nice food. Nicely presented restaurant. But they did not serve all our meals together. The last meal we had to wait 5min for this is good for me.

Really friendly and genuinely our favorite Italian in Stratford-upon-Avon.

Went for wife’s 30th birthday lunch. Had to refuse the food due to hairs being in the main meal, ended up not eating due to the serious lack of hygiene.

Was a pleasant meal, nice environement. Reasonable prices. Service was close to none existent, staff shortage happens, but no vhef is an issue in a restaurant.
