Prospero Lounge in Stratford-on-Avon

The food here was really nice. I think it might have been the first few days of the xmas menu (we didn't actually want xmas food, we hadn't realised when booking) and it was chaotic. Went in at 7 and main courses arrived after 8.30. The only vegetarian option wasn't on so we had a few starters instead. And to be fair they didn't charge for those and the rest of the food was half price so it was a bargain. Nice atmosphere and location and wine was good value too. Needs a bit more organisation but nice food and the response to the chaos was good we didnt have to ask about bill reduction.

Lovely old pub, friendly landlord and staff

We stayed here and went to the restaurant to find it set for breakfast. On check out we discovered it had been closed for a year which caused issues as I’m type 1 diabetic! Shame also as the reviews were fantastic

Ordered a cheese burger arrived with no cheese and no burger. Not the first time they have managed something like this and they have no level of customer service in place to manage it's poor performance. Will not recommend. Once was forgiveable but to find out it's their business as usual is ridiculous.

Great staff, Matty and Soph always look after everyone to the best ability. Reasonably priced beer for the area and great loyalty rewards. Always a good crowd and that really makes for a brilliant experience. Always events and different things going on, would always recommend to anyone in the area.
