The best restaurants in Etruria and Hanley Stoke-on-Trent West Midlands

Meal for two here for the first time at the weekend, the food was amazing. We had double burgers and they were cooked to perfection, extremely fresh and tasty burgers. Our sides were fantastic too with chips and onion rings, both were very well cooked and tasted amazing. Also, I tried a milkshake which was fantastic too. I am so glad we tried this place as it was brilliant and we can't wait to be back already.

My friend and I popped in for a quick lunch, we’ve been a number of times and always found the staff friendly and helpful...they can even make a great half shot latte! Good food, good coffee, nice staff, thanks very much!

Not exactly sure if this is the correct name of the shop that I visited as in title it's called something else in the board.

Great quality food and they don't skimp on proportions

Food is always really good, the only issue i have is sometimes the staff ask if they can clear away the plates whilst some of the table is still eating, I find this extremely rude, they should wait until everyone has finished.

We came as a family for a carvery on 8.4.25. We were early and they were just putting out the food. The place is clean, and the staff are friendly, however I felt the food was not very good. Considering it had just been freshly put out, it wasn't very warm, the carver was incredibly slow and gave tiny portions of meat, and the rest of 5he food was just bland and dry, no flavour to any of it. Won't be going back.

Chicken was dry, they didn’t have any corn on the cob so had to replace items on my order, the only nice thing was the mash

I have always loved a F &B’s breakfast so we went there this morning for breakfast for my husband’s birthday. However, unfortunately the menu has completely changed and they no long offer a traditional English breakfast (bacon/sausage/beans etc.) It is also much more expensive. I have no idea why F &B would change this but I’m afraid it is certainly misguided and I feel many people will stop going for breakfast at least. The choice now does not resemble an English breakfast and I know it is an American/Italian restaurant but I do feel that you need to offer people what they love. The staff were amazing and I felt so sorry for them as we decided to leave breakfast and to go to Willow which did a gorgeous traditional breakfast. I do hope Frankie and Benny’s reconsider this terrible decision.

The manager here is lovely! Very friendly, accommodating and made sure we were looked after. We will definitely return. Food was spot on too. Thank you

I stayed here one night I had no heating no hot water the food was burnt I had to get out of there I can out with the flu because of it. Do not visit this hotel

Really nice food at a decent price. It's a little bit tucked away but follow the signs, it's definitely there! Well worth a stop for lunch.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE !! Disgusting food. Terrible service. Will not be returning. Put me off for life. Arrived and took 20 minutes before offered drinks which then took about 30 minutes to come. Ordered mozzarella sticks but no cheese was visible inside. When food finally arrived after an hour of waiting even though the restaurant was not busy, we were shocked. The food was cold , the bacon was raw , the pizza base was not cooked thoroughly and the cheese looked out of date. We were put in an awful seat even though the rest of the restaurant was available. Smell of fish surrounded us. Unwelcoming staff. Worst meal of my life. Paid £50 for an appalling meal. I have enjoyed Frankie’s and Benny’s before but this experience of poor food and service will stop me from ever going again.
