Straight in quite busy but food was at table in 10 minutes 😋 friendly staff

Excellent food, attentive staff, and lovely relaxed atmosphere. Calm and not noisy even with some families in.

The food was okay. I like the refillable soft drinks. The music was too loud, but i quite liked the decor.

Chilled placed, just good for a bite to eat. Not too big and not too small.

Service was a bit slow as it was busy. We had to ask for our glasses for the water.

Food great as always. Service was fair but not so great. Tables are extremely wet (by cleaning products). Have to ask several times for take away box and they would disappear and not come back. My child asked twice for a colouring box (was on display already) and said ok ok, but my child hasn't got any and came back home disappointed!

Really disappointed. Half the menu wasn’t available. Food was lukewarm, took AGES to get drinks. Lots of staff wandering around. You could see the food piling up on the serving counter and no one being bothered. For what they charge it was so not worth it. We’d just been to a Nando’s in Birmingham less than a week ago and it was absolutely fine.

Went here for dinner one evening.We were greeted on arrival and shown to our table.First time we have ever been to nandos and have to say it won’t be our last the food and drinks were spot on and the waiter Leyton was very polite as were all the other staff we came across

We go here regularly, but today was just terrible service. It was busy, and had to wait for a table, which is not unusual for this venue. We sat down, and spent some time considering the menu, to then be advised there was no thighs left. Having then changed our requirements we queued up to order. When we finally got to the till we were told there was a 40 minute wait! Really it's just grilled chicken. We decided to leave having already wasted 15 minutes. But more importantly we didn't they tell us this as soon as we arrived, instead of wasting our time. Poor service

Appalling, waited over an hour for food, other people were waiting too and getting refunded, the floor staff didn’t look like other knew what they were doing, tables weren’t being cleaned, wasn’t busy so don’t understand why it was taking too long

Absolutely terrible experience, staff just in the kitchen talking no one on the floor, most of my partners chicken wings looked uncooked, they also forgot to give his garlic bread so we had to find someone, young girl with blonde hair we told, 10/15 minutes later we had to re ask someone else (looks like if we didn’t ask again he wouldn’t of received it) go somewhere else where’s worth the money…

Might be me but when you are at a restaurant you expect to be served. Order taken by a human ,might be old fashioned but having to down load the app to order is not a restaurant, I wanted to go to Nandos as the last visit at the Mail box Birmingham was enjoyable experience this was not ,food was ok . Good parking but time limited. So all in all Not for me, if I want a fast food joint better going to a McDonald's.

Called in today with my wife who has a food intolerance, the staff were professional and very helpful, due to there understanding and flexibility we were able to eat there with minimal fuse and attention bought to us. It was so nice to feel normal. Thank again

Work colleagues and I have been coming here for lunch once a week for over a year. The service from the staff has been 10/10 and the reason we keep returning. Harry runs the place in an organised fashion but our favourite has to be Danielle. Constantly busy , works with a smile , always proffesional. It can not be underestimated how great at her job she is and a cannot sing her praises enough.

Outstanding service here tonight! All staff so friendly and helpful, however Daniel went the extra mile! We arrived, 2 adults and 7 teenagers for my son’s 13th birthday. Seated straight away, food service fast and food was delicious. I got an order wrong and Daniel fixed it in seconds with no extra charge. He spoilt the birthday boy. The waitresses were so nice. Our first visit here and would definitely go back based on the outstanding service here tonight. Thank you all at Nando’s Hanley.

Food expensive for what u get compared to say another where the food is expensive but atleast u get a decent helping

Food, service , drinks all excellent , we had 5 hungry kids, 5 adults … food ordered came in good time, correct x10 meals plus sides, hot & fresh , all ate well , we bought our own birthday cake & the staff were happy to serve this & sing …. Good food, app a bit difficult if you have a voucher

Arrived looking for a table for 21 people - given the lunchtime rush hadn't kicked in, the staff managed to accommodate us quickly. Food great. Would return if in this area again.

Great service couldn't do enought firvme and my friend in her wheelchair . Let us chose were to sit . It was my first time there so was unsure of the spicy food Dominic was great even let me have a taster of the lovely chilly jam . Meal was love .on leave Dominic even waited at the door to see us . Amazing worth us weight in gold xx

Note: this was my first time. It was unclear at first that we needed to scan a qr-code. It tool 4 tries to get it to work (Maybe non-uk phone?) While the food was great, one could only pay with credit card in the app (Which I didn't have). The food was good, but it wasn't spicy enough (both medium and the extra Spicy). Due to lack of desserts we went somewhere else.

Great nandos, fast and friendly service but minus a star for generally quite mucky surroundings, floor needed a clean!

Ice macine was making a very loud grinding noise, spoke to staff about it because you literally couldn't talk to each other due to the noise but they said there is nothing they can do as they can't turn it off.

Ordered food and had a chip in the bottom of my hummus. I had not ordered any chips with my meal, so I do not know how it ended up in my food. I told the manager, and they offered me a new hummus after I had almost finished the one I had.

Decent food for a decent ish price!

Food was rubbish had a wobbly table literally couldn’t cut the food because it would she the table that much and spill our drink , went to the counter to order and the chef was pulling his face at my order. All around rubbish experience and definitely won’t be going back .

Nandos always the easiest family choice of restaurants but easily becoming pricey as well. In all we had wonderful meals at Nandos.

Lovely place with friendly welcoming staff. We enjoyed all of the food we ordered, hot & tasty and we didn’t have to wait too long for it. Somehow, nobody checked back on us, probably because we were seated outside. Then why bother to put the metal chicken stick on our table?

Same food in all Nandos which is good standard. Seating area needs refurbishment. Customer service is great. Chantelle was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.

At Nando’s Erutria for Father’s Day with family. Busy day and good food. Attending staff very nice, but manager, Tom needs unconscious bias training…..lacks courtesy, unprofessional. Denied me of actual worth of NHS discount, capped it at £4. Got full 5% of my total purchase in other Nando’s in Stoke and Liverpool.

Had the best Nandos in 28 years of eating in many of their restaurants across the country. Our host & server Chantelle provided a brilliant five star, ten out of ten service. The food there is the best. Faultless visit. Totally tremendous.

Great food and lovely atmosphere

Went in and got table straight away, got to choose to order on app or at till, and the service was good. Received food pretty quickly and you definitely got what you paid for. Originally went to TGI next door, but after walking out and coming to nandos...we are very glad we made this decision. Would definitely suggest going here over going next door

Everything seemed dirty. I had to ask to change the drinking glasses as they were very stained, the cutlery was stained and some knives even had dried food on them, there was food on the floor and the floor was dirty overall. Even the menu was dirty, I opened it and got some sort of oil on my hands. The staff was friendly and the food was good, shame that the place is not really kept clean.

Not eaten at Nando's for a good while. We found our own table as there wasn't an obvious hosting stand for us to wait for a member of staff. I'm not sure if this is the correct process. You could order at the table via QR code or order & pay at the counter. Food was quick & very tasty. Lots of options in terms of food choices.

We took our grandson for his birthday after bowling I got there early and explained to the greeter about it being his birthday and left a cake with them for when we finished eating.The staff were amazing they brought his cake out sang to him and made it a really lovely experience for him well done nandos staff who were there on the 12th of February 👏👏👏👏👏also the food was spot on it was a great meal 😊

Ok, this is a good restaurante, great location. Food is as every Nando's so good chicken and sides but it is not a wow food. Good not excellent. Service was good, decent but again nothing that makes us remember. Memorable experiences make 5 stars reviews. The music though is sooooo loud, my brain was fried! And the lighting seemed to be nearly off, and this was lunch but so dark inside, made it gloomy. Change the mood please!

Freezing cold restaurant, everyone was sat in their coats. Dirty cutlery and glasses for drinks that you collect yourself, like a canteen. Chicken as dy as Gandhi's flip flop. The whole place is dirty, the men's toilets would be rank for a festival, let alone a place that serves food. The service or lack of is in keeping with the rest of the experience. Fast food restaurant charging gastro pub prices. Dump.

Went this evening with my granddaughters as u can see chicken is raw management a lady said it’s cooked it’s the fatty part of the thigh I don’t think so offered more food but was put off could not eat anymore and broccoli was cold as if it came out of fridge one of my granddaughter said it was cold she is 6. 🤷‍♀️disappointed
