Bhagya she was a kind young woman who helped us guiding and showing us how to do the app and she did a fast friendly service.

Very very bad, waiting over 30 minutes. Watching the women do popcorn chicken to pick ones up from the unit what was there the whole time of us waiting. She was confronted. Absolutely vile.

Quite slow service, but food is good. I stood waiting for my order, being the only person waiting. Saw my food, sliding down the rail and the staff talking amongst themselves before bagging it up, five minutes later. Please be a little bit more rapid on bagging up the orders, especially when customers can see their food is ready, only reason I'm not giving a 5 star.

The waiter table service lady is very smiley and friendly. Lovely. However, when I asked for ketchup, I was told that it's supposed to be 1 pack of ketchup per order. I bought 5 pieces of chicken in total. Personally I think that a crazy business practice. However, I was given more at the end. I appreciate it's not the staffs issue, it's the management which sets the rule. Not great. I terms of service, I'm very happy.

I had a fantastic experience at KFC! The food was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious, but what really made my visit special was the outstanding service. Julie went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. It's not often you come across such great customer service, and Julie made all the difference. Thank you for a wonderful meal—I’ll definitely be coming back!

Very Good Service and Julie is Very Accommodating

The worst KFC in the area both filth and food wise. The toilets were disgusting, unhygienic and looked like they hasn't been cleaned in a good while. The seats and tables from what we had to choose from were sticky and dirty from food/drinks. The food was okay, small portions - gravy half empty, beans half empty and just about warm. The food came within reasonable time but not presented well at all. Just all chucked on a tray where the chips were spread all over it. When checking the tray, it wasn't clean either. Got up and left after eating a few chips. A member of staff who was hovering around asked if everything was okay as she saw us chucking away almost £30 worth of food in the bin. We explained and she was apologetic and said the management/staff just don't care and were not the first customers this week that's done the same. Also, quite an elderly couple came in and went to the till to be told they can't take orders at the till anymore and had to use the machines. They said they didn't know how to and no help was offered to them at all. Just pointed to the machine and watched them look confused. I gave them assistance and worked the ordering machine for them for a member of staff to snicker about me helping.
