No till . Just order at a machine. No interaction at all. No customer service. Terrible atmosphere.

Thought would treat kids on way home after a long day what a shame the clientel at best were homeless people looking for somewhere warm to be the language was fruity and abusive and there was even violent behavior towards customers do not eat at this place get food get out do not take kids after 6pm

Who ever is working there tonight needs more practice arrived there at 8 o'clock asked for a twister original with kentucky mayo and extra lettuce only to have half a lettuce literally uncut and a tiny blob of mayo as big as me finger nail.. and then my partner had a fillet meal only to have pop corn chicken inside his box just one piece for what reason we do not no.. and same again fingernail size mayo the chicken was that dry it's definitely bin left for longer than its ment to be every time we go it's getting worse..

The services are treating people very badly. I give it one star. They ordered a hamburger with meló. They gave another one. I don't understand it.

Should have a wider space , compared to McDonalds is much tasty the food and much better for the price .

I usually go there via drive thru and order from app then scan the qr code for student offer. But today, looks like new management, they refused to scan qr code saying that you have to order in store to get the offer. I ordered by same method i always used before. But he/she didn’t gave me the student offer. Never have that experience before.

I think the delivery driver was going way to fast my burgers were all messed up. and my popcorn chicken was cold

The food was freezing cold so I warmed it up and then it went all soggy so I had to throw it in the bin I am really disappointed and I didn’t even receive my cookie

Placed a order yesterday through drive thru got served by zahra lovely lady also made my food fresh and quick.

Food was cold when it finally arrived! As the driver decided to go and a little drive around Stoke site seeing or something (( FOOL ))

I was served by a lady called Zahrah via the drive-thru. I ordered 7up and she gave me a Pepsi! She clearly wasn't listening... I had to tell her to change the drink as it wasn't what I ordered. She then came back and gave me a cup of 7up that was half full and the lid was heavily stained with Pepsi. She had obviously used the same cup that the Pepsi was in. I called her back and told her to fill up the cup and change the lid. She took it back without an apology and rudely went to gossip with her colleagues about me and then came back and handed me a full cup of 7up with a clean lid. Not impressed!

We have ordered Zinger burger stacker. I have ate this from other places. But this tastes very awful even the chicken felt very different. The burger bun was cold and cheese was not melted, it was as it was. Very bad experience with the burger here. I also ate chicken wings that were good. Need improvement.

Has been refurbished inside and is much cleaner. The staff were eager to help. Ordered food on a self serve screen and it came within 2-3 minutes, piping hot.

driver was great, friendly and early. the food however, the chips weren't seasoned, I got about 6 pieces of popcorn chicken and the chips were cold. I paid £13 for 3 mini fillets, cold and unseasoned chips, and 6 small pieces of popcorn chicken. portions are getting smaller, but yet the prices keep going up. I'll never be ordering from kfc again

I recently visited KFC Stoke on Trent - Festival Heights and was thoroughly disappointed by the complete lack of care and respect shown towards the eating environment. My experience was marred by the sheer laziness of the staff and the evident neglect in maintaining cleanliness. Upon entering, I was immediately struck by the untidy state of the restaurant. Tables were strewn with remnants of previous meals, including dirty dishes, crumpled napkins, and sticky surfaces. It was clear that no effort had been made to clear or clean the tables, even though the restaurant was not particularly busy. The floors were equally appalling, littered with crumbs, spills, and even pieces of food that had been stepped on and left to dry. The trash bins were overflowing, contributing to an unpleasant odour that permeated the air. It was a stark contrast to the standards one would expect from any dining establishment. What exacerbated the situation was the attitude of the staff. They seemed entirely disinterested in their duties, often congregating in the back or chatting amongst themselves rather than attending to the customers or the cleanliness of the restaurant. On multiple occasions, I observed customers having to clean their own tables or request staff to do so, only to be met with eye rolls and half-hearted attempts. The bathrooms were no better, with unflushed toilets, wet floors, and empty soap dispensers. It was evident that regular checks and cleanings were not a priority for the staff. Overall, my experience at KFC Stoke on Trent - Festival Heights was extremely disappointing. The lack of care and respect for the eating environment due to the lazy and inattentive staff left a lasting negative impression. Updated 26th June 2024: I have received a £10 voucher and have been assured that the cleanliness of the establishment will be addressed. However, upon reviewing feedback from the past several months, I am sceptical of this commitment, as numerous reviews have consistently highlighted the deplorable condition of this location. My overall impression of KFC's customer care can be summarised as, "Here's a tenner, move along."

Very disappointed at this restaurant because they will not take cash at the till. There was no person at the till. Iam disabled an can't use the automated screens at the store. Gravy pot popped over over the chips which lead to the bag splitting which then lead to the meal being ruined then sent an email to just to explain and ask for refund being ignored and not had a refund not happy at all.

Went last night and was disappointed. The chicken had a strange burnt taste like the oil needed changing and the fries were to over seasoned.

The only good thing about this branch is that it is halal. I ordered a bucket of fried chicken but to my despair, the chicken was too chewy and hardly edible. The food wasn’t also served hot which just added to the disappointment.

One meal completely missing and another had incorrect side. Another incorrect dip. The restaurant is clearly unable to check orders before delivering and when I called their only response was refund or for me to go into the restaurant for a replacement. If I could go to the restaurant I wouldn’t be paying over the odds on delivery fees!

Food never even turned up. Driver either delivered to the completely wrong house or he couldn’t be bothered finding ours and took our food. I’d best get a refund for this, waited for over an hour for it as well.

Ordered a 6 piece family feast. Chicken was burnt fries were just chucked in the bottom of the bag mixed up with loads of salt and pepper sachets. Coleslaw was placed on top of the fries which made it Warm. Looks like it was all just thrown in a bag. Will never use again

I only come to this KFC because it's halal otherwise I wouldn't bother with this one. Tables are ALWAYS dirty. There's nothing available for even customers to clean their own tables with (keep in mind I'm here on a Sunday, 6pm with barely any customers). Customer service is rubbish, even when you eat in, if they do decide to give you your food on the table instead of calling you to collect, you'll still have to get up and get your own tissues and straws. Staff attitudes are just a immature.
