KFC Stoke on Trent - Festival Heights in Stoke-on-Trent

Chicken was dry, they didn’t have any corn on the cob so had to replace items on my order, the only nice thing was the mash

Missing items again! Food turned up was cold and my BBQ bites were covered in BBQ sauce almost half the pot was just sauce. Disgust will not be ordering from here again!

Over half the order missing!! Not the first time it’s happened either! Wont be ordering again!

Very dry so a dip is necessary for original pieces. the rest was absolutely superb! Nicely flavoured fries!

I've been a long-time fan of KFC, but my recent visits to the Festival Park location in Stoke have been pretty disappointing. The food just isn't hitting the mark anymore – it feels like the quality has really slipped and it's not as tasty as it used to be. On top of that, I've found the staff there to be generally uninviting and not very kind, which definitely doesn't make for a great experience. It's a shame, as I used to really enjoy going there.

It's pretty much the same as any other KFC. The service is good and staff are all friendly. All the food is usually available. Has drive through and plenty of parking.

I only come to this KFC because it's halal otherwise I wouldn't bother with this one. Tables are ALWAYS dirty. There's nothing available for even customers to clean their own tables with (keep in mind I'm here on a Sunday, 6pm with barely any customers). Customer service is rubbish, even when you eat in, if they do decide to give you your food on the table instead of calling you to collect, you'll still have to get up and get your own tissues and straws. Staff attitudes are just a immature.

Very very bad, waiting over 30 minutes. Watching the women do popcorn chicken to pick ones up from the unit what was there the whole time of us waiting. She was confronted. Absolutely vile.
