SHAKES “N” CAKES in Stoke-on-Trent

Website says open. Places an order for it to go through and then it tells me the shop is actually shut and my money will be refunded in 3-5 days.. absolute joke if the shop is shut put it on the website!

Was at a sleepover with my friend and ordered this came with a long stringy hair in it and bubble slush came with no bubbles. Ice cream was wrong flavour and took ages to come. It was cold only one star cause there is no zero. Wont order again.

Been warned by a few people that this place isn't great but thought I would try it out for myself. Rocher cake was nothing special but the churros were the worst we have ever tasted. To hard to even bite all the way throu, will not waste my money again

Lovely little place for dessert. Staff was great and service was brilliant. Fully enjoyed our evening.

Currous were over cooked to the point that they were solid.. Milkshakes were good

Placed an order at 9.10pm, arrived at 11pm!! Shockingly long wait for a couple of desserts. Will not be ordering from here again. Would have been quicker to buy the ingredients and make it myself. I'd have also got more for my money!!

Would recommend friendly staff and the milk shakes are delicious reasonable prices

First time I visited here and I was not disappointed. Amazing atmosphere, friendly staff and top service. 100% recommend the milk cakes and the shakes. The shakes are lovely and thick, full of flavour.

New management is so friendly, received my order swiftly! Nicest donuts I’ve had and the milkshake was tasty and thick - will be ordering again to try something different

I’ve ordered from here a few times, Lovely staff! The shop it self is aesthetically very pleasing, hygienic and clean! Love the presentation with deserts and tastes amazing! 10/10 can’t recommend them enough

The ice cream machine was broken so I got my money back but the card machineqas broken too not going again. Also the first time I went the ice cream machine was broken then aswell.

Cracking find!! Beautiful fresh desserts. Cookie dough nice and warm and gooey! Good portions, tasty and well priced. Got the midweek deals with 20% extra off for Bank Holiday. Bonus!!!!

Shocking service after a hour and half still no delivery so I rang to be told 20 mins 50 mins later later I rang again to be told he on way 25 mins later he show up the shop a 3 min drive away and the value for money is shocking I had the share box not even worth sharing and cookie with ice cream which was all melted before it got here will not be ordering again

1st time ive been this cake and shake place since opening Female staff was pleasant and helpful on serving The Guy that passed me the food when complete was cheerful and happy Good customer service and helpfulness Cakes where very nice and cooked well and i had a after eight shake nice as well Recommend a visit 👍

Food came cold and the crepes tasted raw and very doughy. Will not be having again had to bin the food extremely disappointed and it was bland. coffee also came spilled on the lid

Absolutely Gorgeous. Shakes were out of this world tasty and the cookie dough was amazing. Great service and fast delivery too.

Ordered 2 Oreo crepes and two cans of Rio, they had no rio left so the guys rang us and asked if we wanted a bottle of coke instead and apologised which I thought was really considerate as most takeaway just Chuck you something else instead without asking! As for the food it was on point 10/10 for the crepe, now our new regular, shout out to the team brilliant quality guys 💯

Had 7x donut family box and a lotus biscoff shake. Absolutely amazing. Will defo be ordering again
