McDonald's in Stoke-on-Trent

Spent over £20 on old tasting chips, cold coffee, mushy McFlurry and cold coffee. Lesson learnt.

Terrible service completely wrong order very angry

I refused the order as the bottom of the bag was soaking wet as all the cups of tea had leaked

very disappointed. the ice cream came melted, the milkshake was poured and drained, the food was cold and the order came in 52 minutes instead of the 15-30 minutes initially estimated

no syrup on pancakes or porridge

food was stone cold and over an hour late

food was cold, waited over a hour

Arrived on time, but parts of the order were cold, the fries especially and missed multiple sauces

Didn’t get my free cheese burger :(

I was not happy with this order as the quality and delivery time both deserve 0 stars as the delivery time went from being 30 minutes to 2 hours and the food was basically stone cold by the time it finally arrived and was basically unedible and I feel that it was just wasted money

charged 90p for the bacon but never got the bacon in the triple burger

All food was cold. I will not be ordering from McDonald's fenton Stoke-on-Trent again. Thay should not be allowed to send food out like that.

Chips were stone cold and the chicken was stone cold took more than an hour to even get prepared for a small order too, extremely disappointed and never ordering from this mcdonalds, tried to call them within hours and they keep on forwarding me to a robot saying they are unavailable.

wrong order got sausage instead of bacon an ordered a second double bacon an got a normal one .

Worst one I've been to by far. Staff are rude and hopeless. Was waiting at the drive through order point for ages, then they forgot part of our order, went in to get it and was left standing at the tills for ages without any staff acknowledging. A girl got a bit sassy just because we asked for some sauce.

Never received my order nor can I put in a complaint as they automatically put in a email address for you to sign up so now they didn’t deliver my order and I cannot get my money back. This site is not to be trusted. I’ve even got it on camera doesn’t matter.

Probably the worst mcdonald’s in the entirety of the UK. Especially when ordering from a delivery app. Absolutely useless, 9/10 have had items missing from the order and 10/10 the fries have come stale and cold. The drinks arent even filled up all the way, what’s the point of getting a large? Prison inmates probably eat better than this. Too bad it’s a chain restaurant and can’t be put out of business.

Ordered from here multiple times and every single time, without fail, food is missing and cold. Actual store is okay but do not order from here if you want to be disappointed or annoyed!!

Worst service to deliver the food. It is in the collection list and staff is not delivering it to me. Worst ever service. Grace is the lady who is not listening.

McDonald’s missed items off TWO consecutive orders leading to a very unhappy kiddo without their happy meal

We were served by Dakota and to be honest that was the best service we have ever had from a mc Donald’s in stoke on Trent. He was so friendly offering us to make some orders into a meal and answered all my questions regarding my orders and was in general such a beautiful soul. Thank you Dakota, we will be coming again, you make this Mc Donald shine 🙂

Ordered delivery today. First order arrived missing a burger and an entire happy meal. No big deal mistakes can sometimes happen, reported it on the app but then still needed food for two people so we placed another order. Surprise surprise, yet again we were missing more food from this order. Very dissapointing for sub par food and an unhappy kiddo.

Great delivery driver. Restaurant must have run out of McChicken Sandwich as we got a chicken share box instead. . Mom dissatisfied but still good chicken.

Terrible service. Rude staff and painfully slow even though I was the only customer. It was 2 minutes to breakfast time and I ordered a breakfast as my clock said it was time. I agreed after being very rudely spoken to that it wasn’t time. I re ordered and was told to wait as they had no burgers ready. I then waited ages for my burger whilst others had their breakfasts. Always terrible service here. Worst maccies in stoke

The place was empty not many in got the food and drink it was cold not even warm ,totally disgusting should not have been served ,this is the one on victoria road in Fenton

Instead of my order of two meals, I got a flat, small, diet coke.

Always check what you have ordered as the underaged staff will not talk to you in a professional manner its okay to eat in but still check as you will receive cold items also they will miss items if you take out and uber-eats and just-eat and the drive though take priority

Ordered at 22:30 received food at 00:00, stone cold, awful cost 18 quid when if I had gone myself it would’ve been 12 ! Shocking

chicken select x5 were delicious. mom enjoyed her McChicken Sandwich and split the fries 🍟 between us. New apple cake mc flurry was OK 👍. cappuccinos were OK 👍 👌. The order was missing the spring water bottle. but that's ok

Ordered a Big Mac meal online, food came absolutely stone cold and they completely forgot the Big Mac from the order. Will be ordering elsewhere from now.

It's a McDonald's it's what you'd expect. Only reason for the 1* review is because the "Accessible Toilets" (Disabled Bathroom) isn't accessible. The door doesn't accept a radar key! And after I asked a staff member for the code, they didn't know it and had to get it off a site manager (or some other reason doesn't matter) and that took over 5 minutes, thankfully I'm not as disabled as others but some people aren't as lucky and physically can't wait over 5 minutes to get access to the disabled bathroom it's disgraceful.

I don't think I've ever had a good experience in this McDonald's, unfortunately it's the closes one too me. Very very slow, empty tables not been cleaned. Slow service, toilets vile and did I mention slow service?? Come on can't be that hard to maintain.

items missing, bag was open but unable to identify if items were in the bag to begin with. burgers used on the big mac were the cheese burgers so far to small for the bun. chips were stale and cold

Took 50mins for the food to be handed to me from time of order, even though there were only 6 people in the entire restaurant. And when I received it they messed up my order and got it wrong, put cheese on my burger (which I'm highly allergic to) and my particular order doesn't even come with a cheese option. Rude staff, more interested in messing around behind the counter, the only positive was that the searing area was clean and tidy.

the driver refused to listen to instructions. he did not read the delivery note resulting in our food being stone cold and the ice cream completely melted I've never had a problem till now but after this fiasco I am not ordering again and tip I opted in for him I want refunding imidietly. what a clown

Long time to get delivered, cold food & burgers seem to of shrunk or just oversized buns.Way too much burger sauce. Fries went hard. Disappointing & not worth the price charged.

Delivery person was 👍. The estra bonus of 3 chicken select was great addition to my Stormzy meal deal. mom also enjoyed her McChicken Sandwich. we always split the fries between us.Ths cappuccinos was good too.
