McDonald's in Stoke-on-Trent

Slow Mcdonald's when it's open. Currently closed due to possibly another infestation like they had earlier this year. Seems they haven't fixed the problem. Luckily there's KFC nearby which hasn't got pests.

I had a terrible experience at McDonald’s recently. I placed my order, paid, and then waited…and waited. Nearly 90 minutes went by, and my food still hadn’t arrived. I finally called and spoke to a manager, which is when “Manager Jack” answered. Instead of helping, he was dismissive and acted like I was inconveniencing him by asking where my order was. When I explained that I’d been waiting a long time and hadn’t received my food, Jack barely spoke to me and offered no apology. He gave some vague excuse about “it not being there fault” without checking the order or offering any solution. I left without my food, completely frustrated, and without any apology or attempt to make things right. This level of service is unacceptable. It’s one thing to make a mistake, but to handle it with such poor customer service? Ridiculous. McDonald’s really needs to re-evaluate their hiring and training if people like Jack are representing them. I won’t be going back to this location, and I’m seriously reconsidering giving McDonald’s my business at all.

Just visited at 1:30am, the young girl had a face like a wet weekend and couldn't have been any less miserable or helpful. She got our order wrong and the chips were frozen cold. We tried to shout her from the window to tell her the order was wrong but she was ignoring us. We ended up driving back round to the speaker, she then argued with me and told me what I ordered, even my partner vouched for me that I had ordered correctly and she had not listened in the first place. Her attitude was absolutely rotten. One of the worse McDonald's experiences I've ever had!

Queues were a little long Mainly due to McDelivery

Quite literally has to be THE WORST McDonalds in the uk!!

Today was a good experience at McDonald's. The food wasn't cold or overcooked. There were no pickles on the burgers but even so the order was all correct. I tried the toffee apple pie today but I won't be having a second one. Sorry Maccies this is a thumbs down for me. Toffee needs more of a toffee taste it was just so sweet. Will just have to hope that the Christmas one is available this year.

Slower than a wet week trying to get served here

I use the drive through and I had to wait 20 minutes for my order to arrive and it never did so I eventually went in and I spoke 3 different members of staff witch all ignored me until finally someone sorted my order out this is unacceptable it's supposed to.be fast food clearly not and it wasn't even busy

Had to wait about 20 minutes for a drive through breakfast order but the food was hot and tasted great

Very unhelpful. Refused to help me after an issue in their own app and gave me the wrong order (not for the first time).

Missing items, and food is completely cold which is the drivers fault but this isn't the fist time with food quality, they have done it again absolutely useless staff

I went in for a McFlurry and nothing else. The thing was half melted and there was a kid screaming. Staff were nice though.

Everytime I come here I’m left disappointed and so will finally no longer be coming back. From small things like no ice in the drinks to my wraps not having cucumbers or burgers with no pickles, there is always something missing from my order.

We went via the drive through. It might have been quicker to walk in. By far, the worst. Staff need more training. Wrong order received. Had to wait ages.

Ordered chicken selects this is what I received , I just noticed at home as the box said chicken selects I was frustrated from what I saw inside . Very bad

Hash browns tasted terrible like they had been dipped in a fryer with fish fingers, we didn’t enjoy them at all.

Ordered a drive through breakfast meal today for 2. On the way to a important hospital appointment in Stafford. Set out early so could call maccies and still be in good time to reach appointment. However, ordered food, one car in front of us. Told to pull in a parking bay. Ok thats fine... but waiting 20 mins later. .....nothing. So went inside to find out whats happening. Deliveroo man also waiting, at least 10 people queuing or waiting for their order. Tried to get staffs attention, completely oblivious. Had to make a noise to get heard 'excuse me, excuse me' over and over. Then a young man said 'theres only 5 of us'.... and no sorry to keep you ALL waiting, and no idea about my order. Until, 'oh its here, just on the counter to be brought out to.you'. Still no apology.... nata. The term 'fast food' and 'great customer service' has clearly.gone out of the window. So if you in a hurry dont bother. Oh and for the record Congleton is the same, no fast, or urgency. Or apology or anything. Give up, hope the owners of this chain, give staff a good shake. And I can say this, because my line of work , people...lives cannot wait. Won't be visiting Maccies.any time soon.

Food was absolutely freezing and had to completely go in the bin no use to anyone

It took 1 hour to deliver the food. when it arrived it was stone cold- I had to throw the food away.

ordered food just after 6.00 food came at 10.24

a common problem with McDonald's in my experience. delivery window changed 3 times. food needs to be microwaved as it was cold by the time it was delivered. except for the ice cream which was pretty much melted. I can only assume that the order is assembled quickly after it is placed and then sits there for a long time before it is collected as actual delivery time is quite short.

The fries were unfortunately completely cold and the burger mildly warm whilst there was no straw, the cola was flat and underfilled. Definitely one of the worst orders I’ve received ever.

Delivery was fine. Mozzarella bites missing and both fries were stone cold

Wrong food sent, had to return with the driver so i could get what i ordered. It then took another 20 minutes to get my correct order and the food was cold by the time i received it.

Worst McDonalds I've been in slow service and filthy even though it was virtually empty.

Had to wait over an hour and 20 mins for my food. Went to the drive in. Parked up waiting for my food. Went I a few times they lost my order. Never going back to that place again. The delivery and take aways have made it worse.

They had bad service I didn’t get my food for about 30 mins, and they arnt very clean there tables are dirty, and also they replaced the vanilla milk shake with the grimis milk shake, I’m furious

Dreadful, we will not order from McDonalds again as this is not the first time. Missing items, wrong items, swapped items, just a disaster. Don't bother with them.

As far as McDonalds go, this one is alright, clean tidy and quick , thanks for my pancakes and hashbrowns

Slow service ,wrong food when arrived, coffe lid was broke so the coffee went everywhere. Would not recommend

Delivery time a lot longer than originally quoted, but a thoroughly pleasant driver delivered the order. Just disappointed that four of the hot apple pies were missing and the food wasn’t as hot as usual.

Toilets were filthy and no milkshakes. Would have been 5 stars.

Food delivered hot and order was 100% correct. Driver was polite and on time.

Unfortunately the vanilla pump wasn’t pouring properly so our vanilla milkshake was replaced by a chocolate along with the sweetest note written on a napkin in the bag. Even though it was something so simple it really did make our day. <3 it’s the little things.

Purchased through app for collection. It took payment but the order never came through to the outlet so had to do a manual one in store after waiting 30 mins. So now I have paid twice. Need to get a refund.

20 minutes sat in drive through Window 3 couldn’t be bothered to park grill orders Didn’t apologise for the wait. Got the food to find out that they got it wrong !!!! 20 minutes for them to still get my order wrong it’s a joke !!!! Let’s hope mystery shop isn’t on tonight !!!!
