the food was absolutely freezing cold, the drinks were warm and the chips were horrible

Food delivered hot and order was 100% correct. Driver was polite and on time.

Unfortunately the vanilla pump wasn’t pouring properly so our vanilla milkshake was replaced by a chocolate along with the sweetest note written on a napkin in the bag. Even though it was something so simple it really did make our day. <3 it’s the little things.

I have to be honest. We do not go very often to fast food places, but we have had some awful experiences over the last few years with McDonalds. Today though, the place was clean, the staff were very pleasant, and the food was very good. We were all quite impressed. Well done, Victoria Road, Stoke-on-Trent Maccies.

Been to this Mcdonald today and told no milkshake mechanic not working it's being cleaned. Why do it at a time of day wane it's hot. You can clean it in the middle of the night wot do the staff do all night.

Requested no onions as allergic to whole onions ( yes it’s weird ) and boom triple stack had onions only but was a good burger and then the chips were stone cold freezing

When the food got delivered I only received one bag which one my milkshake. I questioned the delivery driver if there was another bag with my food to which he said no. The food is on the receipt but only drink has been received. Not impressed.

I've reviewed this place in the past, and back then, it didn't get more then one star. I've recently been there again and the customer service is completely different. This time, new staff has provided excellent customer service, unlike back in the days when they had rude workers and managers dealing with the customers . Definitely improved their services 👏🏽 👌 food is just the same , just your casual mcdonalds.

Your uber eats system is absolutely shocking. Half of our order was wrong and had missing items and the uber app claimed our order wasn’t eligible for refund and we likely won’t get anything resolved from it either. Your staff are incompetent and need a serious talking to because this is a repeat issue. I work in hospitality myself using uber, deliveroo and justeat so I’m well aware of the processes for these online orders, and from both the customer and server perspective this is beyond appalling. Don’t bother with this Mcdonald’s, they let the brand down massively. Do better.

Can't fault delivery but hamburgers are very subpar past few months only tomato sauce on. No onion mustard or pickles ( onions and mustard are the best bit) so bit disappointed, everything else was lovely
