Firstly they forgot about the burger, the straws and the sauce. went back in to collect the missing items and the burger was absolutely fowl looked as if it was just threw into the box after being dipped into a chip pan, although the Drive through lady was absolutely lovely. Not happy

This company is a SCAM! They entice you to open an account with "bet credits" but make their "rules" so complicated you can never actually use the benefit rewarded. My so-called "bet credit" had to be used within 7-days or you lost it. I never even knew they had arrived as you only get them credited at a random date a long time after you are entitled to them. I wrote to the company for comment and received a condescending, patronising reply. Moral of story: They are scammers and I definitely would never trust them with my money. ACCOUNT CLOSED!!

Couldn’t eat there after the toilet was horrendous. We had to leave before ordering it has not been cleaned in possible years utter disgrace.

Paid £30 pounds, the portions are tiny, food is cold and my gourmet burger tastes like the £1 cheese burger from McDonald's, with some lettuce on top.

It’s okay, not the best food and drink in the world. Only ideal if you need a ten min rest from your shopping.

Cashier didn't realise I was waiting to pay. Accused me of jumping the queue when I had a cold drink in my hand from the other side of the counter. Rude & unapologetic. Despite telling her we were staying in, drinks were given in take out cups.

Ordered two breakfasts. Whilst waiting for food staff came out with tray after tray of food walking round the cafe without a clue who it was for. Ours arrived, well done bacon and sausage, uncooked. When it came back only half the bacon was came and still not cooked but the sausage was burnt and both stone cold. Both breakfasts were cold and utterly horrid. Waste of money.

I’ve given 1 star purely for the cup of tea my niece and I were about to look in the store but we were really hungry as we had been Christmas shopping and decided to get fish and chips at the store restaurant I should have realised how bad it would be when we picked the trays up and they were wet and grubby we asked for fish and chips only to be told the fryers were broken so no fish the lady said we can do sausage and chips we said ok we were so hungry I paid around £13 when they came there was 2 small looked like microwave sausages and a bowl of dried up cold fries I ate the sausage so did my niece I couldn’t eat the fries at all the only good thing was the cup of tea it was absolutely disgusting my niece said let’s just go but I had to tell the cashier I thought it was the worst food I’d ever tasted she offered to get us a sandwich obviously I refused I’ve tried to complain and after hanging on for 15 minutes I got through to someone only to be disconnected whatever has happened it was always a clean and welcoming restaurant which served good food but I will never buy a meal there again

A place from a nightmare. Not a week goes by without something being broken. Months pass before the manager deigns to order repairs. In Hanley M club spa with a view of the always open dirty toilet. My husband got such an allergy after using the M Club spa that he can't use the pool. Because he gets such a cough that he can't breathe. For me the most disgusting thing is that despite the lack of conditions, children are allowed in who walk and change among naked adults. The manager doesn't see any problem with this. Fortunately, our subscription to this place ends in two months. Membership in this place ended for my husband the loss of health.
