Subway Waterworld in Stoke-on-Trent

Good, honest and fast food. Used the app to get a discount. My son picked a cookie and the staff member checked if he had an allergy before selling it to him as it contained nuts. I was very impressed with that.

Set inside Waterworld, so it's in a nice environment, though I can imagine that it gets really busy on a Saturday. Probably the most friendliest Subway staff I've come across so far! :)

Was very clean and hygienic but the service was appalling,I was not given the option to have it toasted and when I moaned at the end that they had made it all and not asked if I wanted it toasted they said I said I didn’t want it toasted when I was never given the option. They then carelessly put the sub(with salad in it!) in the oven I had to tell them to take the veg out! After it was toasted I was given minimal salad(2 little pieces of lettuce) and was not even offered a discount or fefund for the shocking sub.

Shocking rude to customers and no customer service absolute would not recommend eating here ill mannered teenagers un hygenic

The sandwiches were very tasty and it is convenient that it is near a waterpark! The service was perfect! I would say 5 out of 5 overall.

I bought a subway from the Subway in Waterworld in Stoke-on-Trent, the first time I ordered they toasted my bread when I selected for it not to be toasted, but as I'm not usually a Karen, I let that one slide, mistakes happen. Then I ordered again the next day the exact same order, and this time it came with salsa sauce on when I asked for no sauce (boring I know but I have bland tastebuds). So I rang the restaurant, and the woman Sam who I spoke to was very un-cooperative and tried to tell me my I'd ordered a BLT when I ordered ham and cheese, my order came with ham and cheese but WITH salsa, so she was quite obviously talking through her behind, when I had ham in front of my eyes.She must have done the order with her eyes closed! Even said it was the only order off Just Eat, so its not even as though she was rushed off her feet. If you want something that you didn't order, then go ahead and use Subway at Waterworld. You're ensured to be disappointed.

We visited this subway after the water world, my friend and I are both vegetarian and we encourage our children to eat the same. So we ordered the vegan option but the lady at the counter told us that the vegan option was not available without an apology, so we have to choose something else for the kids, whilst the kids were deciding the menu, the staff at the counter was asking to hurry up and we have to force the kids to make a decision. I just want to point out that there was no other customer behind us. Me and my friend had just salad on bread and still charged for a full foot long and 6 inch veg delight. I was not happy with the way staff treated us so I want to raise this to the supervisor so I asked the staff to speak to the supervisor. The supervisor who again offered no apology and just said that the vegan options are not available so she can’t do anything about it. I asked her whether it was closing time since there is no vegan option left for that she replied that the store is open till 8 pm but they don’t have vegan option. When I paid and collected our order I asked the staff at the till counter which is the vegetarian sandwich because all the food were wrapped. She simply said I don’t know. I decided that there is no point in talking to the staff as she is clearly not interested. I realised when eating the sandwich that the bread was not even sliced in to half. When we decided to sit down there were no clean tables. All of the unoccupied tables were sticky/dirty and littered with crumbs and trash. We have to choose the better one and have to sit separate. There were food debris on the floor and the floor was filthy,several tables were not cleared. The toilet was not very clean as well and I doubt any spot checks are taking place. I asked my friend not to use the toilet as it was in very bad state. The customer who ordered before us was not happy and complaining because they found beef fillings in the tuna sandwich. Both the supervisor and her assistant at the time showed no interest on us and we felt that they want us to leave soon as they are busy chatting and never made any effort to clear the tables even though we are the only people in the store. We probably spent about ½ hour in the store as we were leaving the store shutters were coming down it was around 6.15 pm. We have always had positive experience with all the subway stores which we used in the past but not on this store. We just want to it clear that we are not seeking for discount or free voucher. but we won’t go back to the store again. This place is definitely one to avoid. I visted subway in the half term for my dinner, thought it was going to be busy but actually wasn't. All the staff are so lovely and have great customer skills. I was served by a young lady called pipa, her manners were outstanding. And we had a real good laugh. I've been to other subways, and I can say they were nothing like this one.

Filthy restaurant. Floor covered in food. Disgustingly dirty high chair with what looked like weeks of food stuck to it. Appallingly rude service. There were no other customers in there. I wonder why! I have complained using their on line service. Hopefully I will get a response.

Visited after an outing nearby. I was going to have a salad but opted for a bag of crisps instead. It was later in the day around 5pm and the food remaining looked old and unappetising. The 2 young lads working there appeared stoned.. dozy and miserable is not the word- I didn't trust these 2 to ensure the food was still edible.. shame as we would use the shop regularly.

I was shopping in longton town on bank holiday monday while in tiwn i went for a sub not much filling in the sub, but the bad thing was a dite coke it was just fizzy water no taste of coke. Subway is just making money selling water and not the coke.

Went hear for breakfast before returning to Glasgow lady behind the counter was very friendly chatty always had a smile on her face food was served to us quickly will definitely be going back again

I like it here but can take ages to make your food. They do deliver which is an added bonus really. Wouldn't come again

We visited today what an absolute disgrace ..the manager Danni was rude an appalling attitude not welcoming at all ...almost scary ...not a good front for subway !!

By far the best service since July 2016! Much more friendly staff. Food tasted much fresher and prices seemed to match those I have been charged in Hanley. Looking forward to a great continued service.

Sent Pepsi instead of Coca-Cola, called them immediately to which I was told they don't sell Coke any more and that I would be called when the driver is back to sort replacement (Mrs. can't drink Pepsi). Waited 30 mins, called them again, was told would be called back in 10 minutes but was never contacted. Awful service. When I asked why Pepsi isn't on their menu now instead of coke they said because the manager can't be bothered to update it.

Usual service and options were available. Whilst busy, was very clean. Service was ok if a little impatient (I always get confused with the options). Kids enjoyed their choices too. Cookies were a little over cooked.

Asked for "loads and loads of olives please" in my own words in the notes. The absolute legends gave me a little salad bowl full. I am both creased over with laughter and actually eating them. On top of that, easily the most fresh sub I have ever had.

We ordered 2 subs tonight for delivery and when they got here we noticed that they were wrong, we then rang up and spoke to a member of staff and explained the order was wrong we explained kindly that they were not what we ordered and his attitude was awful! Won't be coming back here again really disappointed.

Visited today with my 4 children after a visit to waterworld, greeted by a very friendly young man who was fantastic throughout my time at the restaurant, my youngest little boy was in a bit of a mood and was crying, the young man who was named 'Josh' gave him a sticker and talked to him which calmed him down and made me a really happy mummy. I had quite a big order and couldn't manage to carry it all to the table, Josh helped me with my sandwiches and then filled my drinks for me along with helping my youngest to put together the toy from his kids pack, as I was leaving he then held the door open for me, this was 5 star customer service that I'd expect from every restaurant, 5 stars subway!

Ordered via the app so I could pick it up on my lunch break. Ended up waiting in store for over 15 minutes. 1 member of staff on counter trying her best to keep up with a growing queue while another member of staff refused to come forward and assist even when asked by the poor girl struggling on the till by herself. Sandwich was cold and I was late back to work due to the delay. Member of staff said my meal would be free of charge but it was too late as I'd paid on card before going to collect.

First got a phone call to say that they didn't have the honey oat bread but could change the order to wheat bread And then the order was delivered two hours early

Love that I can have subway delivered, they mixed up my donuts and I think it should be delivery for orders over £12 not £15 but otherwise great food and great service.

food was fine, what you would expect from a subway, but the staff were just ridiculous with the portions, i mean when you ask for olives on a footlong you would assume more than 4 olives would be put on, and when asking for them to put more than one line of mayo on the sandwich the guy was very rude and asked if i wanted anything else to go with my mayo!! pathetic, all because he had to reach back in for the bottle of sauce rather than asking if that was enough in the first place.....haven't been back and wont go back

First it took over an hour and half to get to me but the order was totally wrong on 2 of the subs and the footlong was just a 6 inch which by the time i'd figured it out the driver had already left. Always miss something out from the order

Cookie ordered never arrived. One of the sandwiches had wrong filling. All subs squashed.

I ordered 2 samwiches, a bmt and chicken tikka but we got 2 bmt samwiches, i wasnt happy, wouldnt order again, easier to go and pick it up and then you know what you are getting

Delivery was 50 minutes late, order was totally wrong and I couldn't get through to contact anyone as it goes straight through to voice mail. What a shame!

Never going to order from Subway again. Not only did it take them 2 hours, when the order eventually arrived majority of it was wrong. Tuna is now apparently a meatball Mariana, you can build houses out of the cookies. All in all very disappointed...

The food was delicious and arrived very quickly. They didn't have one of the cookies we ordered so they substituted that and give us 3 others for free! Very happy indeed :D

Firstly, they mention in their information that delivery to my area is £1 however they always ask for £2 upon delivery (clearly something is not right). Secondly, it was mentioned that my order would take a maximum of 60 minutes when it actually took 90! Thus our food was terribly cold and soggy. Lastly, some of the food we had asked for on the side was missing and were part of our main course leading to our meal being tasteless and dry. When we call back to complain about the missing food..they just say "sorry just remind us next time" (?!?)

I ordered my food at four o'clock and they didn't arrive till ten past six year I was told it would be here at ten past five so they where an hour late I ordered cheesy nachos to which when I bite one had peppas in I'm allergic to spices so thanks a bunch subway. Not happy

Ordered a foot long but was delivered a 6" & no salad bowl that I ordered from the extras to my meal :-( but apart from that was very very tasty as usual delivery time was fast

Not impressed with Subway, 1st time ordering and we had to wait over an hour for our food, which turned up cold, they also forgot our drinks. We rang them and they apologised and said the drinks will be with us shortly...over an hour later I rang back as the drinks had not arrived, the woman said that the driver was not in and that they could not deliver them! This was 2 hours after we ordered! No phonecall to let us know. Not impressed. Will not be ordering from here again. £25 wasted.

Well it came quite quickly which is good. The driver wasn't the friendliest person I've ever met. Now the sandwiches...I know you're the professionals and I'm just a lowly customer but I don't think what you did was quite right. I was really presented with the ingredient for a sandwich, some of which were ingredients I didn't request and next time if you're just going to smear the sauce on the paper wrapping then please send a complimentary plastic spoon or knife so i can transfer it into the sandwich :)
