12 years trading with 365. 11 years I lost money. In the last year had 3 25/1 accas come through and have now been restricted and asked to move on without an explanation. Hahaha

Trash Company, Customer service reps on Via 24/7 Web denied access for me to talk to live agent as they dont know how to help. I have a serious problem and they let me hand and dry. This business should not be operating if they let clients inquiring on a serious problem without a resolution. instead they put ban on accounts and scam people. Parking was a bit of a nightmare when it reached a certain time

My account got closed for a lifetime without any explanation, didn't win more than I had deposited over the duration of holding my account. All the problems seemed to have started when I placed a 1k bet on a multi (fluke of actually winning) and they paid the bet out. Few hours later the funds were taken away from me stating it was a mistake 🤔 how could a mistake like this happen, after many complaints they started requesting this and that, even my business financials which is far fetched in my opinion. Now they won't even disclose a reason as to why 🤦 great customer service as well, many attempts of waiting for them to call at 2am or 3am and they would ring for 2 seconds and hang up, or I'd answer the phone and they wouldn't speak! BEWARE OF THIS CORRUPT COMPANY

I placed bets with several betting companies on Rafael Nadal to win Wimbledon. Subsequently Nadal pulled out of the tournament through injury. Betfair, sky betting and William Hill all returned my stake money as a void bet. All except bet 365, who have informed me it is in keeping with their rules. It begs the question why have the other companies refrained from such "rules" and in the spirit of fair gaming have retured my stake money. Bet 365 have no respect or morals when it coes to customer service. Extremely poor and have only given one star as the zero star option is not available.
