Ordered for a delivery received 1/4th of the ordered item. When asked told either come down to collect. The manager who spoke on the phone was too rude. This is not how you treat your customers.never irder from here.

They say they clean the toilets regularly, but the floor was a mess and papers all over. The dining area was just as dirty, there is no cleaning, it's disgusting.

Yesterday on 26th feb 2025, I went to kfc meir for collecting my just eat delivery. One of the staff member Keira behaving too rude with the other drivers, delaying in giving deliveries. Definitely not gonna go there again. Self respect comes always first.

Kiera who works at kfc is a very disrespectful worker who does not give food out to delivery drivers on time even though the food is ready. When you ask her to give the food she just ignores and doesn't let anyone else give out the order. It's come to a point where I, and other drivers don't like going for collection.

"Keira" is someone who is doesn't serve properly shows attitude like is the owner of KFC and is very rude and has a unprofessional behaviour

There is a staff member named as KEIRA . She is so rude, she doesn't even know how to deal with the customer. Its the 2nd time she miss behaved

Not a great area but this KFC shines like a beacon. Consistently one of the best KFCs in the West Midlands

Ordered our KFC off Uber Eats, missed items off and food was cold.

Awful experience, the lady called Bibi at the till was very rude., refused to take my order after I explained to her that the Kiosk machine wasn’t working. I was shocked that she flat out refused to take my order, never had such a negative cashier experience.

Very long wait in a bay, and there was only 1 other car waiting and 2 people sitting eating inside. Without being dramatic, I think we waited a good 25 minutes for our food. "Fast food" certainly doesn't apply here.

Very bad experience! The food was stale, the wings were overcooked and dried , and the strips were bad. I ordered this afternoon via Über.

So so terrible. I was second in a drive through queue of 3 today around 16:08 on 13th Jan 25. 10 minutes went by and nobody took a drive through order, after speaking to the car in front they drive to the window. Where we waiting another few minutes before they drive off without having even ordered. I then was waiting for a few minutes and beeped my horn to get the attention of the female inside - I was ignored. I then drove off. The van behind me also drove off. There was no sorry can’t take any orders at the moment , sorry please wait, NOTHING. Just wasting everyone’s time. There’s always something this KFC misses from my order anyway. Literally everytime. Certainly won’t be returning.

Check your meals. There always seems to be something missing. Lacking 2 sweetcorns and 2 pieces of chicken on my latest visit. At least they had some sweetcorn on that visit. If you do get your food it's all good.

Chicken is chew and dark, looks recycled. This has happened twice now.

Foods just what you expect, food was quick to come out, visited the other week too went to sit in but no heating even the staff had coats on.

They get order wrong when order on justeat and ubereats no refunds given they say best of just going in to order KFC not that good anymore

Two parts of the order were missing when I notified the staff things were missing it took another 7 minutes before they came back to me and they didn't bring what I ordered then took another 15 minutes before I asked where the rest of my order was and only then did they get it right in total 22 minutes late. Also the guy on the front desk was arguing with the staff doing the cooking that other orders were incomplete.

Just been in for a takeout and it took about 10 minutes for the worker to figure out how to use the till. Took an excessive amount of time so much that a stranger could probably do it quicker. Ordered the meal and took it home eventually and got given gravy instead of beans which i did not order for a very good reason ( it’s literally pure grease) and then once tried to call regarding the situation 3 times, nobody answered. Stop hiring people who don’t even understand how to do their own jobs.

Can tell from the poor customer the food was not going to be any better. Warm chicken had to microwave. Fries soggy and warm. Sweetcorn almost like it’s been keeping warm more than a day or two. Not recommend pay the extra and get to Nando’s

Generally good KFC since the recent refurb. They need to keep a limit on their prices though in general! Always had good chicken from here, very nice and tasty.

Bought 8 piece boneless dipper. Got 6 odd dippers.. sides. got 2 gravy...and the 4 chips were only 3.....chicken was ok though but try and check your order...

ridiculous. we ordered food for 5 people and got sent the WRONG food made only for one person so now we’re starving and neither them or ubereats were picking up the phone. refund issued but thats not the point

Service was very slow, waited over 10 minutes for the fillet tower burger, the other items in the meal were ready in minutes. Not sure what went wrong, it wasn't busy. The staff were friendly, but it seems disappointing that the supervisor had to ask on 3 occasions for one of the staff behind to do my burger. In the end she went round there & did it herself. Food was good quality, hot & tasty.

Go here every Monday to get 4 mini supercharger wraps. Lovely

Where do I start? Ordered two boneless boxes and a 12 piece boneless bucket. Received one boneless ox and just the chicken from the boneless bucket. No sides, fries,gravey. Nothing Waste of time

Absolutely disgusting food . The chicken was grim and slimy no chips came with our order the gravy came very lumpy . We paid £31 for our food for it to come half missing and what did come was grim . I tried to contact the store over 12 times to eitha get a refund or anouther order sent out to us but no 1 ever answerd . There is no way to contact the store to correct anything its just Absolutely horse shit. And i would not recommend !!!

Visited today at 1:45pm , ordered at the drive through.. Upon paying I was told that the store had no change in the tills because 'The Money Man' hadn't been today ! So I overpaid for my order. Absolutely astounding. Bordering on theft in my opinion.

Wanted a quick bit of food before going home. Went through drive through, ordered Mighty Bucket for One. Got told it will be 5 minutes needed wait in a bay. 30 minutes pass and I still don't have my order, people who ordered after me got their food before me, and when the food came I was missing a piece of Original Recipe chicken, instead they put a chicken drumstick in for it??? I really don't understand how it takes so long to do food their, any other fast food place I've been is relatively quick, even when it's busy. This KFC had around 4 cars waiting, and it took over 30 minutes. Really poor, and clearly no improvement as most of the reviews on this KFC are regarding the same issue.

Food not much to write home about I've been a couple of times and was never impressed by them and the fact you have to ask permission to use the toilet as they are locked is a joke and the staff are slow and don't seem to be trained very well 😡

We have ordered here a few times over the years. Never has our order been correct. Today, our dips never arrived for our dipping boneless feast. There was no answer when I called three times. I doubt we'll try them again.

I would have rated food but I didn’t get any because of their terrible way of delivering ! 4 different delivery drivers for then to say it’s shut when it’s clearly not . It said latest delivery 5:25 . Now at quarter to six it was expected to come at ten past . Awful

Walked in to 10 min wait to be told to use the terminals if I want to pay cash then come to the tills to pay the cash , that took 15 mins , then when the order was in I waited 20 mins and my order disappeared off the screen when it said ready , when I asked they said it was next . 10 mins later and 20 other orders out for delivery’s I asked for a refund , 45 min in the shop and no food . By Far the worst fast food place I’ve ever been in . Ask to use the toilet I’m guessing it gets rough in there at some times . 😒

Very poor service. Apparently, you can no longer order food at the till! You have to use one of the screens even if you pay cash. The assistant was helpful and did it for me, but I'm sure it would have been quicker to use the till. Food was, at best, mediocre.

Just had a drive thru meal. Order a large order. Drove home. Completely wrong order. Drove back had to bang on window as closed. Weak apology. Asked for refund. No offer of anything else. Left in a very angry mood. Poor.

Ordered boneless 12 piece chicken side orders corn on cob BUT DIDNT GET IT.coleslaw asked for mash x2 gravy x2 after I paid they said they haven't got any mash but we will give you 2popcorn chicken ONLY REACTIVED 1.gravy that thick you needed a knife and fork.chips were disgusting as if they sat there for ages . So, ordered thru the app for delivery via uber, I've been refunded but can you lot seriously not do your jobs properly or are you just lazy, I ordered £40's worth. And got 10 hot wings. Our drinks were right tho🤣🤣. Honestly. Your management team must be sat in the offices doing sweet fa whilst teens run the gaff

The lady who served us was very friendly and efficient. The food was as to be expected from a KFC, but it's not often we find a KFC where your order is 100% accurate. The lady who served us here was accurate and greeted us with a smile and a positive attitude. We are quite pleased and will use this branch as our preference in the future.

Always something missing from order...

Always very slow service regardless of whether you go in or use the drive through. The food is as you'd expect from a KFC so no complaints there. Inside you never quite know where to wait, so you just kind of linger around until you either order or get your food. Only ever focused on current order, even when busy. Expect a wait and avoid if you're in a rush.

Ordered 2 box meals, extra chicken and a bbq wrap and they left the extra chicken, the wrap and give up barely any chips, absolutely useless staff !!!!!, avoid kfc meir it's happened one too many times.

i’m not the type to complain at all, but my experience tonight was rubbish. this kfc is usually really slow anyways, but tonight after waiting for my ‘fast’ food, my vegan burgers came and i bit into it and when i tell you the vegan chicken was rock solid! you could honestly build a house with it. the other burger was also the same. luckily, i ended up going inside and asking for a refund which was no problem. wouldn’t recommend eating here!

Ordered a simple meal because I was in a rush. It took them 25 minutes to get me my food, in the meantime we were getting stared at in the drive thru by the employees and then they started to take a mockery of this by waving, running past and smiling and then the guy who served the food served it with a grin, absolutely 0 professionalism, and when we tried to give feedback he just closed the hatch like he wasn’t bothered. The employees need to learn respect since I’m there expensive prices.

Chicken burger was a soggy mess. Salad not as described? Contained finely chopped tomatoes, lettuce and sweetcorn. Staff very helpful!

Awful!!!! Not only did the food arrive cold but was the complete wrong order. When will fast food companies stop hiring incompetent employees who can’t do anything. Is it really that hard to put the correct items into one bag?

Although this kfc has had a refit, I now think it's time to get a change of staff. NOT ALL, but when I went, the service was silly slow, and if the teenagers around the back stopped messing about it would be ok. It's not a gathering, kids it's work, so get in with it. When I see the one person serving having to go around the back to do stuff, you're taking the p***. Nearly 35mins wait after order and only for 3 meals.

Sat at the drive through tonight at 7 pm. Nobody asked me for my order . I was sat at the order point for ages , I decided to drive around and leave. Again Meir kfc strikes. Won’t be using again. Poor management at its finest. Is what happens when you put 20 year olds in charge

The worst KFS I have ever been to, the slowest. Disgusting service, it takes a very long time to prepare everything, the staff instead of crossbow, chat among themselves and they don't care about customers, how long you wait and so on. Dirty, the toilet is under password. Horror.

Too much seasoning on the chips but the chicken pieces were very good: service fast and polite staff. Not had a KFC for a while and was astounded as to just how expensive, for what is essentially a takeaway meal for the masses, comprising of inexpensive ingredients, actually is...

Wraps for £1.98 Cant go wrong!! Apparently they have stopped the wrap of the day. Still on the KFC website so possibly a franchise.

After the make over went to the drive through which they have moved so missed it went to the window and explained to the man he said he was to busy take.the order and i had go round again after seating at the drive though for ten minutes the service is slow at the best of times there so didn't bother and went MacDonalds instead

Poor service, ignored at the counter so forced to use the machine. Ordered a zinger rice box and was not offered cutlery or napkins. I had to ask only to be told they only had spoons. Have you ever tried to eat salad or chicken slices with a wooden spoon! Ridiculous. Asked to use the toilet which was locked and I don't know why they bother locking it, it was as dirty and smelly as I would expect if there were free range over it. Won't use this branch again.

Customer service is poor as hell. They never know how to use the machines, the shop itself is not very clean. The Professionalism is pretty non existent, a worker ( young girl with some fake lashes) asked me to repeat something I said by saying “what”? With a very rude tone to her voice. She looked like she didn’t want to be there. Ay, it’s KFC, I guess you can’t expect anything more

This place cannot cope if more than 3 cars turn up at the same time. The wait time for 3 pieces of chicken was about 20 minutes. Only 3 staff on duty so don't blame them themselves. And I don't blame them for the food which was just skin and bone. The quality of the chicken has gone down over time the pieces of chicken now seem to be from the underside of the chicken It is very rare to get any breast meat

Absolutely appalling service levels. Had to wait for >20minutes as they were prioritising the delivery and uber eats orders. This is the case with most KFC locations as it appears they dont like walk in customers at all. The reason for the delay was hot wings as they werent ready. Can’t believe as thats one snack that KFC is known for. The staff were not even courteous. At least the manager was apologetic.

In the past they were usually mistakes with my orders, but the current situation seems to have had a positive effect on this. I've visited 3 tines, each time the order was correct but ask the staff and they'll tell you they're it a fast food establishment, and I believe them. The wait for food has increased.
