Alhumdililah, as a takeaway that we rang to help struggling people they sent the smallest box of chips and a skinniest meat wrap for £15 to help struggling families in Ramadan.

Poor Quality food. Restaurant will advise the food has left with courier via the app but when it’s overly late and you call them they will advise it’s leaving in 5 minutes. When you question why they have said via the app it’s already on route they just put the phone down. Call back again and question it they put the phone down. Avoid Avoid Avoid Bring this so called business to its knees so it respects its customers.

Absolutely amazing food.... first time ordering and we will be ordering again. The staff are amazing and make you feel welcome even over the phone... Even the delivery man dmwad respectful and shut the gate.... Thank you for your amazing service

I called your staff not to sauce the food. I had food for children. Why do they sauce the food?

I ordered food at 3.10 at about 4.20 I got a notification saying it had been delivered and the food hadn’t come so I rang up and they said they didn’t deliver to my area but they have taken my money said they would ring me back in 5-10 minutes and haven’t

This was totally a bad experience. Delivery took too long 5 times I called and someone said 5 minutes more. When delivery driver came he charged me extra money as he don't have change when I asked for my change he said do you want me to take order back. I took food and then I surprised bread was totally burned I have a picture which system is not showing me to upload. That's a joke kings Vvvvv poor service.

This place is a fraud I don’t know how it’s still open I ordered food at 2:20 am I ring up at 4 am they say the drivers on way, ring up at 4:25 am they say drivers leaving now, it took my money and the food never turned up the man on the phone was swearing and being rude. Worst place ever I want my money back!!!

Waited 2 hours for the delivery for the pizza to be cold and the chicken tikka meat with chips to have no sauce and was ridiculous for 7.70

3 times I’ve ordered from here now & it’s not shown up or been 3 hours late. The distance is 12 minutes. Specifically ST1 to ST3. They take your money and don’t show up. Don’t bother !!!!!!!

The owner and all the workers here are top notch.... Then I come onto the food and let me just say, if you come here.... You will never stop coming back... Had a value box the chicken felt like it’s a rock 🪨 then the chap gave another piece again felt like it’s 3 or 4 days rotten dinner was flood chips were ok potion size very small for the price they charge would never go again nor anyone else waste there money there

Had quite possibly the poshest dining experience in a kebab house ever. Guys proper looked after us, making us fresh naans due to being out of pitas, and even served everything up on plates. Food itself was delicious, despite how busy they were.

Scammers steal money and don't deliver

Guy who served me seemed clueless, was over charged for a large donner kebab advertised to come with naan or pitta received neither. Swimming with grease. Wouldn't recommend shalnt return.

The lack of professionalism is astonishing, when I raised my concerns the owner cut off my phone multiple times. The meat was bland, chewy, and fatty. The chips were horrendous, the chips looked 3 days old, overly fried looked recooked. Absolutely disgusting, they refused to give a refund or at least remake the food. I shouldn’t have ordered from this place with the amount of negative reviews and the owners horrendous replies to the customers. I could go on and on about my horrible experience but I won’t consume anymore of my time and energy. 12.50 for 1 sharwama is a absolute joke.

Tried this place after a gig at the underground. shwarma was decent. 7/10 Donner, 6/10 chicken 3/10, very dry and hard to eat. burgers were atrocious, more cheese than meat, and i use that lightly, more grease than cheese. Curly fries saved the day by being average. 5/10 overall, waste of 30 quid, won't bother again. Shi-te.

So many options and very friendly staff and its halal. I got the dinner and chips with some chicken hot wings and it was very tasty and 10/10 would definitely recommend.

The worst thing about this place is that you’re expecting it to be a decent place to eat out, but once you get there you’ll be disappointed:(( Disgusting food and the glasses, forks, tables and chairs were dirty af…. Don’t even think about going there or ordering from them:)))

The service from the beginning was just awful. I asked the person who prepared my food, to add specific salad to my food and he just added everything from his fridge, including ingredients I don’t like. When I asked for it to change, he told me that this is what I asked for when it just wasn’t 😂 . The service was poor, pricey food, and the hygiene of this place is awful ( I was actually disgusted to eat here the first time I came and I walked out, but my boyfriend really wanted to try it so eventually we tried it). I honestly think this is the worst take away in stoke on Trent -and I’m a take away lover.

We Stayed in the hotel close to it and ordered some shawarmas based on the reviews. The food was bland, there was no cutlery provided since they also didn’t provide any naan or other form of bread. The chips were way too oily and smelled and the chicken was seemingly undercooked with mostly only fat on them. No sauces provided either, only a blob of ketchup on the shawarma itself l. There was also no napkin provided to say that they could see the order went to a hotel. Very disappointed. Don’t follow the reviews.

First time ordering from here as we went off the reviews. We ordered x2 mixed shawarma meals and a value box deal coming too £26. The food was very dry and bland although we did have sauces added to it. It really was a waste of £26. We won't be ordering from here again.

This is our second visit to the King Grill and Shawarma in Hanley Stoke on Trent. OMG we order a Mix Grill 2 for just £22 and Wow! The meats were mouth-watering and juicy. We had to add some doner because the last time that was the best tasting doner I have had for a very long time. The chicken and lamb are so tender the melt in the mouth. As for the garlic naan, they are light and tasty. If you are looking for a take away that’s tasty and one to remember you have to get yourself down to the King.

Very convenient for a quick tea before a show at the Mitchell Arts Centre. Premises were very clean and the staff very polite and attentive. Food was very tasty.

I had the full value box it was delicious. Perfectly cooked meet with a large portion of incredibly fried chips complimented by an irresistible exotic salad. Wings weren't bad either. I'm definitely going back tomorrow

Best mixed shwarma wrap in Stoke by far. Pizzas are lovely, thin base and plenty of toppings. Fast delivery and food always hot. Definitely our new favourite takeaway. 😍

Had great hopes for this place but the food was a little bland and also a bit dry. Place has a nice atmosphere and staff are super friendly. Maybe the other dishes are better.

Just had the very best donor on nan bread £8 it was meaty moist it's the best I've ate in my life ,mouth was watering it filled my belly . The place was clean the man was very polite person served me efficiently shall I go again well its a must if it tastes like that next time, whats not to like its quality, keep the good work going and your on a winner it must be great for ppl after clubbing so get yourself there fill your belly and enjoy
