Nice venue, great food, great service, great selection of drinks and very nicely decorated. My only criticism is the aroma in the gents toilets, apart from that, well worth a visit.

The staff and management were amazing and could not do enough to ensure I wonderful meal and evening. Outstanding staff and management that you so much!!!

We turned up without reservation for Subday lunch and they instantly seated us. The waiting staff took our drinks order right away and we waited at the most 2-3 minutes for our drinks and at most 10 minute for our food. The food was plentiful, hot and delicious and I can honestly say it was sure best Subday lunch I have ever had We cannot wait to return again!

Ordered over the phone and picked it up as a lot cheaper. Pizza were ready as said, straight in and out, best pizzas I've ever had

Over 2 hours for a basic salt & pepper box, turned up stale and no reply from the restaurant or food hub which we order through. Asked for a refund and was totally ignored. When food arrived we had rotten chicken balls and no chicken wings at advertised. Awful experience and won't be ordering from here again.

Really enjoyed my pizza from here last night. I ordered from Just Eat, and the order had gone past the expected delivery time, yet was marked as 'delivered' to me. I've had a bad experience with this a couple of times before with other places (and on calling been told the driver had gone awol and just marked it delivered). It was also past 1am and I had work early the next day. Just wanted to add a fair review to say the food arrived less than 10 minutes later, the guy was sweet and apologetic, and the pizza hot and tasty, I really enjoyed it! Sorry they won't let me edit my Just Eat review, but I appreciated it and will definitely order again!

Can’t believe this hidden gem is only 5mins away from us! Genuinely cannot fault anything about the Bank House. The staff are welcoming, friendly and want you to feel comfortable. The dining area is cosy and smart. Everyone of our meals was beautifully cooked, piping hot and delicious. Great choice of ales/beers on tap will defo be back!

Absolutely disgusting service.nearly 2hrs waiting for a takeaway.rang twice to be fobbed off with the driver is nearly there to having the phone dropped on me by the disrespectful call handler.rang back to see why this was and the receiver said we were having problems with the driver who is old and cant find location!!!! Yet again after a bit of arguing phone put down on me again.never again

The food and taste was excellent and customer service was fantabulous and manager Dhruv and his team was really helpful.with fantastic smile that made our day . Thank you 😊
