Ordered over the phone and picked it up as a lot cheaper. Pizza were ready as said, straight in and out, best pizzas I've ever had

Ordered a pizza but the guy must have missheard my order and gave me the wrong one, BBQ beast it not BBQ Original. They were closing when I took it back 2 mins after leaving the building, the man refused to exchange it for a pizza that I actually liked. He just said come again tomorrow and didn't offer a refund. I got angry with him and said I will talk to his boss. I might have been rude to your worker but who isn't rude when they are hungry, definitely not as rude as the man working in your shop who can't be bothered to rectify a problem because he is closing and didn't offer a refund at all. He just said come back tomorrow. Not very good customer relations, you won't keep customers with such a shoddy attitude. I apologize for being rude but can you honestly blame me

Mate, are you able to see mushrooms? Why so much arrogance? I am utterly disappointed with my recent experience at GoGo Stafford. Not only was my pizza missing the crucial ingredient of mushrooms, but the staff's extreme arrogant behavior only exacerbated the situation. Despite politely bringing up the issue, he dismissed my concerns with a condescending attitude, as if my dissatisfaction was inconsequential. Such arrogance is unacceptable in any establishment. Needless to say, I won't be returning and probably the worst GoGo Staff I have ever come across.

The pizza was amazing and cheap The atmosphere of the waiting room was gorgeous it containd a beautiful ant that was crawling along the floor and an asteticly pleasing ringing sound that repeated over and over overall amazing would come back.

Walking in we were left to search threw the menu offered. Vegetarian pizza's available. We asked for the Ten pound large pizz. We also ask if the polite man if he wouldn't mind split it into two types? But he agreed for the same, ten pound.😁.. To me it's a fast take away outlet. Small,no seating area. The pizza was ready by ten minutes and smelt,so good. I have not used the delivery that is available online" I did notice the largest allergy poster. I was glad to actually ready one!!. All ingredients to be aware.! In my passed, store assistances have said ask"👀 so.i think it's, in a good position, customer counter side, to read. Overall 9/10. Alittle bit of music background wouldn't be nice,whilst waiting. 😜

Most unfortunate experience ever Ordered for the pizza and couple of sides, but they cancel my order and I didn’t receive refund yet. This is very unusual and unorganised system. Last time I had one meal from there. It was also not worth the money. definitely not gonna order again and also not gonna recommend tried calling them for refund, but they didn’t pick my call. Absolutely horrible.

If I could give a 0 I would! not only was it cold and rubbery when it got here but the delivery guy was a so rude! Screaming threatening me down the phone because he didn’t want to go the one way system (like every other driver does) he wanted me walk 5-10 minutes in the rain into the town centre WHEN DELIVERY WAS PAYED FOR!!!! Worst takeaway I’ve been to by far!

I called up to order and a man told me that i had called his private number and to call into the shop. When i told him that his number was the shops online number he just put the phone down.. bit confusing.

Ordered from just eat, £31 order..... said it was on its way fairly quickly, then after over an hour and a half lately still no delivery. Used to like the food from here but will never be ordering again! Applied for a refund but I doubt very much I'll ever see it. Don't waste your time and money. Caprinos drivers are rude but at least they turn up!!

Very stingy with toppings, and didn’t understand what I wanted to order which resulted in me paying for an item I didn’t want.

Last time I order "free choice pizza" with four toppings. Go out from the door and wait till ready ( 10min ). When I take it the men told me one of my toppings which I chose is finished and he made the pizza with three... And he can't put another one... How do you think? Is this "good customer service" ?

Received our food tonight and had wrong item delivered. Called Pizza Go Go, the man who answered said they knew they'd delivered the wrong item and had closed the shop (before closing time) and put the phone down. They did the same thing when we called back a second time. On the third time we called, the man said he knew they'd delivered the wrong item and they'd deliver the replacement in five minutes. This was without even asking what was wrong with the order. Needless to say, the item didn't arrive and what he'd said was an outright lie. We're liaising with Uber eats for a refund, will not be ordering again!

Popped in while passing for pizza to take home. Promotion to win year of pizza if ordered online took too long, so gave up on that Quick service when ordered in person. Unfortunately took the Vegetarian Hot pizza home and found it had pepperoni on it. They delivered the correct one and apologised for the error, but was too late in the evening to eat by then. Great breakfast pizza though! 😊

Absolutely terrible. Delivered my pizza after over an hour and it was dried out Burned and had no tomatoe on it sauce at all! 1/10 quality. Refused to do anything about it. These places print money since the apps came out and give absolutely zero real customer service! Go literally anywhere else. My dog could vomit a better pizza up more than this

Ham and pineapple pizza 12 very small pieces of pineapple and the thinnest layer of cheese I have ever seen ...really not worth £18.00 Tesco pizza far better and a dam cheaper too

Cheap and cheerful. You are definitely better off going into the branch and ordering than using the website or a food delivery service. I saved myself 33%. The food is very good.

Never have I witnessed such poor service and a poor tasting pizza, was terrible waste of money and I will never eat at Gogo again. The Pizza I was handed over was incorrect, they said, no its the correct pizza but we forgot to tell you the chilli was put on the other pizza by mistake, they then proceeded to continue to say the pizza is correct they are both correct, im like mine isnt... they argued it was and said your chilli is on the other pizza, took me 5 mins to express my concern and thier willingness to dismiss it. I eventually had an agreement to swap out pizza which was then delivered hot and speedly but it was disgusting tastings cardboard, with hardly and sauce or cheese on the pizza. real bad quality tasting food and service. + point - chicken wings were really good. but thats it.

Tried for the first time tonight. Won’t bother again the pizza base tasted like cardboard and the cheese in the stuffed crust was like cream cheese. The sides were nice but for the price won’t be bothering again unfortunately

Joke of a place says 7.99 any pizza and when gone inside told its 9.99 as price changed this moment even saying to them you got a big sign outside rude staff couldn't care less about customers avoid at all cost

The new Manager and team at Pizza Go Go are very pleasant and friendly. The food is delicious, piping hot and freshly cooked to order. Best Pizza and value for money in Stafford. Highly recommend.

Excellent value for collections, usually accurate with orders although once the garlic sauce was missing from the pizza, worth checking the order on collection. Only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is the cost with delivery, we order two pizzas and they have a deal on collection.

Great value pizzas on collection order. Fleshly prepared so piping hot and delicious. Excellent choice of toppings.

Good food and very competitively priced

Very very poor food I had two pizzas and sides and the pizza was vile and it tasted like fumes sort of style it was over cooked. I call up to ask for the manger and his names and all I had was grief off him telling me to drive to him when I have a 5 month old daughter in bed and have no transport and then I phoned again after been given a number for the main department and then to find out it wasn’t even a number. So I gave them a call back to ask what they will do about my order and they kept ending the phone 😡 there very rude people

WOW, just had 2 12in pizza n chicken bites, the taste is brilliant, it was piping hot on arrival and my dietary requirements were met with no bother, the front of house staff were amazing and friendly. I will be ordering again. Thank you

Just had our order - Delicious Pizzas, juicey wings, great service

Lovey food don’t get me wrong but during the covid outbreak the staff had no social distance measures in place with no masks or even gloves on. Just won’t go back until the virus calms down because of safety and hygiene being a risk.

Pizza was t what i ordered and the base was too thin and toppings were scarce and I can see why there cheaper than other pizza places

I brought a pizza meal wich included twisted fries and a sticky toffee pudding when i finshed my pizza and fries i opened the pudding and it was moldy i called up told them whet was wrong and then he told me that thay were keeped in the fridge and then sed it couldnt of been moldy it was fresh

Really nice pizza, always hot, fresh and done with care. Cheap so you get what you pay but hey who am I to judge when they already recognise me by now... Ordered quorn once and as it was left on top it got burned to point you could stab someone with it. Forgot extra topping I've added but most of the time it's top noch.

Had an 8 piece make your own pizza for a fiver...the taste was delicious, the bread dough was fresh, hot and tasty. All round I will definitely be using pizza GoGo again.

Don’t bother !!! Ordered a cheese and tomato and a pepperoni, got two cheese and tomato’s . The pizza reminded me of a very cheap supermarket bought one . Hardly any cheese on it at all and burnt . Never again

Top tier if you ask me, 4 quid for a 10 inch and it's of a pretty decent standard, it's no domino's but it's definitely better than your standard fast food place. They prepared it very quickly and we're very welcoming in the process

The pizza may not be the best pizza I've ever had, the crust isn't the best, cheese is ever so slightly burned and the dough is a bit chewy.... However it is impeccable value for money - 15" pizza for £6 is beautiful and the garlic and herb dip is glorious, 5/5 I would definitely recommend this place for good food at a great price

I ordered large meaty one pizza, but they gave me meatball feast, staff flatly denied they had made a mistake, manager was not interested in helping out, he just said if you want replacement I would have to pay again. I will never use this place again.very poor customer service.

Most disgusting customer service on the planet. Ordered a pizza at 11.30 last night 29th July 2019. Ordered ham and pineapple and a meatball feast pizza. They messed up the ham and pineapple and gave me ham and mushroom not realising I eat a piece of the pizza being badly allergic to mushroom. I have suffered a bad reaction where my tongue is that swollen I can't talk!! My partner been at work all day and the only time he could call was 6ish tonight on the 30th July 2019 as the employee told us they where shutting at 12 due to us wanting to order another pizza while ours was cooking. They told us no so we left for home. After calling tonight he was told one he's lying about the pizza. To it wasn't them who served him 3 he ain't having a pizza or his money back for the pizza. I used to order pizza from these people on a regular basis. I shall never ever use this company again.. I'm literally contemplating opening a law suit against them as this could of killed me!!! Being all well and done could of been an accident but for them to be so god damn round and say we don't need you as a customer and to check Google for the open times! What If we didn't have Internet! This shop needs to sort it's priorities out and bloody get new employees or go on a customer service course !!! Flaming disgusting

Lady on the phone was lovely and confirmed our order price before sending the pizza out for delivery. Came within 15 minutes which we were happy about as we were told it could be over half an hour. Delivery guy though? Not great. Gave him £20, said he was going back to the car to get change and then made off with the change. Called straight away and lady on the phone told him to go back to our house and give us the change - he came to our house and continued to shout at me and my partner (I’ll admit I’ve not eaten today and do shout back). My partner went straight to the store and spoke to the lovely lady who was on the phone again and she got it sorted straight away. Massive props to the manager who offered us a refund and a new pizza as it had gone cold (we didn’t accept as it wasn’t their fault but lovely to know that the option was there). We’ve asked for the delivery driver to not be allowed to deliver to our address again because of how rude he was (I did ask him for his name but he completely refused to give it to me). Lovely service from ALL other staff members and we’ll be ordering again

Pizza was disappointing. Felt I could of purchased a better frozen pizza from a local supermarket. Only ate 2 slices and binned the rest.

Heard loads of really good reviews of this place so had to try it thought pizza can't be that different but I was amazed the pizza was by far the best I have had in a long while beats pizza hut and dominoes. Base tasted fresh and really nice toppings and fantastic opening offer prices if you collect. Give it a try you won't be disappointed staffords number 1 pizza place.
