waited 2 hours for the delivery, in the end had to drive to the KFC and collect the food myself, this isn’t the first time this has happened when ordering from just eat. not happy at all

Everything freezing cold. Only 4min drive to restaurant. Was over an hour late. Items were missing, including kids meals. Absolutely discraceful

got delivered the total wrong order with someone else's food... when will KFC get it right every time it's something missing or it's cold or now it's not even our order!!

Recently visited KFC Stafford, that was fantastic experience, staff was friendly and attentive, insuring we had everything we needed, the service was prompt, place was clean and comfortable for enjoying meal with family, highly recommend it if you have cravings for fast food.i’ll definitely be coming back soon

Ordered from here and my food was cold stale and rock hard this is disgusting from such a huge company when I called to have my order refunded I was met with a rude manager and incompetent staff members absolute joke to be honest will not be ordering from here again 🤢

food was not warm had to microwave it to put some heat in it but with it being Xmas eve it is understandable

KFC is fine and food was as expected but the app and service from Just Eat is so poor, they just want your money and couldn’t give a stuff about customer service. Said 15-30 delivery, which was why I picked them then wham, as soon as you pay it’s changed to 40mins and in fact took an hour! Nothing you can do but sit and wait for something you wouldn’t have picked if they’d just been honest

There was a wait of minimum 50 minutes but only found this out after ordering and talking to other customers. Food just kept piling up in the warming area whilst nobody seemed bothered about getting it out to the customers. Uber orders seemed to be the priority. No notice from the staff about the wait and the manager was hiding in the office when i requested a refund.

Driver phoned me and told me to meet him in a residence car park. I told him no as the instructions said meet at door. When he did arrive he would not communicate and gave off an angry attitude. The fries were cold too

What a exceptional restaurant i must say, not a single mistake the team made , went on Friday night and the team was fun loving, atmosphere was positive, service was amazong and taste of food was just wow. The manager was fantastic , helping everyone . Totally recommended. Just loved it should really recognise the team.

Would have put 0 stars for delivery if there was the option for this. Took an hour and 10 mins to be delivered, which is absolutely ridiculous! I rang the restaurant and was fobbed off, I was about to go out to collect the order myself when it was finally delivered. The food was very good, only minor complaint with the food is that the chips were cold and needed reheating. Won't be ordering from here again.

Used drive through in the hope it had changed its ways since the other had opened but alas it hasn’t …. Tiny pieces of chicken in a boneless banquet which they might as well call it a “boneless mouthful” asked for 4 hot wings and as per usual got 3. If you are going to keep ripping people off just close the doors and find a different career

2hrs!!!!!! no call nothing!!! my partner had to drive their as apparently they store said there wasn't any drivers!!!! as soon as he got there a driver arrived 2hrs later!!!!! I’ve ordered from here 5 times. Whether you order online, in store or at the drive through, they just can’t seem to put the right things in the right bag. The order is never what you’ve asked for.

Ordered chicken wings chips and some dipping sauce. Was charged for the sauce but upon arriving at home realised they didn’t actually give the sauce?? and the fries aren’t fresh at all seem like they were refried

I'm not happy. The bag was open, i did ask the delivery person Why. I couldn't understand what he was saying. The food was overcooked and cold. Disappointed and cheated.

I had pre ordered for 10 past 4 so my girlfriend had time to eat before work and it came at 4:38, there is major roadworks and traffic between the KFC and my house but id assumed that they would take that into account for when they should start the order but they didn't start cooking until 4, I'm not that bothered but my gf is hungry at work

Delivered with care. delivery driver was lovely. I got to the door before he knocked and when I opened it he startled me as I didn't know he was going to be right there ( I was going to wave him down because the house numbers are really weird here) He really cared that he startled me and made sure I was ok. Thank you. the food was excellent and hot. fries were absolutely lovely.

2022 review: Slow and extremely rude service especially by this one kid who was front of house!! Sep 2024: Service as improved but my buffalo burger was returned because it was like chewing rubber. Burger was replaced promptly but looked a right mess in the box and it was absolutely covered in sauces 😡 Didn't bother to complain for a second time but have definitely decided never to return to this KFC restaurant.

I decided to go for the twister wrap £10 deal with two chips. The wraps had no salad or coleslaw in them plus they were rammed with too much chicken. Me and my partner are well disappointed.
