KFC Stafford - Hough Retail Park in Stafford

Didn’t get popcorn chicken in my boneless banquet.

This order never arrived. I changed my address to number 4 wren house but it seems they went to 79...im not happy about this in any shape or form

I came in just looking for a Kentucky wrap my usual order and I always think of kfc whenever I need a quick, tasty snack or meal. Harishita today helped me out very well and very respectful.

I spoke to the team leader today Jake and his professionalism and caring attitude was exceptional. I love kfc and this is one of the best I have used. The food was outstanding in every way. The temperature was perfect and everything was freshly cooked. I could tell the food wasn’t sitting around for long. This store cares in every way possible. The restaurant is very clean and tidy too. The food here is hit and miss, sometimes the food is really good and the chicken is battered and cooked to perfection. Other times the chicken comes cold and feeling like its slightly older meat with no flavouring at all. Its such a 50/50 that i dont do KFC often, you really can't guess how good or poor the food will be on the day.

Half the items we ordered including dips and sides were missing and the food came extremely cold

we had a visit today in Kfc and let me tell you it was the best KFC I have ever visited . Everything organised , the food was great , customer service was brilliant by the team and the store was neat and clean. just wow

The food was lukewarm when it came and didn’t stay warm it was cold after a few bites. the chips were okay as i ate them first but even then they were not hot

Food ordered 15:50 and arrived by 16:11. No missing items, including additional extras. All food freshly cooked, hot, tender and well seasoned. Very well satisfied, would order again. Thank you!

All the food was cold! The Driver was inside the restaurant for half an hour waiting on the tracker!

The food was barely warm and sadly the fillet pieces coating would be better described a an ‘only just’ coating. I’ve had far worse, I’ve had far better! It was more disappointing as it was my daughters birthday ‘treat’

There are items missing in most of orders I pay for and no refund issued for missing items. I put a refund for missing items then get told because the driver asked for a code and I gave him the code that means all items was delivered, drivers don’t stand there for you to check all items before they go so you open your delivery then find out you are missing items but then don’t get any money back for missing items. Tell your employees to double check orders before sending drivers. Ridiculous

..ordered through Just Eat...half my order missing...I phoned the restaurant to complain but told to take it up with Just Eat...the person who packed my order works for KFC, not Just Eat.. ...until this outlet takes responsibility for the quality and consistency of their food and stop making vague business arrangements like Just Eat it will continue to be mediocre......very disappointing when you are hungry ....just ordered a fillet burger some months after posting the ab
