The best restaurants in South Staffordshire West Midlands

Asked for a vegetable bake, was very curtly told ‘they’re all cold’. Asked if anything was warm, told - ‘no, everything’s cold’. No politeness, no warmth. Customer service non existent. Went to KFC.

Rubbish quality and portion sizes poor, won’t be visiting again. Sign outside saying under new management, good luck if you think you’ll attract customers with the poor quality food served.

£14 for worst fish and chips I’ve ever had. Basically a goldfish in batter it was that small. Place filthy, and whatever you do, don’t look up at what’s on ceiling and fans above you. First and last time eating here. Go to the pub next door for food!

Food was fine but the hygiene standards lacking. Hairnets and gloves were needed. The toilets were absolutely atrocious, no soap to be found and had to ask three times for a bottle from a staff member who was away with the fairies. Given most passing trade is walkers, some hot water and a bar of soap at a bare minimum wouldn’t go amiss. A missed opportunity to be something much better.

Ordered through the app, collected food drove 5 miles home to realise it was completely the wrong order. Couldn't do a refund on the phone. Had to drive all the way back with the food to get what I have ordered. Terrible service. Not the first time the order or availability of food at this restaurant as been any good. Rubbish McDonalds. I may say, this isn't the first time my order has been incorrect or any food available -Been when only drinks were available!! Last time I go there. Don't make a special journey to this one. Go to one in town. Or the best one I have been to is Donnington at Telford.

Disgusting Customer Service - I called to order Pizza for my family, firstly I couldn’t understand a word that was said, the man spoke so fast. I was then cut off and so I called back, the man said he was trying to call me back to check my number??. The man who claimed to be “Nilesh”the manager became very angry when I asked him to repeat my options. He became verbally abusive and when I cut the phone off he rang me back 2x swearing and ranting, a lady also swore at me! I reported this awaiting a response as to why Staff feel it’s acceptable to behave in such a manner to their customers. I told the manager I was disappointed with his conduct and will order from Tettenhall Rd as I never had such appalling experience from them when Nilesh said he would ring them and cancel my order there!!! This is the worst customer service I’ve ever had, I don’t know how they feel it’s acceptable and they clearly have no idea how to run a business. I will never order from here again

Great pub and bartender down to earth good for a quite drink with friends.

Needed to stay somewhere in an emergency due to house flooding. Boy was it an eye opener. The whole place need refurbishment and security is a joke. Windows don't lock unable to lock door from inside. Shower control hanging out the wall. Shower tray had gaps all around it would have allowed water onto floor below if used. Everywhere was dirty and facilities were not available. Avoid at all costs no matter how desperate you are for somewhere to stop.

Im not exaggerating when i say this is the UKs worst KFC. The last 6 times ive been, they havent managed to get the order right once. I have just come from there and i specifically asked them to check the order before it came out, and it still had the contents in the order. Litrally, when i say i have a specific order, it is one burger with no sauce. Im pretty sure, that they are doing this deliberatly at this point. This place should be shut down. Avoid at all costs.

KFC – El menú disponible no era lo mismo que el menú en el quiosco, pero se requería usar el quiosco para ordenar: resultando en algo que no se quería ordenar y algo que se pedía no estaba disponible en la colección. Greggs – cerrado. Burger King – no hay refrescos excepto sprite. Otros clientes incapaces de entender los números de pedido – casi pagó para que alguien más comiera mi cena. Debería haber permanecido en la autopista a los siguientes servicios. ¡Al menos los baños estaban limpios!

Ordered off app for collection several times. Food good service could do with improvement as always have to wait.

Sadly although wedges were advertised to accompany their pies etc non were available, Should have come this afternoon was the response to my request. Glad I didn't buy anything though, but unfortunately got a Burger from Burgerking next door. Lots of tables and chairs, ALL DIRTY. No staff in site to complain to so wiped the cleanest available to eat at. Then found all bins full to overflowing. Hilton Park services must be the dirtiest, poorly maintained Motorway services in the UK. Most of the food franchises have moved away as very little choice,

I ordered a sirloin steak which was beautiful however this sirloin steak was extortionately priced at £14….I probably could’ve bought a whole cow for that price….and by the way…this is not a restaurant it’s just a butcher’s shop….nice meats but overpriced
