McDonald's in South Staffordshire

Ordered through the app, collected food drove 5 miles home to realise it was completely the wrong order. Couldn't do a refund on the phone. Had to drive all the way back with the food to get what I have ordered. Terrible service. Not the first time the order or availability of food at this restaurant as been any good. Rubbish McDonalds. I may say, this isn't the first time my order has been incorrect or any food available -Been when only drinks were available!! Last time I go there. Don't make a special journey to this one. Go to one in town. Or the best one I have been to is Donnington at Telford.

Complete waste of time. Went to the drive through and waited ages for somebody to take my order. Drove to to window where you pay.... deserted. Thinking I'd made a mistake, drove to the next window where you collect the food (expecting to pay there)... deserted. Gave up and drove home. Went on McDonalds website looking as to how to raise a complaint. The advice was "Phone the branch". Tried that (several times) no answer. Don't bother with the place. Let's face it, it's hardly high end cuisine, it's convenience food. The staff there clearly aren't even capable of such as rudimentary, menial task.

The young man bringing the food over (the manager?) was very attentive and courteous and the food was nice and hot. Made the dining experience very pleasant

Wanted something different, wished we hadn’t bothered. Lukewarm burgers and cold soggy chips. Never again. Staff consisted of bored looking teenagers who were handling food but no gloves worn.

Meeting up with a friend, decided on McDonald's at Acton Gate, Stafford, just off J13 on the M6 as it was halfway. Free car parking for a couple of hours. All clean and tidy. Food and drinks the same as every other McDonalds - no Gluten Free options! Toilets were at least up to standard.
