Today I went in with my partner the two young people was on was very polite, well mannered made us welcome as customers had the warm welcoming smile from both, the food was prepared to high standard hygiene was superb when dealing with us seemed like they work really well as a team highly recommended

South Asian girl working there is very rude. No smile, no banter. On top of that, dropped my hash brown onto the counter that looked a mess and proceeded to put it into my box. Very stingy with the sauces. She put less than a tablespoon on my sub and had to ask for more. Then she didn't even fill the pot for my hash browns and gave attitude when I asked for more. Go to other subways, at least they are nice there and give you what you pay for.

Turned up at 7.45 the girl had closed, she had already cleaned down. It's not meant to shut until 8pm promised the kids subway for super and had to let them down, she just shrugged her shoulders and didn't have any details for had office. Really angry with the service

Absolutely terrible service. Never answer the phone, orders turn up with items missing, now I’ve been waiting over an hour for my food. If I ran my business like this, I wouldn’t have one anymore. Shocking

I simply asked for a sandwich but was ignored. I stood there and waited for ages to be served. I was the only person in the shop. The manager who decided to serve me had attitude and then went round the back and stuck her middle finger at me. I saw her swearing at me in the reflection. I asked her about it and she said she was just having a bad day. This does not justify her behaviour or the appalling customer service. Unacceptable behaviour!!!

Its a shame with this place. You either get really great food or really hastly thrown together nonsense. The biggest problem is the service, no one ackowledges you. Basic customer service is to acknowledge a customer, even if you are busy. This can simply be a "hello, i'll be with you in a second". But nothing. Its not alot to ask to be treated like a human being. But apparently too hard for some. My record is 8 minutes without being noticed. I'm the only one in the queue, 3 staff on. Just poor.

It is always so slow when I go in here which makes me avoid it. There is only ever 1 person in there doing everything so it’s so slow. Food average, salad doesn’t look that fresh, seem to get overcharged and okay customer service.

So, i am healthcare worker and walks everyday house to house , to take rest i choose fire station subway area .i went there after 2 weeks The women with spacks on she behaved very rude with me, she mentioned that i put the chair in center and some other customer falls last time with very unpleasant way she mentioned . And i just want to complain because i wasnt there for 2 weeks and 10 days still have been told . Am not sunway employee . And she should ask very politely with some respect, no communication skills at all she needs to sit at home rather been working if she have anger issues. Customer left the subway and she also cursed me when i left . This is not the way you treat customers. Be calm because everyone in this country is working hard !! Thanks They are builling people . And being a bully in this generation speacially the lady with spakes usually work on Friday. Such a shame i went in petrol station today for my drink and was in rush and was wearing mask because am healthcare worker. She said “look at her she is wearing mask , excuse me you cant sit here today , and i wasnt even in subway she shouted loud shame on her !!! Such a bully. Next time if this happen strictly action will be taken from my side and she dont have right to shout at someone who is not even going to have subway , she thought i will sit by chair of subway. women making down other women in public. Where do I start! 3 times now I’ve visited this store, and on all 3 occasions I’ve had the wrong order and over charged also today I was told I had to wait as she was doing online orders I was in front of her first but no she didn’t wanna serve me, I’ve also called head office twice and they don’t care she is a rude woman who needs to learn customer service basic skills

Awful customer service here. Ordered on the app for 7pm, ordered at just after 6pm. Turned up and they said they were closed an hour early. They can't be bothered to contact you to tell you. Don't use this store with the app. Liked this store but not for me anymore.

Dreadful. Painfully slow service - took 30 mins to serve me and 1 other person. No urgency at all - it took nearly 15 mins to make my 2 sandwiches. No apologies for the wait. Uber/Just Eat orders clearly taking priority over the customers in front of them. Can only assume it was the staff's first day since the person operating the till did nothing else despite there being nobody to serve. And the person making my sandwich took an age to put 4 slices of cheese on it. Tip is to drive to one further away and still get your food quicker.

The slowest staff ever seen in a Subway. They are literally half asleep, don't know what they are doing and do not care. 1 girl was just there on her phone while the other 2 took all the time in the world. Just walked out.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with an online order. Ordered a footlong meal, wrong bread, no added extras to the meal on the footlong sandwich, no drink, cookie or crisps which I paid for, no added extras on the tuna melt sandwich, Do not use Uber eats with this place, absolutely pathetic… got a refund for the missing items straight away

Ordered a platter online, order was incorrect when I went to pick it up. Staff were not friendly, in fact quite rude and not helpful at all. To rectify this I had to pay extra for additional foot longs and staff didn’t care about what they did. Pathetic service and if you read this, be sure to go to another subway.

Brilliant Little Shop Sandwhiches made fresh to Order is a little pricey but Food is a good Quailty Standard. Staff wear gloves and regularly change them per an new order so safe place for people with Food Allergies to Eat at

I ordered a sirloin steak which was beautiful however this sirloin steak was extortionately priced at £14….I probably could’ve bought a whole cow for that price….and by the way…this is not a restaurant it’s just a butcher’s shop….nice meats but overpriced

It's generally a fairly quiet pub, great for a quiet night out but kind of a shame because people are missing out. The food is amazing, one of the best for a steak or burgers it's made with love, low price for high quality, can't knock it.

I hate to write this, but after numerous times now I need to complain. If I wanted to put the oven on and stick a pizza in, I'd of brought a much cheaper frozen one from the shop. Altho the temperature wouldn't of been far off our delivery tonight. It was luke warm at best! Very tough and chewy, so had clearly been sat under the heat lamps a long time before being delivered. Which is not good enough. Also no stickers on the box's to seal them. The app now tells you when it's prepped, cooked, cut and delivered. The app said out for delivery/last updated at 18:26. My pizza turned up (5 or 6 mile away) at 18:58. It's not that we're too far Way, I've collected a fresh pizza from here before and got it home without insulated bags and it was still warmer than when your delivering them! You need to pay more attention to your customers and quality. Our one treat a week is now ruined so thank you

Called by one lunchtime with the kids for a quick bite after our walk. Kids had a kids meal, adults had chips with curry or peas. Chips were rank and mushy peas had congealed as they were stone cold. All went in the bin. They should be ashamed to serve this as food. Never again.
