Bromleys in South Staffordshire

We ordered delivery from this branch, and were told we would have a 25 minute waiting time. An hour and fifteen minutes later, we were updated that a third different driver would be bringing our food, after having our calls ignored. When the food came, both sandwiches had incorrect salad ingredients, meaning we couldn’t eat either of them, and we were missing two drinks and two cookies. On top of this, the inedible food was stone cold, and included meat that we couldn’t reheat! Terrible service, dreadful communication, and awful food.

Great pub and bartender down to earth good for a quite drink with friends.

Asked for a vegetable bake, was very curtly told ‘they’re all cold’. Asked if anything was warm, told - ‘no, everything’s cold’. No politeness, no warmth. Customer service non existent. Went to KFC.
