Burger King in South Staffordshire

Excellent service ,the girls were friendly and very quick ,I'll definitely be going back for more extra hot chicken fries

Awful have to wait flipping half an hour for my food there was hair in a burger they put ketchup in every burger you order even if you clearly ask them not to

Worse service ever. Waited 20 minutes without even a sorry. One man looks at the fries waiting for them to cook, instead of improvising and helping the other colleague get the rest of the things together. Shocking.

Service time was OK, but there were only 4 of us waiting. Started eating my Whopper within a couple of minutes and yet it was tepid. Why is that?

Really poor. Put order in and waited and waited. In the end asked and it appeared but I doubt if it would have done otherwise.

look, the first few mouthfuls were decent, but then my mum found a HAIR in her plant whopper. absolutely unacceptable and obviously left the rest of the family with no appetite. chicken legend, crispy chicken burger, plant whopper and some fries gone to waste. NO DRINKS because only coffee, capri-sun and milk was on offer. therefore, during the half an hour wait we got some fizzy drinks from M&S. so i would say having the M&S next door is the best thing about this Burger King to be frank. i’m telling people to avoid this particular burger king rather than just say it’s śh!7. not that anyone looks at the reviews of a service station food chain restaurant. but every little helps ;)

If selling over cooked, hard, cold chicken is your thing then this is your place. Total waste of money. The chicken was so dark brow,hard as hell and cold. Totally unedible!

Absolutely useless service. Staff were messing around out the back leaving one guy to serve. Waited 18 mins for food and I was the only person there. I complained to a member of staff who apologised and when I looked in my bag of food back at the car he had immaturely put 37 sugars in my bag. Clearly no manager present.

Very polite and friendly staff, everything was hot and fresh. Service was quick and we were on the road again swiftly.

Ordered a kids meal from Burger King, received the most appalling rude and lazy customer service! Will avoid this stop on my journeys

The food was disgusting the burger BAP was dry, the actual burger patty was burnt costumer service was appalling just a horrible stop off will not be returning

Took far too long to be served. Has to complain to get my meal. Onion rings tasted slightly of onion but couldn’t actually see any. No taste and limited texture. Urgh.
