Domino's Pizza - Codsall and Bilbrook in South Staffordshire

Disgusting Customer Service - I called to order Pizza for my family, firstly I couldn’t understand a word that was said, the man spoke so fast. I was then cut off and so I called back, the man said he was trying to call me back to check my number??. The man who claimed to be “Nilesh”the manager became very angry when I asked him to repeat my options. He became verbally abusive and when I cut the phone off he rang me back 2x swearing and ranting, a lady also swore at me! I reported this awaiting a response as to why Staff feel it’s acceptable to behave in such a manner to their customers. I told the manager I was disappointed with his conduct and will order from Tettenhall Rd as I never had such appalling experience from them when Nilesh said he would ring them and cancel my order there!!! This is the worst customer service I’ve ever had, I don’t know how they feel it’s acceptable and they clearly have no idea how to run a business. I will never order from here again

Ordered from here quite a few times now and it has always been nice. Always hot, delivery has been quick and the staff have been friendly. I do hope it stays this way. Very lovely pizza and cookies last night ! Just a Tip if you like pepperoni pizza..create your own.. their set pepperoni has extra pepperoni and extra cheese and naturally that can be quite greasy, but create a basic cheese and pepperoni without 'doubling up' on the toppings and its spot on.

Plenty of different pizzas to suit people’s personal taste and dietary requirements. Quite expensive. Flexible and prompt delivery. The pizzas have lovely dough and were very warm but they were,unfortunately, dripping with grease
