Advertise NHS discount but fail to honer when ordering. Staff mentions up to the manger when he is not present they can not do.

WAS a regular user. However unable to collect our order as we had to recover a vehicle that had crashed into local hedge close to our garage. .we Was badgered for£10!! Shocking could have put on our next order...which will not happen

Had seen this open in the tea rooms on Kinver high street, and as a southern fried chicken lover couldn’t wait to go. Starters were lovely and very big portions, complimentary corn bread was great too. We both went for the classic southern fried chicken, a leg, thigh and breast with mash and greens. The breast fillet strip was cooked perfectly, unfortunately the leg and thigh were pink and warm as you got into it. We didn’t want to make a scene as it’s a very intimate place (12 people max) so whispered to the wonderful waitress and sent it away. I was shocked when she returned and the chef tried to defend it saying it is pink on the bone because of the veins in the chicken 🤷‍♂️ A table nearby did the same, not because we did, but chicken and pink simply are a no no. Lovely little place, wonderful waitresses, great cocktail list….but need to take more care with their signature dish! Paid full price, wasn’t about that, but disappointed not to be offered any form of discount or a free drink given we sent 50% of the main course back! Sadly won’t be returning which is a real shame 😢

Staff are always pleasant and always smile and on the ball.

£14 for 2 mini fish and a pie really? son came in to order 2 mini fish and chips and a pie and didn't realise until I got home it was just £14 with no chips.... rang up told would have been £19 if it was mini fish specials and a pie .....seriously last time I grab a quick meal for the kids in Womborne

Go to this pub a lot. Staff are very friendly. Great food and nice atmosphere. Would recommend. Apple crumble is delicious.

The place is amazing such an amazing location for weddings parties etc . We enjoyed every minute of our visit up from hythe Kent . The landlord is such a gent what more can I say just a must visit for everyone

Not good enough. No hello … no welcome… no please or thank you…. Busy or not busy… unfriendly staff … one server was working incredibly hard but the rest look like they don’t want to be there. Didn’t stay for food as wanted a nice and happy environment to relax in.

Fabulous place. Visited today for lunch. Great service and great food. Wood return again when in the area. Loved it.

The place was littered with tables full of dirty crockery,the carpet in there was filthy,absolutely disgusting,we had a hot chocolate and a young lad was clearing the tables I thought a dead rat had more enthusiasm,he looked so miserable,!!!!! I most definitely will not return,shocking!!!!

I ordered two drinks, both were made wrong as we asked for no Milk. The young girl was incredibly rood. As was her friend. I don’t recommend here at all. And will never go back. £8 for two small drinks. Better going to Costa or Starbux

We had mixed meat and chips with salad. The salad was a couple of pieces of cucumber at best. Meat was dry and not overly flavourful. It seemed as if we were an inconvenience being in the shop, definitely didn’t feel welcoming for a village chip shop. The chips were average at best. We went to this as it was our closest chip shop but would not recommend. Next time I would travel the extra mile and go to Cookley. It must have changed hands from the last time I went there (some years ago) as the standard had completely changed. I will say on a positive note that it was very clean and tidy but unfortunately the food was not that good.

We used to regularly order from here, everything was always a good standard. In the last 6 months, standards have declined to the point where we will not buy from here again. Late deliveries, missing items, very poor amounts of toppings which have got smaller and the pizzas are arriving cold due to being late. Tried the bacon tater tots - if the bacon on it was as much as a quarter of slice of bacon I would be amazed. Toppings have fewer ingredients than ever before. Customer service very poor. No refunds for cold and/or late pizza but money off next order: We perhaps gave them the benefit of the doubt longer than we should, but even with our last order being late, cold and stingy with toppings and us having money off our next order; we are done and won’t be back.

Excellent local pub with a range of guest ales, gins and cocktails.Staff are friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Should not be called good taste should be called bad taste,ordered chicken balls here after taking a bite realised that the chicken is completely pink in all of the balls. In the end had to feed to my chickens
