Costa Coffee - Codsall in South Staffordshire

Abit disappointed no diet coke again..had a free 1 sent to me..but they never have any..so offer finishes tonight!!

Went there with my son at approximately 9am on Friday 23rd august. Chose food from fridge and stood at the counter to be served for 10 minutes. Staff were nowhere to be seen! Finally they appeared talking with each other , there was no good morning or greeting! How rude! Terrible customer service by both the young male and female! Retrain them as this is not acceptable!

Visited last week and served by Cal and Denise. Shop spotless, food great. Definitely return

Excellent service from staff who really care about their customers. Probably the best Costa we have used.

Service at the till was a little slow when I visited (It wasn't busy) and the staff were initially a bit cold, but otherwise was up to the usual Costa standard. Parking can be awkward as there's not a huge amount of space available at that location. There is more around the back of the building if you want to risk it.

Never provides toppings on the frappes.

Coffee is the same as anywhere for Costa. Environment is very poor. It's cold in the Winter, there is not enough seating. Some of the tables wobble and impossible to work from. Seats against the wall feel like you are sliding forward, other seats not comfortable. Loads of floor space not utilised. No privacy if you want that.

Untidy tables, rood staff. Not friendly whatsoever! Generally not a place I’d recommend ever! Overpriced for a teabag. But then it’s owned by Cokacola . I would recommend the one by M54. Friendly clean. Welcoming and very professional

The server abandoned the hot milkshake to talk to her friend who had just walked in. Don't mind me then. There were no vegan options. Drinks were nice but my KitKat latte had cooled while she was taking ages over the milkshake.

Horrible place!!!! No atmosphere the two members of staff clearly not getting on and not working as a team. Both of them had a face as miserable as hell we had our food and drinks which were ok and went we were just glad to get out. We use Costa regularly in Telford town centre and Merry Hill the staff at all of those are lovely friendly polite and helpful but Codsall is dreadful. Visited Tuesday 13th Feb 2024 FIRST AND LAST VISIT☹️

Nice little Costa. Parking isn't great, but they don't control that. Staff were friendly and welcoming, nice atmosphere compared with most, felt like a small family cafe rather than a Costa.

Myself and my wife popped in on the way home. The staff were all friendly and helpful . The manager who is called Callum was professional and very helpful with knowledge of the local area as my wife and I live in Wales. The coffee was piping hot and the cakes etc were very fresh. We will pop in again when in the area.

It's not my favourite costa to visit. Small. Nightmare parking. And a smile with service would go a long way.

The Staff @ Costa Codsall are unprofessional, rude, and in need of customer service training. On most visits, there are essential items (such as cakes, milk, ice or takeaway cups) missing. The app for Click and Collect is rarely updated for the stock they don’t have available. On the rare occasion that they have what you want, and you excuse the horrific customer service, you’ll have a pleasant stop (although an extremely expensive one) as the shop is generally clean and quality of food isn’t bad.

Nobody in the queue with 4 behind the counter. Ordered Caramel Latte, went to the loo. Came out still 4 behind the counter and nobody in the queue. Pushed my drink towards me a little bit whilst still talking among themselves. Drove all the way to Bushbury Crem with my ordinary Latte which I do not like. I understand people making mistakes, but when it is because they are ALL talking among themselves is unforgivable. - How do these people have jobs???? I will be contacting head office!

Came in with my family for a drink, clean store, brilliant service from Callum, Emily and Mia who went above and beyond and to top it off tasty drinks. Will definitely return!

Excellent coffee. Service is quick and young staff are mostly friendly. Product range rather limited, for example croissants appear only once in a blue moon.

Went over as live in Codsall. What a dirty place it is. Tables filthy and rubbish everywhere. Can understand why the common folk love it!

We went to the one in codsal ..never been there before..was lovely we just had a drink and a catch up.

Went there to treat our granddaughter after her performance..singing in the choir at the Senior Citizens party!!! And she loves going there!!! Very handy location for us!!!

Toilets could do with a regular clean. Toilet handle broken and has been like that for weeks. I go every week with my grandson who is 4 for his baby chino. Staff are always friendly and helpful. I've visited Costa today Monday 21st November and the toilets are still dirty and looks like they haven't been cleaned in months. Unbelievable as they are used from the public.

Is a decent Costa, food as all chains as expected service is ok. Place could really do with a proper deep clean though! Seats just feel dirty and place doesn't feel as cleansed as it should.

Costa Coffee in Codsall is a disgrace, everytime we come in the tables haven't been cleared and are filthy dirty, dirty trays. No standards.

Seem more interested in sorting uber oders . While que is at the down . Personally i think walk in customer come first 🤔

Purchased a waffle travel mug 2 days ago while on a training course yesterday the top fell apart covering me in hot coffee, returned to store this morning to be told I need a receipt despite being able to see the mug as in pristine 2 day old condition they would not replace. Who has ever been to Costa and had a receipt let alone keeps one for a cup of coffee. Do not purchase this cup it could leave you with third degree burns

Hello people, ( & animals if you're tuning in ? ) as you can see from the stars I liked my experience at Costa Coffee - Bilbrook. I chose a small hazelnut latte and a blueberry muffin. Yes, I know what you must be thinking, that man knows how to have a good time ! I once ordered two 99s from the ice cream man and ate them both myself. Foolhardy I now realise. Anyway, I'm sure that unlike me, you have much, much, much better things to do than read about what some bloke you've never met thinks about Costa Coffee in Bilbrook. I only write these reviews because google inform me that, " it's reviews like yours that help people to decide whether they should get out of bed today, or run up the road naked with their pants on their heads, shouting I need a flat white " ! !! That, and the hope that one day Google will release my hamster Princess Anne, whom they are holding captive until there thirst for reviews is quashed. 🤨🧐🙄

Drink was good but service was slow. Only 2 staff on for what is a biggish coffee shop at what would be evening rush hour. Drink was done well though but a 10 minute wait for 3 people seemed excessive.

Had a large cappuccino takeaway which was absolutely disgusting, tasted like they hadn’t put any coffee in it! Couldn’t drink it what a waste of money.

Busy. Coffee and hot chocolate not particularly hot though. In the case of the chocolate lukewarm is the best you could say about it.

We were very curious about the latte here. It was expensive and didn't taste good.

Staff very efficient. Toilets clean. Plenty of parking. Check back of shops if parking spaces full at front. It's Costa. So you know what the coffee is like.

Staff stood around chatting, tables needed clearing, customers were not left at the counter for a while no one spoke to them very poor customer service, new young girl was very friendly and efficient shame the rest of the staff wasn’t like her they seem to put everything on her

Walked out after waiting 15 min and still not getting served with only one person in front of me but staff were too busy dealing with orders conning through for delivery or collection. While there were 6 other people behind me waiting Seems you will get priority if you order on line

5 staff. 1 taking orders and preparing the order, 4 discussing their rota. 4 customers waiting. I'll get my coffee from somewhere else.

My visit on 31st Dec 2020 was not a very pleasant one today . Not up to the usual standard of customer service. I can only describe being "barked" at by the member of staff behind the counter. I appreciate that covid guidelines must be adhered to but please teach your staff to relay these with both manners and politeness something which was clearly unevident today. The same member of staff then failed to listen to my order and got it wrong. After pointing this out I was "barked " at again. Very disappointing....not sure why people that are employed in the service industry feel that they can speak to people in that manner. From a very upset loyal customer
