RJ's Cafe in South Staffordshire

Saturday 8th July. Had planned a trip especially from north wales. Always been on my bucket list. Checked website and Facebook page. Sorry to hear about the break in. Information stated should be open again 6th or 7th July. Tried to phone before visit to check if open. No answer. Should've been open 8th but no updates or information. Arrived at 12:15. Five cars parked by locked gate. Nobody knew What was happening. Walked down the lane. Fantastic house. Unfortunatly we had a wasted trip. Blackboard outside 'closed until further notice' people arriving after us who we informed they were closed. Had we known we wouldn't have wasted a journey.

6 of us went to the White Hart yesterday for the festive menu. From start to finish the whole experience was just super! We eat out a lot, and at much more expensive venues, however the quality of the food, service and the general feeling of the place was on a par, if not better than eateries charging twice as much. I can’t recommend it enough, in this day and age to have your expectations exceeded by such a margin is a credit to the hard working and friendly staff. Dreadful service provision. Not very inviting didn't have items available on website. Advised offer unavailable which is what we booked for

Visited today and was greeted by lovely staff, a warm and friendly environment. Very clean, and amazing food. Thankyou. Becky, and Jodie

Ten of us went from a friendship group, only a couple of other people there, so no atmosphere. Ordered meals and Drinks, one was even asked if they wanted egg or pineapple with their gammon. The meals were nice and hot but not what we ordered. No eggs, no tomatoes, no peas. Everything was substituted by tomatoless salad, not even an egg and was substituted with the pineapple which had been offered. I asked what real ale have you got. Only Banks Bitter which I had, it tasted like vinegar which they had back and with nothing else to drink. Did not want anything else but was not offered a refund. We were on a recce for our Christmas dinner, but will give this one a miss. NB Not all the meals are listed for me to include in the post
