We went last Sunday for a roast dinner and it was delicious. Nothing was too much trouble. There was a big group of us and everything came out correct and in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend and will be going again.

My family and I visited on Sunday 15th September. We hadn’t booked however the staff were very accommodating and couldn’t do enough for us. We ordered 4 beef Sunday dinners. The food came quickly and was beautiful. The beef was tender, the veg fresh and proper homemade mash and yorkies. Credit where credit is due! We will definitely return.

Eaten here twice in the last week Wednesday for an evening meal and today for our regular Sunday lunch. Excellent value anyway but they also accept the blue light card. Great service. Ian and Dawn always go above and beyond to make both us and our youth football team feel welcome. Plenty of room and right in the heart of the village and a friendly welcome always guaranteed highly recommend.

Great real ale pub and food is good too, we had a beef Sunday dinner and the Steak and Ale pie both lovely. Staff were really good friendly and attentive.

A great family friendly pub in the heart of kinver. Fantastic staff nothings to much trouble for them, happy to welcome and feed the whole kids football team on a weekend which is very much appreciated. Reasonable prices for a quick bite to eat. Great little pay area for the kids. Overall a lovely place to socialise.

Me and my girlfriend went for an afternoon walk through kinver and decided to pop in for a quiet drink. The draught selection was lovely and had a large selection to choose from. After seeing food come out the kitchen we decided to give it a try and we’re both very glad we did! My steak was cooked to perfection and my girlfriends fish and chips looked amazing! Will definitely be frequenting it at lot more after todays visit

We had a lovely meal, i had the peri peri chicken baguette off the new menu and was absolutely delighted, it was cooked to perfection by the chef Ash. Great Thursday night of music (open mic night) nice & busy & great service from the young lady behind the bar. If you use the car park you MUST enter you registration number into the machine on the bar or get fined !!! Worth a visit as this pub has definitely improved.

Heavy rain and dark days require comfort food!! I ordered steak and ale pie with gravy, peas and chips! It was delicious. Gravy was a bit watery for me but I love thick gravy so that's just my preference. The chunky chips were delicious too. Perfect quantity and great quality. The young girl that served was lovely too. Would definitely order again.

What an amazing Sunday roast. 10 out off 10 to the chef and their team. There's certainly a noticeable difference to the whole environment. The pub is clean, the staff team are friendly and the food is delicious. Well done everyone, and thank you for making our visit feel very special.

The pub opened especially for people to watch the England women's football and also served breakfast. Full choice of everything I wanted and could choose how much I would like. Delicious breakfast and would love for them to do it again!

Came to the white Harte tonight. Food was very good value for money, staff were polite and welcoming! New management doing a great job in turning round a worn out pub back to life. We will definitely be back soon to try out the bingo and all the other entertainment they have coming up. Nice to see the place thriving again!

Visited with family for Sunday lunch. Greeted by friendly staff. Place had nice atmosphere, clean tables good menu choices. Food was served quickly by lovely staff and meal was nice and hot. Despite the pub looking shabby, the worst part is I used there car park where on looking the pay machine wasn’t working so as we were using the pub we were told it was free, I have now received a £100 fine we will never use this place again, and we advising everybody else not to

We were so disappointed.. it’s dirty outside, weeds everywhere, bin full for days, ashtrays full, men’s wc no toilet rolls and no seat. Need I say more… 🤢

An average pub with reasonably priced food. good if you want a quick bite to eat or a couple of drinks.

Just had a lovely lunch here. Looks a bit in need of TLC outside but please go in and get some food. Very comfortable seating with plenty of room. They also have an outside seating area and a big car park. Make sure to claim your parking fee back at the bar. Nice varied menu at very reasonable prices. We chose pea and mint soup and mixed grills and OH had a pudding, with a soda water, two cokes and a coffee the total was less than £45! The staff were all young people but they were polite and friendly and actually seemed keen to know we enjoyed the food. Recommended the place to two other boaters on our way back to our boat. So pleased we made an excellent choice. Thank you.

The kitchen opens at 18:00. Not much cop for the 14:00 -16:00 Lunch Deal. Considering how quiet it was it could be a whole lot cleaner!🙃.

As soon as we entered we loved the atmosphere of the place felt very welcoming, the seating arrangements were so comfortable. We ordered our food from the excellent choices offered on the menu at very reasonable prices and when it came was absolutely lovely and served with a very helpful and pleasant lady waitress who couldn't do enough for us and made us feel very welcome, I found all the staff to be the same just like to say a big thank you to you all and we'll definitely be going back in the near future

It was good, we were a little upset that they stopped serving at 5pm on Sunday but it's not something to be mad about. They were very nice and offered us seating to eat take-away food.

What a shame a lovely village pub food average but could of done with a good clean. Not sure I would go again or recommend. I know the hospitality industry's is having problems but emptying a bin??

I ordered a takeaway Sunday roast, it was the most delicious roast I'd had in a while, beef was really succulent, vegetables and roasts cooked to perfection, nothing was too much trouble for Jason and his staff, great value fir money, highly recommend, I'll be back again

I remember when this was a gorgeous old pub with beams and lots of character!! Sadly that’s changed but it’s still a nice enough pub. Great for families with pool table and space. Thanks Jody Ash and another chap can’t remember his name think it may have been Dean!

Typical pub grub but a wide choice on the menu with guest ales too. Worth a visit if you're in Kinver, especially as it's in the high street!

We had Sunday lunch quite basic food and tough beef the door was wedged open to the smoking area so it was cold and smoke coming in we won't be going back again

Visited this pub in Feb paid for parking and also put my vehicle registration on the screen in the pub and still recieved a parking ticket rip off ! Going to appeal it as I have a reciept for the parking. Just phoned the pub and was told she would cancel the fine !! Food was good though

I have recently moved to the area stumbled across this pub. What a friendly welcome. Both Dawn and Jason couldn't do enough. I had a meal and it arrived promptly and hot in temperature.... We had a drink previous to ordering a meal this was a prompt service with friendly banter. I would highly recommend this establishment for food, drink and the ambiance its a pity there aren't a few more places like this. For someone who had just moved to the area the welcome was second to none. Thank you team see you very soon

Been here on multiple accessions and honestly couldn’t wish for a better pub in kinver better than any pub local. Upon my visit from reading previous reviews it’s come to a shock that these reviews maliciously out of order how people can be out to get these lovely owners who are going beyond there way to make this a beautiful establishment with a great team of staff could do with things putting right maybe a lick of paint but it’s not what it’s like on the outside it’s what’s on the inside that counts the food is outstanding and the staff are equally better Jason the manager makes everyone welcome and can’t help you enough with enquiries I hope you take time to read this review over the bad ones trust me you won’t regret your visit have a good one

Scruffy outside and in. Staff polite but customers standing at the bar swearing in loud voices when children were present. Won't be returning. What a shame, used to be a nice pub years ago

This place has SO much potential, but it seems to be falling short in a few areas. To start on the positives, the member of staff on was really friendly and helpful. Really couldn't fault him. The beer was great and clearly kept well. The building itself is beautiful....however...it desperately needs a refurb. The place oozes the feel of a cheap chain pub, think sizzling or hungry horse. The interior is tired and isn't in keeping with the building itself. This place could be truly stunning.

Stayed in the rear car park and bought the appropriate ticket for the time we were in Kinver on a Saturday over Christmas. The car park is run by Parking Eye. Who keeps their ticket for more than a week, not many people I bet and I had thrown mine away after almost two weeks. Then I received a parking fine/invoice for none payment of parking! This company has a terrible reputation for this kind of thing with threatening letters and warnings of bailiffs etc. £100 or £60 if you paid within 28 days. I would not patronize any company who use Parking Eye with their sharp practices. Stay away or make sure you keep your tickets somewhere safe.

Some of the staff in this place are very very rude and will talk about you behind your back when u put your trust in them as when we were sat at the table I heard one of the bar staff/ manager dawn talking to someone else saying stuff like oh did u here thingy say this I can't believe it and it just wasn't very good managerial skills I have contacted marstons to deal with this issue further . A women named dawn I think her name was is a very rude rude nasty piece of work who shouldn't work there and she needs to get the sack she seemed very much like a marter and almost feels as if she thinks she owns the place and thinks that she is the manager and we all said that we got that feeling from her there.was a group of 4 of us all out for a meal. the overall cleanliness of the place is very very poor the food was amazing and the chef was great I believe her name was Ashley . We were eventually served by somone called Zac and he was lovely and well mannered and was very polite to us and we couldn't have been happier with his service drinks are over priced but that's a marstons for you . Overall the experience wasn't very good . I would recommend coming to this establishment when the "manager dawn " isn't working there

Great friendly pub to visit at Christmas.

The white Hart is one of the oldest pubs in Kinver dating back to the medieval times. It is located on the main high street opposite the kinver bakery. The pub bar is in the center of the pub, where you can order drinks and food there. The choice of craft ales is good and also has a good selection of ciders and lagers. They have a decent wine selection and soft drinks for the kids. The menu is also very good with all tastes covered. On certain days they have special deals on. Tuesdays are burgers and a drink. Wednesday is a curry and a drink and Thursday is steak and a drink. Sunday is Sunday lunch for a reasonable price. At lunchtimes they do a lite bites where you can have a main with a starter or dessert for under £10. There is outside seating available and a play area for the kids. The car park is available but it is ticketed. Need to put your number in a machine but you will get your money back when purchasing food. It is a very nice pub in the heart of the lovely village of Kinver. The Hunters chicken I had was really nice.

Highly reccomend the 'ye olde white harte' kinver. A lovely clean establishment. All management and staff are very welcoming and kind. Food is amazing and very fairly priced. Caters for all ages and dogs are welcome too. They even have a free water cooler and...
