The best restaurants in Redditch West Midlands

Ordered from them as a new years treat, wouldn't usually but as it was a special occasion spent a bit extra then we normally would. Was sent the wrong sides, took a photo and contacted them to this date I still haven't had a reply or acknowledgement of my complaint. Very disappointed.

Let's start from delivery... driver was just by our house and he rang that he can not find the address... he didn't even leave the car ! He made me to come to his car and he passed my order through the window. Awful! Fries were not baked properly, they were soggy. Chicken in my wrap was awful too. This was the first time I ordered from you and won't do it again.

The wife and I have used this takeaway several times now and I really should have left feedback before this because each time the food has been excellent. We normally arrive early evening say between 5 to 5.30pm and the staff are always extremely polite and accommodating. We have always ordered the same meal for two ( yes boring I know ) and it truly is sensational. The price is very competitive and the amount of food is out of this world. We have over the years tried several Chinese takeaways and without doubt this is our favourite. Give this place a go and we honestly believe you will not be disappointed.

Was really looking forward to afternoon tea based upon photos I'd seen online...in particular the deserts. I was very disappointed. The bread wasn't fresh, the scones were not freshly made, just warmed up - hard on the outside. And the lovely deserts were not. A piece of plain looking sponge, a piece of brown sponge with green icing and a brownie.

Foods always fresh, cooked well and delivered quickly,great customer service, best Chinese in Redditch by far will always order from here

A lovely meal at the Royal Forester Country Inn & Restaurant . Our first time visiting. I was lucky to spot the valentines menu on fb as we have always wanted to try scallops and Beef wellington cooked properly. They were very accommodating with providing us with the valentine menu this evening due to us having other commitments tomorrow. Pan fried scallops, followed by beef wellington finished off with an Eton mess (me) and a brownie for dessert (gaz). The chef was very accommodating and came to check everything was ok and made us feel very welcome.

Considering the inconsistencies in good/bad reviews and for the basic quality we've had from Napoli in the past, the pizzas we ordered the other night were top quality! 💯👌

Not as good as the chippy in Astwood Bank but the chubby lad Lucas with the Jake Paul haircut is relatively pleasant in a simple kind of way. Their best worker Mandip has unfortunately left.

Absolutely appalling service, I ordered a yuk sung and Singapore fried rice on Christmas Eve. And I got something that tasted like chicken casserole instead the yuk sung. Since when ? The fried rice tasted like there was washing up liquid in it . I Called up to complain for the bloke working there to have him put the phone down on me. FIRST TIME IVE BEEN SINCE NEW OWNERS, I miss the old food !!! I even gave the delivery driver a tip too . No wonder they only take cash, I would be asking for a refund from just eat

I ordered two pizzas, but both were burnt. On top of that, they were overloaded with red chili, making them extremely spicy and tasteless. The pizza was so bad that even an animal wouldn’t eat it. This is unacceptable service.”bullshit service
