The best restaurants in Redditch West Midlands

Not as good as the chippy in Astwood Bank but the chubby lad Lucas with the Jake Paul haircut is relatively pleasant in a simple kind of way. Their best worker Mandip has unfortunately left.

Good customer service and very delicious food There was a guy called Baber Ali was very funny and helpful

The lady behind the counter went out of her way to help a gentleman with how he wanted his drink, and was so helpful answering his questions, that is excellent customer service, this is the costa by Primark in Redditch.

Super fast delivery and food was hot on arrival and delicious definitely use again

Food always comes hot and is so yummy. I highly recommend the egg fried rice, chicken balls and sweet and sour sauce!

Let's start from delivery... driver was just by our house and he rang that he can not find the address... he didn't even leave the car ! He made me to come to his car and he passed my order through the window. Awful! Fries were not baked properly, they were soggy. Chicken in my wrap was awful too. This was the first time I ordered from you and won't do it again.

Food was mediocre to say the least. Burrito bowl was like a microwave dish, with extra bits piled on top. Burger bun was over toasted but edible. Staff are friendly enough, overall place could do with a deep clean, carpets are tired etc but it's a budget food place so don't expect the Ritz

A lovely meal at the Royal Forester Country Inn & Restaurant . Our first time visiting. I was lucky to spot the valentines menu on fb as we have always wanted to try scallops and Beef wellington cooked properly. They were very accommodating with providing us with the valentine menu this evening due to us having other commitments tomorrow. Pan fried scallops, followed by beef wellington finished off with an Eton mess (me) and a brownie for dessert (gaz). The chef was very accommodating and came to check everything was ok and made us feel very welcome.

Awful.! Don’t bother… Then when I called the guy was totally uninterested. Absolute Shower. Just straight up avoid the place.

Unfortunately I ordered a take away so my family could enjoy a nice meal once my wife return home from an exhausting day. The order was accepted, and via an app was told it was on its way. It never arrived, but rather than apologising and offering to sort and make sure my family received the order, they just told me it had been deceived and then kept hanging up on me when I started to complain. In the end they claimed it was my word against theirs; obviously not understanding my rights and their responsibility. I have now submitted a refund but my family has been left hungry and upset by the incident. To add insult to injury when I asked to speak to the owner they refused and hung up again, obviously more interested in stealing our money than having a satisfied customer.

Great cafe...friendly...staff are hard working and the food is delicious. We will definitely come back again! I will recommend!

It’s always late and never on time

I ordered two pizzas, but both were burnt. On top of that, they were overloaded with red chili, making them extremely spicy and tasteless. The pizza was so bad that even an animal wouldn’t eat it. This is unacceptable service.”bullshit service
