The Pepinos in Redditch

For me🥇 No.1 pizza in redditch.... I ordered two times vegetarian spicy pizza and both time very delicious pizza they delivered full of vegetables, cheese ..... ❤️I just love pizza made by The Pepinos.... Today I will again order 😁 Thanks For giving us delicious taste😋

Absolutely vile food found a hair in my food ewww

AWFUL.Very rude on the phone,the language was outrageous absolutely appalling and inappropriate.Took 2 hours for them to deliver my food for the chips to be cold and soggy.Gave me the wrong pizza i asked for a veggie pizza as i am vegetarian and they gave me a meat feast,I called them up and they were very rude to me.

I ordered a doner meat and chips and they forgot my chips so completely ruin my meal I paid for, I ring up and ask him about my chips and he’s goes ring back another day and I will give u a doner meat n chips for free, so I ring back a couple days later and ask him for my food and then he tells me, sorry I didn’t say that I didn’t say that!!! Worst experience ever dont order from here as they all got fish memory

The team there has got it patterned. Food is banging and the chicken meat makes all the difference in Redditch as its different to say the least. Not 1 complaint and lovely staff....I just look forward to eating again.

We ordered food a burger to be exact. On the app it only states fillet and hash brown and no cheese. We rang them up to make sure it was completely plain no sauce salad just chicken and hash brown. It had been delivered with cheese on, we rang up saying that it didn’t state this and and we did ask for plain and the man on the phone was very rude and arrogant!!!!!

Ordered kebabs Meat lovely Naan bread soggy needs to cook more before adding contents Salad update to white cabbage and red onions Portion size could be better for money Redditch needs a good very consistent kebab takeaway If you need any taste testers Experiment you will be quids in listen to the advice from the public

Banging food best pizza and kebab wont order kebabs from anywhere else

Literally just watched a staff member with his hands in the bin then started cutting chicken donner up Disgusting

Firstly the food took so long to get here everyone got hangry and started scraping. Secondly, the pizza was burnt when it finally did arrive which did not go down well. We paid extra for stuffed crust and the crust tasted like burnt toast. Called up we sent them pictures of the pizzas and the response was the crusts aren’t burnt that’s how they come. If you don’t want them burnt write a comment next time stating not burnt & then they put the phone down. So if you like a burnt crust and a long wait this is the place for you :)

The food is great but it's hit our miss whether or not the staff are helpful or not. Sometimes they let you do half and half pizza then other times they say no it's not possible! Despite that the food is nice.

The donner and lamb shish used to be great and couldn’t finish there was so much. It has gradually deteriorated in quality. Today was disappointing lamb was mostly gristle and had to be thrown and very little donner meat and salad, not filling at all. Won’t order from pepinos again after three years going from my favourite takeaway to no no.

Waited 40 minutes taxi was outside but even though it was only a 5 minute journey food was cold and definitely not worth the money we paid

What a strange and Un helpful place. I went in tonight and asked for kebab meat and chips separately and the guy said no. Very bizarre and strange. Don’t ever go here if you have any sense. Terrible place

Order chicken donor and salad wrap meal. Chicken was horrible. Was mainly just slimy chicken skin 🤢 chips were cold and rubbery

I a 23 year old woman was anonymously called from a rude man. His language was very explicit and out of order I have never called this restaurant and will never order a pizza, ect from this place. I was scared with the language that they used and felt like they were going to verbally abuse me. A very unpleasant experience. If I could I would rate this place a 0/5 stars. HORRIBLE

The reason is they take advantage off people when they have a drink and what I ordered and what I got was discussing the smallest mix Donna iv ever seen I payed for a large I told them nicely and they said they can't help me ill never go there again and the food was not nice at all.

Nice bit of attitude from this place ordered food bit in to the last few of My chips and had something sharp cut my gum it did bbleed. as you use frozen chips there could have been a foreign object in the chips you don't know. won't be ordering from you again will be taking further action must be in the wrong as you blocked me off your Facebook page and removed your Facebook page

I ordered a simple kebab with chilli sauce but there were way toooo much sauce on it so it was completely unedible. I called them but of course no compensation.

I've been using pepino for years now because they did the best donor meat in town, they have now changed their meat to a terrible cheap chip shop cardboard spicy rubbish! Very disappointing, that's the end for me, there is now not a single kebab shop in Redditch/studley that does decent Turkish donor meat anymore.

Search is over. After moving to Redditch and trying to find a good pizza place, I've finally found one that I'm happy with. Good base, plenty of topping with real favour. Quick delivery and the staff taking my order were really friendly.
