Domino's Pizza - Redditch in Redditch

Hadn't been for a while and was looking forward to it but was really let down . All the tomato base was near the crust and so the middle was dry bread and cheese which left a slightly burnt taste in my mouth. There are better options out there nowadays especially for that price.

Store manager Rashit and Zak externally unprofessional and rude. A simple test to take an order over the phone got really complicated for them

Wish I could give this store no stars. My husband & I had food poisoning for 3 days after and the store/head office have refused to take responsibility. I was informed I’d receive a refund but it’s now one month on and I’ve just received a generic response letter to completely disregard everything that happened to us and not even address our refund. You’ll probably get better customer service from a lamppost. Wish I read the reviews of this store before ordering. 🫣😂

There was hardly any cheese on my CHEESE pizza. It was mostly burnt dough. This has happened a few times now. I didn't mind paying this much as a treat when it was better but not anymore. What happened Dominos? Not the same as it used to be at all. Disappointing!

Ordered online for delivery: - 80 mins to arrive - incomplete order - order was cold - 10 mins trying to get through to store about missing items - spoke to team member who assured me they would send missing items "immediately" - items did not arrive This was my first time ordering from dominos in Redditch. Trust this, and the other reviews; definitely not worth it.

Great pizza, but please check the pizza when you go to collect it as once I got it half empty, only with tomato sauce on it. I bought 2, nothing happened with the other. Was on my hands all the way home, like 2 min with a car, so I don't think it was my fault. The app says "ready to collect," but the personal told me to wait couple of minutes for the second one, the second was the faulty one, and they put it underneath. However, check the pizza when collecting it.

Food was absolutely awful, when I called up they expected me to eat the terrible pizza and offered me a free one next time I ordered. Only positive was the really friendly driver the second time around.

Its a domino's. Food is good, but it isn't a restaurant. OK for grabbing something to take home after a night out.

Ordered thin crust, received regular crust. Ordered with jalapenos, received with no jalapenos. Ordered with vegan pepperoni, received a total of 6 pepperonis on a large pizza. Complained, no response received. Not ordering from them again.

Never had a problem with dominos Redditch until I experienced a different side to them. Rude, Obnoxious, littering outside my house on delivery! Called to speak to the manager, however you get a different one every time who decides to hang up on you and won’t give you there name. But it’s ok for them to ask for your name and address! If anybody knows who the manager is please reply, as I would love to show them the CCTV footage of there driver leaving dominos rubbish on my front lawn.

Ordering was easy, delivery on time & pizza was very good

Ordered two pizzas and one arrived soggy from too much tomato sauce, hardly any cheese even though I ordered extra and the topping actually did off the moment I picked it up, it was that soggy. However, I called to complain and spoke with the manager who sent another one and asked that I return the other one so that he would check the quality of the pizza to ensure it doesn’t happen again. The delivery driver was back within 15 minutes, although it was later than my partners, the pizza was nice and I appreciated the efforts from the manager. Thank you.

How can you have to order online for a vegan pizza only to have it made in the shop Turned away and told to order online

Due to previously working for Domino’s in Redditch I am quite critical of them and in recent years they've been very below par. But I have to say they've done well tonight and this pizza is exceptional!

I always love a domino's pizza, however I think they are very over indulgent, they taste great and are always hot. A bit pricey considering they are only a very large pizza.

Love the super thin crust pizza bit no longer delver to my postcode (1.9m) bit do deliver neighbouring postcodes. Not sure they do deliveries to people standing on the street unfortunately

I ordered a mighty meaty without ground beef and sausage and they didn t even check to see if anyt changes have been made.

Thought I'd give domino's another go after a while. Put delivery instructions to ring the doorbell which the driver was unable to do somehow. Pizza didn't taste fresh in the slightest. Base taste dry and cardboardy. Definatly not worth the money and shall not be reordering for a very long time.

I recently called to place an order for delivery I told them my address and was told they can’t deliver to my area bearing in mind I live about 5 min walk, this has never happened before so I’m abit confused?

I used order here quiet a lot until the last year. Unfortunately I find the pizza expensive for what that are and iv also had wedges couple times they awful, taste like bag of frozen one get from supermarket rfor quid and always slight undercooked. Won't be ordering anymore not value for money.

A disgrace, they ignore the instructions and go to the wrong address don't phone and explain then blame the customer. It's not difficult to Google a postcode and find the location. Total mess.

Disgusting service. Took payment but no order confirmation. Phoned store over 80 times (iphone keeps a record) and no one answered.

Those who want two buy any food from domino's if your a vegetarian dont order I just spoke to the staff he said cross contamination in vegetarian food the staff at the store told me this he knew I was a Muslim he did not say a word when I ask him

Great food, just love it! Place is very clean and you can see the dough being made.. fabulous! It's VERY expensive and I only treat myself when there's a good offer on. Luckily offers are usually available but the price soon ramps up when you add drinks, sides and ice cream.

I usually get Doninos when the offers are on and we always enjoy it. Tom at the Redditch branch was especially helpful 👍🏼

Handdown my favorite pizza in the uk. I love dominos!!!! Always receiving nicely priced coupons in the mail and online. But the taste never changes. Easy to order online and fast service. Pizza to collect in 15mins...yes thanks!! Definately ordering dominos this weekend!

Placed an order online. An app has informed me it is ready to be picked up. Spend another 50 minutes in store waiting for my order and being lied at least 3 times that my order is in the oven probably because no one even bothered to check. I have left a feedback in the app itself but did not hear anything back from dominos so be it. I've been a customer for 8 years and that was my last order full stop.

If we're ordering a pizza, dominos is the place we use. Prices can be silly but if you use the promotional codes or vouchers then it's not so bad. Staff are friendly and happy to help

Always get our food fast using the mobile app and it's nice and hot still. They do some great deals depending on what you like
