McDonald's in Redditch

After battling with the app, finally managed to place an order. Food arrived quickly, up to the usual standard , and a good temperature. Restaurant was half-term busy but being kept clean and tidy.

Very slow service, food was cold

Food not Fit for Human Consumption. I ordered a large Fillet o Fish cost me £7 plus. The burger was so burnt out and broken from inside as though they had been boxing around with the Fillet. Two photos the first is the Fish o Fillet I was served and the second is what is falsely advertised. Ain't buying McDonald's again shocking! Food quality is poor and before making my burger I could see the guy handling bins. I threw my meal in the bin.

Fast service and friendly staff, ordered a double quarter pounder large meal, and the food was tasty and fresh. We ordered a few other items to and all were correct all in all great service keep up the good work ladies and gentlemen!

Rip off. We're told to add separate items to the order only to be charged an extra £5 without being advised for the price increase

Lost food order although I was given the correct drinks so it must have been there somewhere. When we did get the food finally it wasn't the warmest.

Drive through was relatively busy there used to be a lovely lad at the pay window he seems to have left and it's full of miserable faces. What happened to smile with a service come on!

Missed one of the main items from the order and sauces. Chips were also cold. This is happening on a regular basis from McDonalds Moons Moat. Such poor, poor service! Can’t do their job roperly.

The worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever ordered. literally stone cold fries. straight in the bin. Luke warm burger too. I won’t be making the same mistake of ordering late. food took over 1 hour and 20 minutes from order to arrive. Delivery time changed 3 time! Absolutely disgusting service!!!!!!!

The food was cold because the driver decided to drive in the opposite direction and when he ‘got here’ he went to a neighbours round the back, not to mine and we had to find him. Also, bother the quarter pounders were burnt round the edges. Usually really good quality from here but not today

Food was disgusting. Everything was cold, the fires tasted like they’d been out for days. Overall not a very pleasant experience.

1. Large fries never look like large fries anymore. Look like a medium fries put in a large carton. 2. During monopoly season, why stick a big sticker over the monopoly peels? 3. Why ask what dips you would like when they are never ever sent?

Food was freezing, waited over an hour, delivery driver came to my back gate and not my front door and my chicken Big Mac was replaced was a rubbish chicken sandwich.

Absolutely Shocking Experience I've never been so disappointed in a fast-food chain. The McDonald's at black soils road Redditch is a complete disaster. Their system is so slow and inefficient it's laughable. I waited in line for what felt like an eternity, only to be greeted with a half-hearted apology and a cold, incorrect order not! The staff were absolutely clueless. The manager, in particular, was incredibly unhelpful and seemed more interested in chatting with their friends than assisting customers. When I complained about my order, they simply shrugged their shoulders and said it wasn't their problem. I will never return to this McDonald's or any other location. Their service is appalling, and their food is subpar. I strongly advise anyone considering visiting this place to think twice.

didn't put in a straw or dips. app said courier was at restaurant for 20 mins before he was now food is cold and items missing.

The 2 burger meal deal is meant to come with 2 medium fries, my order arrived with no fries. Not happy after waiting 40 minutes for the privilege of half a meal which was luke warm too..!

i was not happy with the food wheb it arrived both chips was cold and hard the quater pounder was also cold and like rubber..mc flurrys was like water!! this is by far the worst experience i have had with mc donalds as i do use them a lot..will be ringing up to make a complaint and dont think i will be using moons moat mc donalds if i have to

My order was missing some items and wrap was without any sauce and salad , disappointing!

Food was thrown together as expected. Service would have been great if the employee serving at hatch spent less time texting on mobile and more time serving. Mix up with drinks at the window, then asked to park in bay 1. When food arrived, it was completely the wrong order and then had to wait longer while the mistake was resolved. No apology upon receiving our original order. Maybe employ people with a cheerful disposition willing to go that extra mile with a smile!

Food delivery time said 10-20 mins so thought great quick easy and will be here in no time being 39 weeks pregnant just what I needed, restaurant excepted the order and agreed the time frame which kept getting pushed back in total 45 minutes later then the original 10-20 minutes think great food finally here and it’s freezing cold not like McDonald’s can be reheated so that went in the bin and to top it off no straw for my drink

The guy that delivered our food took my toddlers chicken nugget happy meal and a triple burger of mine. I’m absolutely fuming, he got away before I could confront him. Next time I’ll check to see that it’s properly sealed not just folded.

Missing 2 chicken mayos from my order again

I ordered the feed four meal and was missing 4 portions of fries

recieved my order minus my large fries I tried to ring them multiple times and they ignore the phone.

someone else's order delivered, the driver didn't want to know and just said it has my order number on it.

Delivered wrong order to us. Tried calling the restaurant and as always nobody picks up. This is a driver error as he clearly did not read the order number (he had two orders in his bag). Not very impressed.

Took a bit longer than expected to get my order. I think it was due to a lot of deliveroo orders being sorted out for the delivery drivers. Food was nice and hot when we received it.

Very good restaurant. One of the staff even went out of her way to find my Granddaughter some crayons and a colouring sheet. Thank you McDonalds for making a little girl very happy

The order turned up on time, however, the double plain cheeseburger, was a single cheeseburger with all the dressings. Also, the chicken nugget happy meal, only contained the fries. The food was also only just about warm - disappointing experience!

Be careful, I was charged 4.99, for the chicken nuggets that should have been a freebie, check your receipts carefully.
