McDonald's in Redditch

Ordered the Filet-o-fish which was dry and seemed like been over cooked or re-cooked. Very disappointing when you are looking for quick lunch and expect McDonald’s to know what they are doing.

Great place ... but always busy.

Shit service. Took half an hour to get 2 muffins and a coffee and no so much as an apology. Everything cold by the time I got it too

Nice people in store and it's a well presented restaurant. If you expect to be there over 1.5 hours, then ask to write your car's model and reg into their book otherwise you will receive a parking fine.

Had to edit because it was a miraculous turn around from every other visit. The food was very well cooked. Was handed over quickly despite being busy. Not sure if there's a new manager but everything just seemed better than this time 12 months ago. I have visited maccies all over the country. This one now moves of the bottom spot. Well done guys.

Always something missing, this time all the fries, normally it's the sauces or straws. Or a whole item.

Cannot get a simple order correct, multiple times now I have been and every single order has been incorrect, very very slow service even when it is quite, staff don’t care at all and the food is shocking! I’d rather travel to another McDonald’s than to go to this one ever again!

Like the detriment of many McDonalds outlets the main focus seems to focus on Just Eat and Uber Eats orders and hardly on the Dine-in Customer. Tables left dirty and sticky. Bins so full they can't fit anymore rubbish in and seating taken up by Uber Eats drivers waiting for orders. A bit off putting having some strange bloke smiling at your children whilst they're trying to enjoy a quick happy meal

Gave us the complete wrong food! Someone else’s order

Twice this week been here. 1st time was walk in and ordered to take away. Took 25 minutes for the food to come out and it wasn't very warm. 2nd time today via the drive through. This time was left at the ordering screen for ages, then ended up repeating my order then had to wait for the food. When I finally got the food and went home, the burger was totally different to what the box was and what I ordered. Thought it was fast food ? Are the staff from kings northern running this store now ? Can't believe they getting away with this kind of service.

You need to get your drivers because they are not delivering all the items and keeping them for themselves

Firstly we received the drinks and there was nothing left of them! Driver had spilt them so two drinks gone from the order! I then found that the burger they’d sent wasn’t even what I ordered! People need to pay attention and then maybe these mistakes wouldn’t happen!!

My previous experience with this particular outlet had been very poor, however it has improved the last few occasions, the fried have seemed fresher, so too have the burgers. Is it under new management?

Really slow service, after about 10 minutes orders disappear off the screen leaving you wondering if your order is still being taken care of. Burger ultimately cold and disappointing. Atmosphere tense as there is no communication as to the delay while kitchen staff stand around joking and pulling up pants and then not washing hands. I would avoid this store and god help you if your an uber eats drive they seemed to be standing around for ages. Order of a double cheese burger meal (as it comes) took 25 minutes.

It took almost 1hr to get our food. When it arrived it was stone cold. We had to put the food in the microwave. When you spend so much you expect to get hot food.

Items missing got a refund but still annoying as the wife went without. Delivery driver was great it’s just unfortunate McDonald’s struggle with the simple task of putting food in a bag.

It took 25 minutes for the order to arrive / this was after I went and asked "what was going on / they didn't know anything about my order " and when it finally arrived it was all cold / the food is usually good but the service is poor👎

Usual trick - given completely wrong breakfast order. Second time in 3 weeks this has happened. Not for me though as won't be going back.

No food turned up got a message of the courtier foods outsude which it wasn’t then checked and it said food delivered what a joke get some drivers who know what they’re doing

Driver arrived at 17:53 with the completely wrong order (someone else's). Driver returned to restaurant to collect correct order. Driver arrived at 18:08 and the food was stone cold. I imagine sat there from the beginning

Drive through brekkie meals , both sausage McMuffins burnt to a crisp and tasted disgusting (1 bite) , took back , replaced with only slightly Less burnt McMuffins and covered in grease and again tasted very bad , threw away in the end !! Very disappointing.

I have a cheese allergy and requested a McMuffin without cheese. When it arrived it covered in cheese so I had to throw it away. If you request something to be changed, ensure you do what is necessary.

Bought two happy meals with toys drive through. Received one with toy and other with old book and wrapper stained. When children opened boxes it caused arguments. If they said they said they only had one toy. I wouldn't have bought. Never received what I ordered
