McDonald's in Redditch

Had to edit because it was a miraculous turn around from every other visit. The food was very well cooked. Was handed over quickly despite being busy. Not sure if there's a new manager but everything just seemed better than this time 12 months ago. I have visited maccies all over the country. This one now moves of the bottom spot. Well done guys.

Cannot get a simple order correct, multiple times now I have been and every single order has been incorrect, very very slow service even when it is quite, staff don’t care at all and the food is shocking! I’d rather travel to another McDonald’s than to go to this one ever again!

A big shout out to Rosie in Window 2 this afternoon. She went extra mile to help the customer. Managers please she deserve a pat on the back and an appreciate award for excellent customer services skills

Like the detriment of many McDonalds outlets the main focus seems to focus on Just Eat and Uber Eats orders and hardly on the Dine-in Customer. Tables left dirty and sticky. Bins so full they can't fit anymore rubbish in and seating taken up by Uber Eats drivers waiting for orders. A bit off putting having some strange bloke smiling at your children whilst they're trying to enjoy a quick happy meal

Twice this week been here. 1st time was walk in and ordered to take away. Took 25 minutes for the food to come out and it wasn't very warm. 2nd time today via the drive through. This time was left at the ordering screen for ages, then ended up repeating my order then had to wait for the food. When I finally got the food and went home, the burger was totally different to what the box was and what I ordered. Thought it was fast food ? Are the staff from kings northern running this store now ? Can't believe they getting away with this kind of service.

Really slow service, after about 10 minutes orders disappear off the screen leaving you wondering if your order is still being taken care of. Burger ultimately cold and disappointing. Atmosphere tense as there is no communication as to the delay while kitchen staff stand around joking and pulling up pants and then not washing hands. I would avoid this store and god help you if your an uber eats drive they seemed to be standing around for ages. Order of a double cheese burger meal (as it comes) took 25 minutes.

My previous experience with this particular outlet had been very poor, however it has improved the last few occasions, the fried have seemed fresher, so too have the burgers. Is it under new management?

Personally I can't fault the place. I use regularly to charge car . Great place.

It took 25 minutes for the order to arrive / this was after I went and asked "what was going on / they didn't know anything about my order " and when it finally arrived it was all cold / the food is usually good but the service is poor👎

Usual trick - given completely wrong breakfast order. Second time in 3 weeks this has happened. Not for me though as won't be going back.

I ordered a double bacon and egg McMuffin and it has NO BACON

Drive through brekkie meals , both sausage McMuffins burnt to a crisp and tasted disgusting (1 bite) , took back , replaced with only slightly Less burnt McMuffins and covered in grease and again tasted very bad , threw away in the end !! Very disappointing.

I have a cheese allergy and requested a McMuffin without cheese. When it arrived it covered in cheese so I had to throw it away. If you request something to be changed, ensure you do what is necessary.

if I could put zero I would have ordered 2 chocolate milkshakes with bo flavour whatsoever absolutely shocking how do you screw up a milkshake

Bought two happy meals with toys drive through. Received one with toy and other with old book and wrapper stained. When children opened boxes it caused arguments. If they said they said they only had one toy. I wouldn't have bought. Never received what I ordered

This is my local McDonald's, it's appalling. Make sure you check your order, almost guaranteed to be have something missing.

We had not received one item that was correct to what we had ordered. I tried to contact and call support to request a refund to which I had no answer. So I had to drive to the store to request for a refund. Unprofessional service

Found a cap for the sprinkles inside the McFlurry. Not a risk to the food and it was found before being swallowed luckily. Staff need to pay more attention.

we order McDonald's at least once a month for a treat. normally not much issues hut today ordered 9 chicken nugget meal got the fries and drink no nuggets and the food wasn't that warm and fires I gave most to the dog as sone were hard

well annoyed chips came nice and warm but the burger on the other hand the main bit of the meal was cold and horrible basically no sauce on it and just full of lettuce

Very disappointed, courier it’s very rude for me , going to different adress and call me and be very not nice . I try explain him my house number and he wait in car and don’t looking my address . When I come to car park he be very rude for me . Don’t recommend him again !!!

Milkshake missing and food is ice cold

This is the second time in as many orders my order has come and either been wrong or missing items. Last time i had to go to the restaurant myself to change the food. The whole idea of using just eat is so i dont need to go the restaurant

most of the times when i order (through uber) McDonalds is pretty quick with the preparing and drivers will collect etc ( sometimes the drivers take forever not moving), but past few times i’ve had to wait 40+ mins to get my order. Today for example im still waiting its been 45 mins, my first driver was waiting for ages to pick it up, guessing he got fed up, cancelled. someone else took over and im guessing they are having the same problem, uber said looks like they are still preparing it.

Was pleasantly surprised when every single item we ordered turned up and my burger order was correct (yay!) as we have had issues with missing items in the past and incorrect meals being sent, meals were delivered warm and we even got our sauces and had the added pleasure of having some napkins included this time round. Fantastic!! Whoop whoop!

I tried to cancel the order as I ordered from the other mcdonalds instead as the time kept changing, couldn’t cancel which is fair enough. However the food has just arrived and it’s stone cold so we wouldn’t have eaten it anyway!!!!

The food at moons moat is shockinh. Bunch of kids cooking food. Chips stale and cold. No salt. The coca cola was flat and had no ice. Just shocking standards at moons moat mcdonalds.

Really busy visit yesterday. Food always the same and ok if you like mcds but went for the kids. The tablets mean you lose some of the atmosphere and service that ive always associated with mcds, plus the new straws are terrible. You need at least two with every drink!

Order wrong, every time order from McDonald’s something is either missing or wrong, missing mighty McMuffin meal, missing both hash brown share boxes

Basically everything wasn’t delivered, the driver has taken the receipt off of the bag, and not delivered everything we ordered, really not happy with this service
